Went back after having not been for months since the worst visit ever and was happily suprised. My husband's steak was undercooked but they fixed it immediately made sure we knew they were sorry and a manager came out with it refired which was not the case at all the last time. Our waitress was extremely friendly and the food was delicious.

Food was overly salty. They got my order wrong, then asked "we do you still want the vegetables you ordered, or is the rice ok?". Never proactively offered a beverage refill, we had to ask each time. Next time we will make the 20 minute drive to another steakhouse further from home. In this case proximity does not equal quality

Food is always prepared well, service is fine & easy location..... They had quite a bit of issues when they 1st opened but has been pretty consistent for us. Nothing inspiring necessarily but typical chain restaurant fare. Not sure why the low rating?? Unless it's 1 of the other couple of franchises that serve similar food, trying to drum up their own? ;-) Actually, that might not be far from the truth..... Logans steaks, wings, etc. are definitely superior to the other couple places!

Ate for the first time at Logan's in Bryant this past Thursday. I arrived about 3pm, well after the normal lunchtime, so it wasn't crowded at all. An off-duty waitress entered the same time that I did, and greeted and seated me, and the waitress for my table arrived promptly. I placed my drink order and it was quickly filled. My Caesar Salad was fine, as well. Ordered the ribs as an entree. When they arrived, they were plenty tender but were covered in way too much BBQ sauce, for my liking. Once I scraped off the excess sauce, they were fine. There was one waitress that fancies herself as a singer - she's not. Her loud voice knocked my rating down one notch. My overall ratings: Service: 8 - 3 = 5 (subtracted 3 for the bad singing) Food: 5 Don't think I 'll go here again.

Not too happy with the service, very, very slow and it was not too busy at all. The bartender was attentive.

Never again! Waiter hated his job. We got our appetizers and first round of drinks. Waited a hour then they realized we never got our meal. If the waiter would have come back to check on us he would have known this. We took our drinks to the bar for a refill. Then our food was burned. Manager did take that off the bill but not worth the time or money for what we did pay for. Would give No stars.

Service was slow and weak. Took three tries to get ranch dressing for the cheese sticks. (The wife and Girlchild like it, go figure). My filet with cream peppercorn sauce was done as ordered, and quite tasty, but my wife's ribeye had a week's worth of salt, and the shrimp was just as bad. Asparagus was tasty. Overpriced. Overall, fair food, too costly, and poor service. Oh, the Curious Traveler lemon shandy is delish.

Mediocre food, generic atmosphere, and adequate service. This is just another sad example of an uninspired chain restaurant. I have been here 3 times, ordered 3 completely different items, and can't think of anything good to say about the food other than it looked somewhat like what I ordered and was warm. Comparing it to a Texas Roadhouse (closest competitor I can think of), this place doesn't even compete. I say this and also say that you aren't likely to be blown away by a Texas Roadhouse. That being said, Texas Roadhouse, Outback, or even Chilis would be a better option.

Went to Logan's last night for a Kid's night out dinner with my wife. Service was slightly subpar. The waitress never picked up our menus and never asked if we wanted refills on our drinks. I ordered a ribeye medium well and salad. I was not asked what dressing I wanted and had to ask for dressing once the salad was brought out. Once the ribeye came out it was obviously well done (brown through and through; should have had a bit of pink in it). Also the steak was a bit tough and I really had to saw through it to cut it up. Once our food was delivered our waitress evidently forgot about us until the next time we saw her which is when she brought us our check.

An undeniable travesty of an experience! From the get go, the host was unresponsive when I greeted HER. She sat my buddy and me at a table with a slack-jawed disinterest. After receiving our drinks we ordered two happy hour appetizers and our entrees. After ordering our waiter informed us that the steaks we wanted ran out. So we changed our orders. He then returned 5 minutes later, without the appetizers, to inform us that they "missed the delivery truck" and didn't have the steaks for our revised order. So we changed our order again to accommodate the restaurant's ineptitude. After out waiter left we asked for some bread. After its arrival, minus plates, we had to grab silverware from another empty table. He then returned with our entrees, but it wasn't until we mentioned the missing appetizers that he took noticed and asked whether or not we still wanted them. REALLY? Luckily the kitchen did a good job on our steaks. Then to top it off our split bills were calculated wrong, even though we made that known prior to ordering. Although we came in on a Sunday night, the restaurant was empty. That should have been the first sign. Don't waste your time or money here. The staff was disinterested and inattentive. I should have heeded the warnings on Yelp.

I LOVE their salmon and broccoli! The staff is always great to us also.

Thankfully we ordered an appetizer, because the wait time on our lunch was crazy long. With as much time as it took to get our food out to us one would think the French fries would still be edible. I ordered a basic cheese burger well done and my lunch date ordered a 6oz steak medium. Well, my burger came medium and her steak came well done. And let's not talk about the 20 minute wait to be seated when over half the restaurant was empty.

Okay so the waitress was excellent however the kitchen was def not on top of it. My salad was literally swimming in dressing, we ordered a steak (medium) and it was still bleeding when we got it. They brought us this tiny bowl of corn because they ran out then offered us another side. The French fries were gross looking and cold. They did take the steak back to cook it however still brought it back rare. We decided to just take it home and recook it ourselves. Not a good night.

They don't know how to cook food. They obviously don't care about customers and do the minimal amount of work they have to. Their ribs are tough it's like eating a cardboard box. Their cheese dip taste like melted spray cheese. I would never recommend this place to some one I liked. Maybe if I wanted you to get food poisoning for a few days....

good food. relaxing environment. drinks taste good. service is friendly however, all 3 times i went the wait time was very long considering the restaurant was not very busy. will return from time to time. dont recommend taking a toddler here due to long wait time on food and can be hard to keep children entertained that long. good place for adults who are not in a rush.

I could have gotten better service and food at Waffle House. I'd say make the drive into LR if you want steak or into Benton and go to Colton's.

Service here is not great. The food is hit and miss. Depends on the day. Steaks are great sometimes and terrible others. Burgers are ok, but nothing to brag about. This Logan's does not measure up to other locations.

Great yeast rolls served with meal , Loved the grilled vegetable on skewers, tomato, mushroom, onion and zucchini. Peanuts you throw on the floor.

Good as the majority of this chain restaurants. We were just passing by and stopped for dinner. The service was quick and courteous. Our food tasted very good.

I like that we have a steakhouse in Bryant, but I've had better...The rolls are just meh & the steaks are hit-or-miss whether they come out cooked as ordered. They stopped doing the buy one get one promos, which is ok I guess...they seemed to run out of steak & potatoes on those nights. Service is always prompt & friendly, just wish the food was a little higher quality. I do, however, like the way they season the steaks. Whey they come out right, they're yummy!! I also love the loaded baked potatoes, even though a dash of cheese & bacon bits costs $1 extra.
