If I could give this no stars, I would. Three coworkers and I went there for lunch recently. That's what this review is based on. I can't comment on the food because we never got served. We sat down and looked at menus for more than 15 minutes. Nobody came to us or acknowledged that we were there. The place was not full, yet two people were cooking at the flat top and another was wandering around behind the counter not really doing anything. We got up and left. Worst service experience I've had in years. I will never visit that location again.

This visit was really disappointing. My husband and I arrived to find that every table was covered in dirty dishes, so we were unable to sit down despite the fact that there was only one other customer in the place. We looked around to see if someone was cleaning tables, but all we saw were two employees on their phones, and another standing at the register. Once seated, it took ten minutes to get our drink orders because the waitress forgot. Another waitress had to come by and ask us what we ordered since the first one was unable to remember. The food was overcooked and a few times, a waitress had to show the cook how to make an order. Don't visit here unless you have plenty of time and low expectations.

How can you mess up a simple All Star Breakfast? They had everything wrong from adding cheese to eggs, burnt hash browns, extremely unhealthy levels of butter on toast & grits. I feel nauseous to be honest. At least the water & coffee were fine

My wife just visited this morning. She stood at the front counter for over 5 mins carrying our 9 month daughter and no one acknowledged her. Finally one of the servers asked if they could help and placed her order. While waiting for her order to come a couple walked in and found a seat and were immediately helped. My wife continued to wait (over 30 mins) and during this time the couples order was taken and they were served. My wife asked someone for help and the assistant manager came over and asked what was wrong. My wife explained to her the problem and with no sympathy or apology she begrudgingly took her order again. They brought her the food but her order was missing the meat that was included in the meal. She asked for help again and the assistant manager who seemed frustrated offered no apologies and returned with the meat in a cup. My wife was so flustered and upset she immediately called me. After all this not once did the assistant manager wash her hands nor wear gloves. Needless to say the meal was trashed. We won't be returning to this location.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered the breakfast melt like I always do and when it came to me it was really greasy, it only had one egg and one piece of cheese. I asked the server if this was right because it normally comes with 2 eggs and 2 prices of cheese. She says sorry and that it was suppose to have 2 of each, she then takes my plate to have it fixed. Only to have the cook to bring it back saying that he's worked here for 10 years and it's always only had one. I was taken back by his argumentative attitude and said it was fine though I've been eating here for 15 years and had frequented other locations and that the sandwich had always had two eggs just like all the other sandwiches do and that the melt given its name meant 2 pieces of cheese. He huffed at me and said he would add an egg but I chose to eat it as is and just leave a review and I am never going back.
