    I gave Logan's three stars because even though the food was so so, our waitress was great. Our order consisted of the potato skin appetizer with the sour cream and chives on the side, my husband got the New York strip and I ordered the roadies with grilled chicken. The potato skins came without the chives but our waitress, Andi, noticed the missing chives as soon as she saw them and offered to go get some. When the order was delivered Andi came over to check how the order was. The roadies should have been grilled chicken, instead they came with fried chicken tender. Again Andi noticed right away and took back the plate to correct the order. When the Roadies came out they were grilled chicken but without the cheese or pickles. She again asked if I wanted the cheese and I told her that I was fine without it. The kitchen seems to have trouble with getting the order right but at least the service was great. If it hadn't been for Andi I would have given a rating of 1 to 2 stars

    Every time I have gone here, I have been unhappy. The food is cold and there is no seasoning on the steaks. I work as a sous chef in a steakhouse, so I KNOW how to season and cook a steak. Every time I've eaten here, my steak was flavorless and WAY overcooked. I eat my steaks rare, so I understand that it wouldn't be as warm as, say, a medium. But my steaks tasted like they had been sitting on the counter for 20 minutes. Waiter did not offer to take back the steak and recook it or even comp the steak. Not impressed.

    We have eaten here twice in the past week. Not going back and do not recommend. The first time was a Friday evening. The steak, 11 oz. sirloin, had a weird texture and was cold. The ladies room was gross, dirty and smelled. Service was friendly. The second time was Sunday at 11:00 a.m. and I had the fried chicken salad. The fried chicken appeared to be a frozen chicken tender that was cut up and thrown on the salad. The chicken was dry and cold. Also, the rolls were under cooked. Again, service was friendly.

    Two stars because they made it right. Anniversary dinner. Didn't want fancy, but we wanted a steak. Options are limited here. Took forever to get drink ordered and longer before we ever knew who our waitress was. We ordered the exact same thing. 6 oz. Fillet with lobster and caesar salad. - first wrong thing was the salad. Brought house salads. Easy fix. - when dinner came it was sirloin. Dined on our baked potato and puny lobster tail while they corrected the steaks. This was my first visit here and will likely be the last.

    We have visited on numerous occasions and tonight, as always, was a wonderful dinner. We ordered fried mushrooms and they were delivered late. The Manager delivered them and said he was sorry these were late and they were on the house. They were WONDERFUL! Our food came hot and tasted awesome! Ribs were YUMMY! Fried chicken breast was Devine!! Visit!!!

    Ordered the healthy sirloin and a sweet potato plain. Sweet potato wasn't cooked all the way & sirloin had no taste what so ever. The music was so loud I could barely order or speak to the person across from me during a business lunch. I'm 25 and I thought The music was too loud. That's saying something.

    Went out for anniversary dinner. I ordered the onion brewski 8oz steak medium. It came out medium rare. I sent it back to be cooked longer and they sent the same steak back out and it was burnt on top and well done. Sent it back to have them cook me new steak and it came back burnt and well done as well. Brown all the way through not even close to medium well or medium which is the way I had requested. My husband waited to eat his steak until my FIRST recook came back out. When we realized it would be even longer before I had my food he went ahead and ate his, needless to say it was cold. The second manager I spoke with offered to PERSONALLY cook me ANOTHER (this would be their third attempt) I told him no thank you that I had already waited 45 min for both recooks and that I had to get home to my children. The server dropped our food off and left the table, she should have waited until I had cut into my steak to make sure it was cooked properly ESPECIALLY since it wasn't cooked right the FIRST, SECOND OR THIRD time. Each time I had to wait 5-7 min for her to reappear to send my steak back. The first manager I spoke to offered to comp my meal. The second manager I spoke to after my steak had came out wrong the 3rd time comped our entire check as well as gave me a $20 gift card.

    Do not recommend. Food arrived piecemeal. Steak was VERY rare (ordered medium). Re-cooked had burned outside and medium rare gristle inside. Loaded mashed tasted like paste. Half-rack of ribs = three ribs only. Sautéed mushrooms cross-contaminated with macaroni. At least the manager comped the steak.

    If the service had been better, I would have given this chain four stars but it's hard to give cold food a good rating. In three trips on different days and times, the food was consistently lukewarm to downright cold. On my last trip, the wait was over an hour when the place was about a third full. The servers were all eating or outside smoking. My food was so cold as to be inedible. I wrote an email to logans website and the general manager called and was very nice and apologetic. He said he was sending vouchers for a free meal and I was going to give it another try but he never actually sent the vouchers. So I will have to stick with a low rating because any food, served cold, is bad food.

    Service is kind of slow, but the ribeye was good, and cooked like I ordered. It's not Ruth Chris, but hey, you can't throw peanut shells on the floor there!!

    Steak was tough and rice pilaf bland. Don't get me started on the stale peanuts!

    It's a chain. So just like all the others. Just don't come in on a sunday looking for a beer. Town (and county?) are dry on Sunday.
