Service has always been great, doughnuts are fresh, coffee is good, sandwiches are delicious. I can't find anything wrong with this DD. I visit here frequently.

The worst Dunkin experience I've ever had. They were out of every bagel. I live near one of the busiest Dunkin Donuts in California and they are always stocked. This place was dead and out of everything. I asked them if they were going to be getting more out and I was told, "eventually when we have time". I ordered hash browns and received literally 4 hash browns. This is so unfortunate as this is the first Dunkin in the area and it is not living up to Dunkin level of service I have come to expect and know.

Have been twice for their munchkin donut holes, I had some previously from the Daphne location and they were really good. Both times I got donuts from this location they were dry and only half covered in glaze. The service isn't great either, slow as can be. I won't return to this location.

Was so excited to see a Dunkin Donuts . Well that excitement was lost after walking in and looking at the sparse selection of donuts. The doughnuts looked different so we inquired if they were baked or fried doughnuts to which she said she didn't know. So we said we would order munchkins and two iced doughnuts. The doughnuts were hard as rocks and that's being nice. All of the doughnuts were thrown in the garbage what a big let down. And for the kicker we ordered a cup of coffee and as the girl is pouring it so sloppy that half the coffee coming out goes in the cup and the other half all on the side of the cup dripping and on the counter...she then slaps a lid on it and hands it to us dripping from the sides and the bottom of the cup drenched. We asked if she could wipe that for us being in a suit and tie. What is going on with this Dunkin Donuts? Maybe the only good time to come is early morning but at that I'm not to sure...

I gave this Dunkin a 1 star rating because no matter what time of day we go the donuts are stale. The creme filled donuts are TERRIBLE! There is hardly any creme inside. You are better off going to Walmart and making them yourself.

I like the convenience of Dunkin Donut on Airport Blvd. It's not out of the way for me at all when I'm near the mall. Doughnuts are pretty good, not as good as Krispy Kreme IMO. They have a good selection of coffee and sandwiches too which is a plus.

Katina works the window in the am. Wonderful service always. She even will give us a free bagel or donut every now and then. We went there the other day... I got a caramel iced coffee in my refill cup.. Theresa accidentally broke it and replaced it with her own money. Which I thought was awesome. I've never had a bad experience with them. They are always so friendly and the prices are good. Just about better than Starbucks!!

New & clean, coffee is delicious, and the combo meals are reasonably priced. I ordered the chicken salad croissant, which was nothing special, but the iced coffee I got with the combo tasted great (almost like Starbucks). My wife got the turkey, bacon, cheddar on French Roll, and thought it was delicious. Doughnuts are not Krispy Kreme, but everyone knows that already!
