I didn't know that when you want a bone-in chicken dinner, you need to be specific. When I got home, I opened my box and found 4 chicken tenders rather than 4 pieces of real chicken... WTF! I instantly called the restaurant and spoke with the manager. We exchanged names and I told him when I'd be by. When I finally had time during the day to pick up the correct item, there was no hesitation in replacing my meal. They offered up some biscuits and a side. I was happy that they had an intent to make me a happy customer. So next time you want clean the chicken bone, ask for bone-in. I'm so grateful that the manager new how to take care of their customers.
