It's Starbucks....quality & consistency always met! When I am in town for work, this is the one I go to. My only eehhhh of the place is the tiny outside seating area. Other than that baristas are friendly, attentive and the place meets standards.

You've been to Starbucks before. You know what you're going to get and this location is no different. The employees were very kind and we had our order in quick fashion. The inside is not huge, so the tables are set pretty close to each other. No big deal, unless you're trying to have a private conversation. I wasn't. There are two entrances, tons of parking spaces, and a drive thru. Oh, and free wifi. I go local any time I can. With that said, these folks know what they're doing.

Hands down, the best Starbucks I've ever been too. The service is always on point. My drink is always made correctly. It even looks like the freakin ad pictures with the perfect whip cream swirl & sprinkles. The staff is sweet & amazing. I've gotten to know them through my daily drive throughs & walk-ins. It became a part of my routine so much that there would be times when I drive that direction when I don't even plan on getting coffee. It's even better that it's practically right next door to Jason's Deli. Unfortunately, I don't live in Hoover, AL anymore & my coffee is now made by retarded people that couldn't tell the difference between a latte & an americano if they tasted it. Starbucks 150...I miss you.
