We were very disappointed. This is one of the older Chili's and age (20+ years) and wear are becoming apparent. We went there several years ago and swore never to go back. This time some friends offered to treat us and we decided to give Chili's a second chance. BOY, were our friends ever embarrassed! The table was dirty and the menus were sticky. My mango chili chicken was practically inedible. The rice, broccoli and mango were so heavily seasoned I could not eat it. I scrapped off the tiny piece of chicken breast (probably 4 oz or less) and managed to get it down. I sampled a friend's fries but they were far too spicy. Another friend could eat only a small portion of her salad...again too much seasoning. I do not like to complain to staff or send things back since it disrupts everyone else's dinner. I just let it slide and avoid going back. BUT, this time was the last straw. We will NEVER return. Life is too short and there so many other places that are far, far better.

Pros: 1) I like the tablets they have at each table. The tablets allow you to reorder drinks and appetizers. It also allow you to pay for your meal using a credit card and it also auto display the tip amount. Of course the tip isn't automatically added to your total until you approve it. You can also split the payment between multiple people which is pretty cool 2) The TVs around the dinning area is a plus and the picture quality was amazing. Cons: 1) Food took forever to come out even though it wasn't that many people there. 2) My rice was undercooked and my girlfriend's mash potatoes was hard. Overall: It is an alright place. There's nothing bad nor good about it. All restaurants have TVs now and a tablet at the tables was neat but the food is lacking here. This wouldn't be my first option to eat at but I like that they are trying to do better.

Atrocious service. Food ordered and not delivered, some dropped on floor. Had to remind the waitress to bring our appetizer. We were at the restaurant for 1 hour and 15 minutes and would have been longer had we not went to the manager. Left 1.00 tip and that was overly generous. Will not be back!

I had almost given up on Chili's but the last two times I went it was pretty good. Then I went a third time and it was the last time I will ever eat there. We were the first people in the restaurant and it took 5 minutes for a server to help us. The service was not very good, orders not right, no refills etc... The place wasn't clean and we were the first customers of the day. To top it all off my meal was served with a brown avocado. Never again Chili's

I order a chicken fajitas. IT came out warm looking like soup. The skillet was nearly warm. I picked it up with my bare hands. WOW. I looked around and saw and hear a fresh one going to another table. I only ate the chicken and the bell pepper the was cooked.

Cross Country trip: We love Chilis. At this Chilis, the Bacon Ranch Quesadillas were very good, as usual. But I'm very disappointed in the Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad - whoever heard of a Caesar salad with iceberg lettuce?!? Checking the menu, it just says croutons, Parmesan and Caesar dressing - doesn't say what kind of lettuce. But a Caesar salad needs romaine lettuce, otherwise it's not a caesar.

Interesting...came in around 5:30pm and there wasn't anyone up front. I waited for a bit and decided to seat myself at the bar. The bartender came out from the kitchen about 5 mins later, didn't apologize or anything. Took my order and disappeared. It's been 15 mins... Lesson learned...I will pay more attention to the reviews! Poor form Chili's...

Worst Chili's I've ever eaten at. The service was slow and the food terrible.

Don't waste your time or money. There are too many other great restaurants in the area than to waste your time here. Sorry to say and I usually love Chilis but they really need to work on some things.

The problem at this particular Chili's isn't the food...that's actually pretty good.....but, actually GETTING the food. The service here really, really lacks. I am basing this on my last 3 visits, which have spanned over the course of 2 years. And, if you go there at lunch time expecting the "express lunch", you might as well order something off the regular menu, because it will take just as long either way. At this point in time, I can't really recommend this Chili's location.

