I cannot stress enough just how awful this Dunkin' Donuts location is. In fact, I've created a Yelp account solely to raise awareness to the manager and hopefully other potential patrons. The only reason they are still in business is their prime location beside the interstate; That's really unfortunate because the public will continue to give them their money out of convenience. Countless times I have given them the benefit of the doubt and returned here, only to be let down in every facet of their business: The service, the accuracy of the order, and the food quality - all are atrocious. Employees move at a pace so slow that you want to jump over the counter and do things for them - they truly hate their jobs and it shows. My order is wrong 90% of the time; This is not an exaggeration - If you go 10 times, it will be wrong 9 times. If you order 3 or more items, just forget it, everything will be wrong. Finally, and most importantly, the food/donuts are garbage. I've been to countless other Dunkin' Donuts who do just fine. However, at this location, the donuts will be stale and the breakfast sandwich, wrap, etc will be cold/thrown together. I hate that a business with no regard for quality/customer service manages to stay in business because of their location. I can only hope that one day it catches up with them. Do yourself a favor and go to McDonalds next door or the Starbucks 2 minutes away on Hwy 90. Good riddance, Dunkin' Donuts.

I love coming here! They always has my vanilla cocoa cream filled donut! The red velvet cream cheese is another favorite. The coolatta is not as smooth as a frappuccino and I wish I ordered it with half the amount of caramel syrup. Too sweet for me if it's the regular amount. The service is always great and quick! I usually stop here on my way to work early in the morning so there's usually not a line! The drive thru is one way with no outlet unless you order, so don't try just "drive thru" lol! Will be back!

Still kind of crowded with the whole "new thing" thing going on. Parking is difficult because of the crowd. Good coffee and donuts!

Love the donuts, but hate the drive thru, 30 minutes to get through is a little much and will make u late for work. Watch out Parkin lot small and once you get in the drive thru you are committed because you can't go anywhere but the drive through. So if going through in the morning good luck

Ok, things are starting to fire like a well oiled machine. I'm still having trouble with being asked if I want my coffee iced or not. If i want an iced coffee I'll say "iced" before or after the word coffee.

This place is absolutely AWFUL . The workers were slow and confused and working on a car order for 10 minutes, which was why they couldn't get us our food in time. We were already in a rush but they gave the person BEHIND US his food before ours. Filled with african americans who were clueless. They made us wait more than 10 minutes and the african lady threw the food at us and forgot our other order. not only that they gave me the wrong order and forgot my sisters tatertots. worst service ever. First time at dunkin donuts and last.

This place is absolutely the worst. You can clearly see the workers are a mess. We were waiting for at least 15 minutes & the guy in the front said my order only took a min to make. The workers are slow & looked confused. The service is horrible , not to mention that they even got my order wrong !! But the tater tots are really good over there lol
