I was going to step out with my girls like I do every Saturday night. We usually step into Cheddars. This Saturday was different. Change of plans brought us to Coltons in Cabot. Great place if I can start with that. Love the layout. can't beat the service with a wet squirrel. Lacey recommended the loaded chicken and I said yes I will, happy happy plate. Love that place

Yes, we did mention the rareness, to the wait staff. She did return the steaks, but when we got them back they were dry and way overcooked. We even asked how the cooks were cooking the steaks, and the waitress advised us she didn't know. We will likely be back to your business, but we hope for a better experience next time.

Where to begin excess waitstaff just milling doing nothing carying on casual conversations about dumb crap. The food was so pathetic my steak was 60% gristle the smashed potato was a bag of smashed ass and the mac and cheese was cold cheese trash. Without a doubt will not be coming back. Truly disappointed.

Everything you ask for in a quality dining experience was present! Great service, excellent food including the BEST smoke flavored BACON I've ever had included in my chicken sandwich, and lively atmosphere. I will definitely be back and have to order a meal with that bacon!!! The menu said applewood smoked and my mind said heaven.

Awesome food, awesome service, quick seating. My husband and I always share a meal and we never get dirty looks from the servers. That's not norm and we are grateful.

Nothing spectacular. The food is good but not as good as it should be for what you pay. Not a bad place but it is hyped too much.

Wonderful experience! The food was cooked perfectly and our waiter was spot on. My husband got ribs and catfish and I had the Del Rio Ribeye. We will definitely go back.

Poor service, even worse food. My family and I wanted to go out for a nice dinner and my father-in-law was craving a steak. Colton's being right down the street, it was a no-brainier...so we thought. We were promptly seated by a hostess but after we arrived to our table it took 15 minutes for our waitress to finally come by our table, say hello, and take our drink order. After our drink order, it took our waitress another 10 minutes to come by to drop off bread, which was cold, and take our order. What was she doing while we waited? We saw her walk by our table on her cell phone with an un-lit cigarette in her mouth; completely ignoring us. What was the manager doing? We saw him on his cell phone, eating food in front of customers(while handling food, which violates the AR health code), and sexually harassing several waitresses with comments about their attire. Really Colton's? This is the caliber of people you want representing you?! Upon our waitress's return, she smelled of cigarettes and apologized due to an "issue in the kitchen." She took our order and didn't come back again until our food arrived, 20 minutes later. During that time, 3 of the 4 people in my group required refills of their beverages but never got them. My in-laws steaks were not cooked the way they wanted them and they were cold. My soup tasted like it was poured straight from a can and microwaved, nothing tasted homemade, or fresh, about it. Also, our salads were straight from a bag, complete with old/dead lettuce, mixed with old dead carrots. During our meal, we witnessed several other waitress/staff eating and talking/texting on their phones, while handling food. The staff, although friendly, were generally negligent of their customer's needs. We noticed this throughout the evening, throughout the evening, at nearly all of the tables. Pluses: Peanuts on the floor! Failures:Failure across the board and I will I never, ever come back again; I will also advise my friends to not come by here(those who have, had said the same things I have said). What is even more sad is that the locals actually cherish this place, as this place is still open. Explanation? Colton's thrives off of a lack competition and a lack of customer knowledge; you could serve the locals a boiled t-bone and they would praise it as five-star. The music wasn't even loud enough, making the atmosphere feel dead and stale.
