Absolutely one of the best places to eat in Centre! Very friendly and helpful staff. Great prices. Homemade chips are always fresh and crispy and the macaroni and cheese is to die for! I've never had anything here that wasn't filling and worth the trip. Can get crowded due to limited seating so go early.

Overall bad experience. I ordered the seafood platter. Nothing on it had any flavor and I am pretty sure the crab in the crab cake had gone bad. Very surprised how bad the food was given we had to wait for a table. My husband ordered the steak and shrimp and asked for his steak to be cooked medium. By the time it finally came, it was more than well done. We were seated along with 2 other tables (one being a party of 6) - they both received their food and were almost done eating by the time we received our meal. There was no opportunity to complain to our server as we never her again after she took our order (not even to give us the check). We are here on vacation, but there have to be better places to eat. By far the worst meal, and restaurant experience I have ever had.

Chris at the Secret recommended we go here for dinner and it was a great suggestion....we were able to make reservations for Valentine's day and were seated immediately. Food was great and homemade cheesecake was wonderful!!! Service was great too!!

Phyllis and I ate here again last night 4-15, had the best hamburger steak I've had in a long time, the rest of our food was great as usual. Highly recommend Pat's.......

We are staying at The Secret Bed and Breakfast in nearby Leesburg and we were looking for somewhere other than chain restaurants and wanted somewhere we hadn't been before. Kris and Charlie, the owners of The Secret, recommended Pat's Perfection in Centre and we are so glad they did. We were hesitant to go in at first because the parking lot was empty. We forgot Alabama was playing football so mostly everyone was at home glued to their sets! We decided to give them a try anyway and I'm sure glad that we did. The food was fabulous, the service (Jacob) was great and the owner, Pat, came out to talk to us and she was so sweet and kind. Hubby had the House sandwich, which was a BLT made with fried green tomatoes. I had the surf and turf and it was more than I could eat. we got a slice of pecan and of key lime pie to go. both were made from scratch and very good. If you are in the area you should try them!

I am not from here but when I am close I will eat here. The ribs are great and they have so much to choose from on the menu. I have had the catfish plate and it was very good. The kids loved the chicken strips and shrimp. We like the onion rings too. I hope this helps and hope you enjoy.

Pat recently catered my dad's birthday. Wow the compliments kept coming. I love her frozen dishes great to have on hand for when you don't wanna sweat over a stove for hours. Her lunches on Tuesday and Friday are a welcome change from the fast food available for lunch.
