Yummy pizza and super great service. I went after work on a Friday and was sat at a yaw right away. The server was friendly and attentive. Cheese slices are only $2.15 and they have appealing lunch specials too. Service was fast too. Decor and atmosphere was mehhh, but I was just there for some quick grub. I'll be going back for sure!

Service exceeded my expectations. They are super friendly and service was quick. They are have local beers (Good People Snake Handler!!). Huge plus in my book! Garlic Knots are a must order, huge portion for only 4 bucks. By far the best New York style pizza I have had since moving to the South. Last note on my visit , the service was absolutely exceptional, Melody the server was the best and I will be back just for the great service. Thanks!

Wow, this is the best pizza and best crust in metro Birmingham, bar none. We have been here many times and have to drive a pretty good way to get here. But it is worth it. The vegetarian pizza will knock your socks off - it is so good. The mushroom pizza is also a favorite of ours. Wish we had one of these on our side of town. This is a great franchise and the owners care.

Pizza was good but didn't blow my mind. Wasn't "best pizza ever!!" type of pizza. We got a pizza and their garlic knots, which were amazing. We got it to go and glad we did. There was a huge line of people waiting for a table when we went to pick it up and inside seemed crazy. Very loud, very hectic, very overwhelmed looking staff! (All could be a good thing!) Would eat here again for sure.

The owner is super nice! They serve New York Style pizza with some great draft beers - Cahaba Amber Lager, American Blonde and Rysome Stout along with Samual Adams Summer Ale, Fat Tire and Trimtab Rye Brown!

We normally drive to 280 for Mellow Mushroom when we want to eat pizza but decided to take a chance on a rainy night and stay closer to home! We took a chance on this place and we are glad we did! Yummy pizza! We will be back for sure!

The waitress is not at all friendly. I smiled & talked to her nicely, but she didn't show that she cared! It was about 1:30PM for lunch, and she looked like she already worked all night & all day. My dad worked from 7AM and sometimes up to 2:00AM (when the Aero Club had parties) 7x a week (meaning all three shifts), to support us, but he always gave a happy customer service, in the 60's! So, if that was the case with her, forgive me, if you look like you're upset & tired. The Italian dressing, even though I wanted it on the side, I shook it well, inside a tiny container, before adding them to my salad, it was still BLAH. The Spaghetti & meatballs, just OK, sauce very good! The bathroom floor very dirty! The NY subway is cleaner that that! After using the bathroom on our way back to our car, I grossed out about the meal I just consumed! If a restaurant's bathroom is unclean, the kitchen could also be UNCLEAN. We noticed, there were more customers going inside the Mexican restaurant, next to this one.

Thin crust is perfectly thin and crispy, just don't wait to eat as it gets soggy after a few minutes. The hand tossed looks like it will be better for leftovers. Slices are available even in the evening - nice for smaller appetite or to limit the expenditure. Mini garlic knots are excellent - served in a shallow pool of garlicky oil with a small bowl of marinara sauce on the side. Yum!

Looking through the coupon book my child made me purchase I ran across Johnny Brusco's. Had success with Marco's figured why not give Johnny's a try. The people there were nice. Our order was given to us promptly. The meat pizza was ok.... The garlic knots were good... The Great White Pizza was probably the most poorly executed white pizza I've ever received. I'm embarrassed for the people who served it to me. It was absolute garbage. There is a large menu and I may possibly be persuaded to give the establishment another try because they were nice but it will not be my first, second or even my third choice. The place was virtually empty on a friday night around 7:30 at night, that was my first warning.

So first, the service here is top notch, everyone is smiling, attentive and they take very good care of the guests. Keep in mind this is a chain, with locations in 9 states. Pizza was good, sauce was not acidy. Meatball Parm sub was on good bread, however the meatballs seemed pre-made. Now a 4 star rating on a chain restaurant is very high praise and I would certainly eat here again.

Simply a good place to get a slice of pizza - or two - or three... Nothing fancy, nothing to complain about. A good value at a nice casual place. I would go back. (always the ultimate test).

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