we stayed at a nearby hotel and this was an obvious choice; we usually have very satisfying experiences at chilis. this was not one of them. the food was fine, consistent with most chili experiences. the customer service was atrocious. being a waitress myself, i have some expectations but i also know some people are not capable. hostess was very friendly and gave us a good spot. but when our waiter arrived he was not friendly or courteous, no smiles or eye contact, and he rushed thru his schtick so fast im not even sure what he said. now, i have long dreadlocks and obviously dont look like im "from around here", but i tried not to be sensitive about it, until i saw our waiter being friendly and smiley with another table...and again when a food runner brought our apps out and he noticed we had no silverware or napkins. he said he would be right back w some...he never came back. naturally we didnt see our waiter again until the meals came and i had to ask for napkins and forks. meanwhile at the table behind us the young lady found a sticker in her salad. she presented it to our waiter who offered no apologies, just took it and walked away. towards the end either he knew we were fed up w his lacadasical attitude or he figured it was tip time so he started to perk up but the damage was done. we tip based on service, and he did not get what HE thinks he deserves, thats for sure. i dont know what came first, the traveler or the bad tip, but i know if you treat people with respect they will respect you back!!

It smells weird in here, the food is just ok... My friend and I ordered virgin drinks & were served alcoholic ones... The waitress looked offended when we sent them back & I let her know that both of us were underage. So many wonderful other restaurants in this area I would choose somewhere else if I were you.

Ok, here's what Chili's is out of tonight, on a slow Wednesday at 7pm: Coca-Cola, sour cream, jalapenos, Sprite, and Ribs (yes, their signature item). And those were just the items that our table was aware of. Isn't there a Sam's Club across the street? I'm no saying they should always get their food items at the grocery store, but when you're out of so many basic things, wouldn't it be better to cross the street and buy a few things? Sam's even sells soft drink syrup in the bag-in-the-box that restaurants use. 2 people in our party ordered Iced Tea, only to send it back and ask for something else, as the tea had a rotten taste to it. There appeared to be a total of 2 servers in the entire restaurant, along with a bartender. There were literally people waiting in the lobby for a table, as if the place was packed. However, we were sat in the left side of the restaurant, and there were NO other tables used for over an hour that we waited on our food order. There were probably 6 to 8 tables being used in the whole place while we were there. We all ordered an appetizer, and waited over a half hour for the items. When they arrived, the food was very sub-par... cold, not cooked well, just overall a bad food experience. We couldn't believe how mismanaged the place was, and felt sorry for our server, as we could see the exasperation on his face and hear it in his voice. I left him a very good tip, just because I knew it wasn't his fault and I knew he was trying. When we asked for the General Manager, we were told that he left at 3pm today. So the GM left at 3pm, but they were out of many items on their menu, including basic soft drinks. This location is obviously very poorly managed.

I like Chili's. Sure, it's a fairly uninspired fat bomb of a chain restaurant. But it tastes delicious. I'm a vegetarian, and I love the black bean patty option on all their burgers. And a margarita and a veggie burger is a pretty delicious combination. Unfortunately I had one of my all time worst dining experiences at this particular Chili's. My date and I were seated and then waited ten minutes before our server appeared. She took our drink orders but seemed a little reluctant to take our food orders at that time, but we convinced her we did not need any more time with the menus. We ordered. She repeated our orders back to us, and everything seemed grand. She came back with our drinks. Then the waiting began again. The people who'd ordered their appetizers just as we arrived ate their appetizers. Their food came. They ate their food. Their check came. They paid their check. Our server stopped in to see if our drinks were holding out okay. They were not. She returned with our food. My black bean burger was clearly not a black bean burger. I asked the server if the burger were beef or bean. She said she'd check. She came back with those drink refills. Then she came back again to tell me that I'd ordered wrong, that I'd never said I'd wanted the bean patty--even though she'd repeated my order back to me and had remarked on the bean patty at the time. Argh. We had plans that afternoon and had anticipated spending a quick 45 minutes for lunch. So far we'd spent longer than that just waiting to get the wrong order. We asked for a manager, who took another several minutes to show up. He acted as though we were being slightly unreasonable in bothering him. Eventually we were able to pay for the drinks we'd drunk and left the restaurant without eating. We drove through Burger King. I used to be a server and am extremely laid back about new servers, people having bad days, and kitchen mixups. Waiting a long time for the wrong food is, believe it or not, not an experience killer for me. What was unacceptable was the disregard our server and the manager had for the whole situation. Seeing nearby tables get all their food, eat it, and pay while we waiting with our empty glasses was annoying. So too was the server's stubborn insistence that the problems with our orders were our faults.
