I was surprised that Montgomery finally got a Dunkin Donuts. This city is the land of Krispy Kreme. Needless to say, I refused to get a donut since Krispy Kreme was so close, but I did have a large coffee- light and sweet. The place was super clean and orderly, and the staff was nice. Yes, I will come back to this location because the coffee was prepared perfectly, and the customer service was great.

Fast and friendly service. I wish it was closer to Montgomery but I would take a 40 minute round trip just to come here for donuts for my shop. Still good selection late at night.

the server was awful i got angry so much....! it was first time to visit dunkin so i do not know how to order. she was terrible! i ordered half douzen but she only got five. im not gonna go there . never never. now my feeling is terrible. she spoiled my day .

My husband and I went through the drive thru this afternoon to order pumpkin spice lattes. The guy working drive thru claimed he could not hear us when we tried to order, sounded irritated and told us to pull forward. We ordered, paid, and were immediately asked to pull forward to the guard rail to receive our order. After waiting ten minutes, we went inside to see what had happened. The guy working drive thru did not acknowledge us. I was going to ask for a refund at this point. The store was not busy. No line in the drive thru. The guy proceeds to push our drinks towards us..asks his co-worker if he should apologize(obviously he was new) and she tells him not to be sorry. Whoever is in charge of training these employees needs to be fired. They don't seem to have any idea how to provide good customer service. It's worth the extra money you have to pay to go to Starbucks and I will be from now on.

yay for DD! being a native new yorker transplanted in to montgomery I was missing my DD fix-- so happy to see those double Ds :) Iv been there numerous times, the drive through is set up kinda awkward and the line can get long, but iv never had to wait long going inside the store. doughnuts, coffee, muffins, Yum! haha good to have another option besides starbucks in the area

So glad to have DD in Alabama. Store is clean. Employees always nice and friendly. Manager greets you at the door. Front parking lot is a bit tricky. Drive thru needs to be re configured before they have an accident.

Doughnuts were good, place was a little messy, but a motivated young employee was cleaning it up. Coffee was fine. Heads up, the large iced coffee is ginormous! A DD medium is probably about the same size as a Starbucks venti... Nice guilty pleasure for a 'cheat day' breakfast.

My complaint is the employees needs to get the orders right when the customers placing their orders and simply listen what the customer is ordering at the register so we don't to make 2 or 3 trips because you'll didn't get it right the first time for something so simple like when someone ordered a chicken salad bagel which was hard which that person ended up switching to a crossiant and still ended up giving tuna twice instead of chicken which was ask for and I had to stand there to make sure it's chicken in there this time. Learn to follow basic instructions.

Alway friendly with fresh donuts and muffins. Great coffee. Easy to get in and out. Office definitely loves it when I bring em a dozen!

Amazing that Montgomery has only one DD. I wish they'd get my order right. Been there several times and I like Big and toasty w/SAUSAGE and I got bacon instead ...twice. not a KK fan so I will keep trying...

Although very established, this chain has yet to 'Wow' me. I have literally never had a fresh tasting doughnut:( I completely understand this is not Krispy Kreme and doesn't have the sign but even employees cannot give me a good time/time of day to come to get a somewhat fresh doughnut. Service is always nice tho.

I spent a year in Montgomery for Air Force ACSC and although i spent only a year here, I can say this is the best DD I've been to. The manager is so kind and walks around to give people free refills. I've lived in 5 different cities with DD and this kind of service is unheard of. After leaving Montgomery I appreciate this because in DC's DD the experience isn't as friendly or clean. I've read all the reviews here and haven't experienced "angry" or "rude" service in all of my [75+] visits.

Went here before with my friends while we were loitering around the movie theatre parking lot. And I ordered a Chicken Biscuit. All I have to say is stick to making donuts.
