Had the 2 egg meat hasbrown and toast. Was a great meal. Lots of food and homestyle cooking. Would recommend to anyone!

Burgers and fries. Get at me, DJ's. There weren't many people dining during the time I visited. That made it a little off-putting that so many tables were dirty and there was half-swept junk on the floor with the broom hanging out over it. I was there for quite some time before the young lady behind the counter decided to finish tackling the dining room. When we walked in she asked if we were waiting on someone, as we sat down. When we said no she shaply informed us that the menu is at the counter. Perhaps little sister was having a bad day. I know they serve bacon here so I don't know how anyone could be unhappy but hey, it's a free country. The food was good. It was obviously freshly prepared, hence the wait. I'd much rather wait for fresh food! The prices were fair, as well.

If you're in the area, this greasy spoon will satisfy your fried/grilled meat tooth. There aren't a bunch of local options otherwise. The best time to go may be in the fall or spring when you can sit out front on their screened-in porch.

I've been in the search for the best burger in the area and I've found it! I had the double cheese with the bacon and the works and yum! The buns are slightly toasted, which helps with the grease! Veggies were cool and crisp, bacon was just how I like it, slightly crispy not soggy. I think I'll try the shakes next time but the one I saw being made looked good. This is the place for Hamburger cravings to be satisfied!

Absolutely cannot go wrong with the burgers, regardless of topping or size. Absolutely delicious! Also had seasoned fried and homemade onion rings. Neither disappointed. Will be another regular when staying near Lake DeGray!

Very tasty food, especially chicken sandwiches, quesadillas, and shakes! The chicken products can be very messy, and chicken sandwiches and hamburgers are soggy, but the amazing taste makes up for it. Just make sure you have napkins!! Seasoned fries are awesome too!
