Disgusting! We went here cause they were running a $5 special, and that's exactly what it tasted like...$5 pizza! It was like eating cardboard and had no flavor! We will never eat here again! (A new pizza buffet (Stevie B's) opened up in town and its very good). Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money at this place!

No matter what they say about the pizza being so so, I think it's pretty good, especially for the price. Let me start with the cheese. I hate pizza with cheese that's too chewy. You're trying to chew and swallow and some of the cheese doesn't want to let go and drop down. It's saying, "I ain't going down there." OK, don't let me get sidetracked. My point is, you can down a lot of CiCi's pizza because the cheese isn't all chewy. Now, that covers the cheese; The crust. The crust is pretty good and not too filling. Yes one of the tricks to pizza buffet style eating is to not fill up on the end crust. Man, I sound like a pizza eating fool. Anyway, you won't feel full eating CiCi's crust (for some reason I've yet to figure out). The cheesy/garlic bread is excellent and I sometimes eat more of this than pizza. make sure to get some when it first comes out and is fresh. Sometimes when it gets cold, its not so good. But the workers will be happy to let you know when some more comes out or bring it right to you. Same thing with pizza. If there is something you want, they will make it for you right then. They will bring it to you when it comes out. They will bring however many slices you ask for. I've seen some people get the whole pizza with their favorite toppings and eat the whole thing. Remember now, this is a buffet. This is not the place to go if you are looking for somewhere nice and quiet with dim lighting. This is an open air environment where filling on pizza is the goal (or at least that's the way it seems). The staff is very friendly and that is the CiCi's way. They keep the pizzas coming constantly. And there are lots of "welcome to CiCi's" and "thank you for coming". As with most CiCi's locations, this one is in a strip mall area and easy to get to and park.
for $5 more or less, Cici's is a great deal! And, if you want something special or that's not on the buffet at that time, just ask and they'll make it

So I watch a lot of tv and with satelite tv I get all teh commercials for restaurants that I don't have in my area and when I do see one I want to try it. We are here in AL for a niece's graduation and after a break of BBQ and pulled pork we wanted pizza. A few relatives mentioned Cici's and explained it as "Do you want good pizza or do you want what you can get for less than $5?" and being true as this family can be we went for the what we can have for $5. It is what it is.... Mediocre pizza, all you can eat and Pop for about $5. Our cousin's son schooled us on how to eat all you can eat pizza - pile high and don't eat the crust. Why bother filling up on the crust when you only wnat the good stuff? Hmm, smart. Ok. Hell, it's only $5. The specialty was the Macaroni Pizza - cheese pizza with a slathering of macaroni pasta and the cheesy sauce. I have to admit it was actually good. But I was already full so I onlyh had one slice. They also had spinach and cheese, bbq chicken, some kind of bacon or pork thing under cheese maybe it was bacon bits? But the pizza was alright. Nothing I would want a full size pizza of. BUT the cheesy bread and the cinnamon rolls were frickin' good! DUDE! I could have just eaten that and would of been happy has a hog rollin in dirt.... Ok I have been in the South for too long! They also have an mini arcade and air hockey!! Excellent for groups and definetly kids! Think almost like Chuck E Cheese kinda crowd but not as many games! Staff was excellent because when our cousin told them we were from CA and wanted mac n cheese pizza they made one especially!!! That's nice of them!

First, know this place is value pizza buffet. I rank value pizza buffet (very) different than other pizza places. As a pizza place, CiCi's ranks as 0 stars (no beer, inferior pizza crust & toppings, poor salad/side options, utilitarian decor, noisy). For a value pizza buffet, here is what is important and how this location stacks up Pizza crust -- inferior (-1) Pizza toppings -- nonexistent (-1) Pizza sauce -- red sauce is acceptable, but on other pizzas too much white/cream sauce to totally mask other flavors (-2) Number of fresh pizzas on buffet -- adequate Salad bar -- pre-made salad coated with messy dressings (-2) Drink options -- chintzy small glasses requiring frequent trips to re-fill. Yes you can buy a large "to-go" cup, but why do that to mask one of their problems? (-2) Taken together, CiCi's and this location used to be better. Vendell

I have been to this Cici's several times and every time I've had the same below average service. I believe in giving places more than just once chance, but as much as I like the pizza that's on the buffet..the environment ruins my visit every time. Me and my fiancé looked for a decently clean table for a good 5 minutes before settling for the best one and cleaning it our selfs with napkins. I only saw someone cleaning tables once and it consisted of taking the plates and every other table he would wipe it down with a dirty rag. Which explains why most of the tables that are "clean" are sticky and sprinkled with crumbs. The floors are also sticky.. The buffet does have decent pizza..when there's pizzas to choose from. Usually it was a few pizzas with maybe 3 pieces left and sometimes they were cold. One pro is the desserts. They are pretty awesome and fresh because everyone was eating them, but still doesn't justify everything else being horrible. Stevi B's is 100% better all around, if you haven't tried it then you definitely should.
