Great pizza but the service is very bad. The young black lady working the register is just plain rude and does not need to be in the food service business. We decided to have an end of soccer season dinner with the kids. Prior the team mom called and asked about reservations and we were told that we could not make reservations. Ok no problem the next week when we arrived with all parents and kids we are told why did we not make a reservation by some of the employees. As my wife and I are ordering our pizza and discussing this mix up the young lady yells at us from behind the register that they do not do reservations very loud and rude like. I then proceeded to give her a piece of my mind after that. My family and from what I was told the family of our players will not eat at this establishment any more. This was not our first time trying to give them a chance to get things right. It's just a shame.

Don't waste your time trying Fox's Pizza Den. I have been twice and both times was disappointed. The only reason I gave it 2 stars over 1 star is because their greek pizza is very very good. All other pizzas are very greasy and taste no better than a low end pizza chain. The main reason for the low rating is service. Bottom line is the service is terrible. The employees are the opposite of Southern Hospitality. It is clear, they are not trained well and it seems that each time you order or ask for something, you are just being a pain in their butt. We enjoyed the greek pizza and the location is great but other than that it's not worth your time. We will not be going back.

Checked out this place earlier today for a family event. As far as the food - well pizza - of quite delicious. Our group ordered both the Ranch Club and a pepperoni. I ate from the pepp so can speak personally to its taste; those eating the other said it was amazing as well. Couple of reasons I'm not giving it give stars: 1. Atmosphere isn't really all that great. It's not bad, but I didn't find it to really have much of a personality. 2. I didn't find the staff to be too personable. A couple of us chatted with two quite extensively while ordering, and they we're just sorta blah. Just personally think there's room for improvement here. All-in-all if I'm ever back in the area and have a hankerin' for pizza and the like, I'd definitely return.

This is not our first eating at The Fox, our son loves them, as do we! With that being said, something is off at Fox, since they changed to a traditional sitdown restaurant in the past month. Before, you would order, pay and get your drink cups at the counter, and then fill your cup and choose your seat. Now, a hostess struggles to find a server to seat you, 10 minutes later your server finally arrives to take your order, forever went by before our appetizer arrived, after I asked about it, and then our food arrived within 5 minutes. The Garlic Knots are my family's favorite appetizer, before the change. But, the balls weren't made the same, and the normal oil mixture in the plate was missing. The chef forgot the olives on my husband's pizza, and we have learned to not ask for a correction, because that person won't get their correct meal until everyone else is done eating at their table. I ordered the Swamp Pizza, but it was so spicy hot (it was not that spicy the last time I had it), I drank three glasses of lemonade; it turns out that they had changed hot sauces. And, the funny thing about last night, is that the restaurant didn't have a lot of tables full when we arrived; a majority of the orders were takeout....very unusual. But we could understand due to all the changes; new staff, slower process and changes to the recipes. Plus, you can't get tap water, they only offer bottled water....a change brought on by corporate. The one bright spot was our server, Anthony, who was kind enough to turn down the volume of the radio, kept our drinks refilled, was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly! Our family misses the original format of The Fox, and will probably get takeout until it changes back. Please bring back the original format!

Went with my family to this pizzeria. Great meat lovers pizza. I loved everything about it. We also ordered the garlic cheese balls...very good. I plan to make this a regular stop.

This place has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. It is staffed by a group of immature teenage children. The black female manager is pitifully incompetent, rude, and unprofessional. She obviously has no business managing a restaurant, or anything else for that matter. We will never set foot in this dump again.

Good pizza and friendly service. It is located in the wonderful and beautiful area of historic downtown Prattville. It's very casual and has a lot of seating so you never have to wait for a table. It is a great place to eat while shopping on a spring day in the downtown area. It is also a great place to take the kids for an early dinner.

We go here for lunch several times a month and have never been disappointed. My favorite is the "fox's favorite" pizza, which is always delicious! I've also had their calzones which are great as well!

Based on my first and only experience thus far I'm giving 3 stars... The food was good, nothing extravagant, but there's not a lot in the area that really has anything special to offer either. You order at the counter, pour your own drink, and the food is brought to you... that was the last time I saw a waiter, or anyone to assist me with any requests or concerns I may have had. I ordered a "small" stromboli- huge portion and a "small" cheesy bread thing- very large portion. The bread was offered with a sauce; cheese sauce, ranch, or marinara. I put a perplexed look of indecision on my face and the cashier offered me all 3. Cool. Marinara: good but generic Ranch: good, tasted like someone put some effort into it. Cheese: nacho cheese I'll go back to try some other things. It's not spectacular by any means, ultimately I'm just excited to see something new in my home town.

Came in on a Sunday after around 530 looking to have dinner and walked in to the kitchen crew staring us down with no greeting then get to the front counter and also no greeting and mean looks. I just understand how you expect the customer to speak to you first! How rude! So I took my daughter to the restroom and then decided my experience is already ruined can't imagine how the rest of our dinner would be so decided to leave. If you want local business and have your Sunday nights booked and not having your cooks standing around looking awkward then I'd suggest train your front desk to be professional and friendly.

Came here with colleagues during a first time visit to Alabama. I loved everything we had during our group lunch. The wings and cheesy bread were amazing! Great ranch dressing too! I ordered the half steak sandwich which looked like a normal size sandwich! The bread was fluffy and light as air while the steak was juicy and savory. I would definitely come back on another visit to Alabama!

It's my favorite pizza in Prattville and Montgomery. I've only eaten in once - it was kids night or family night or something as there was loud dance music and games being played with kids running amok everywhere - but it was fun to watch. Otherwise it's always take out pizza with an occasional home-made brownie thrown in for fun. The pizza tastes fresh, the toppings are fresh and plentiful, and they will make it however you ask them to. That and a military discount makes me a happy Prattvile Fox Pizza Den fan.

We read the reviews and it kept us from going, until recently. What a mistake! The cheese sticks were golden, crispy deliciousness! The pizza was good and we have heard the wedgies are yummo! I personally liked the salad lettuce was chopped up finely with decent toppings and the made to order milkshakes were a plus! We liked the fact that we could get our own drinks, and the waiters and waitresses were great. The ambiance is exactly what you want from a small town pizzeria, fun, laid back, with good food!

Staff: teenagers who do not know how to use a cash register and are rude!! Pizza: a step up from chuck e cheese pizza. Atmosphere: clean and has a good flow to the place. Price: overpriced!!! This place is a franchise and yet they do not honor the coupons on their own website!! Kind of lame in my opinion!! If you want ok pizza just go to Pizza Hut, it's cheaper.

The pizza here is very good. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews. It's got a unique atmosphere and it is kid friendly.

Awful staff and management has no control or concern with what the employees are doing. Food us in at best.

It can be a little confusing the first time or two going in and figuring out where to order. I didn't have a problem with it though. I was quickly able to order once I figured out what pizza I wanted (Breakfast Pizza is epic). Though figuring out where the fountain drinks where was a little confusing, and finding the Bathroom was about the same too. Getting the food takes a little time, I've had to refill a time or two, but this isn't Dominos or Pizza Hut. So it should be expected a little. The food is delicious though. Just the bread alone is great, but with eating the pizza I practically forget about anything else (definitely try the Breakfast Pizza with the Cheesy Garlic Bread). After the third time visiting I had everything figured out, so the rest of my experiences have been great.
