Love this place. It's closest to work, so ow always manage to make it here most days before work. Staff is always pleasant. Drinks are always made right.

This place is by far the most unfriendly Starbucks... Cashier made you feel like you were bothering her. Maybe it's Alabama but you get better service in the smaller cafe like seeds.. Drive the mile and go to seeds better coffee and nicer service

This location is less than 5 minutes away from where I live, so I find myself here a lot. I usually get green tea lattes and frappuchinos because I love matcha. I have one right now, actually, ha! Anyway, this location isn't as cozy as the Trussville one. Their service is a lot faster, though. Sometimes the baristas and cashiers seem worn out and tired, but hey, they work at the Homewood Starbucks. They've got TONS of people to tend to. I say this Starbucks is A-OK because the service is fast and the drinks are always great. They would be an awesome drive-thru Starbucks.

This is my favorite Starbucks location in the Birmingham area! It's close to my home and I always receive excellent service, consistently good coffee, and I feel like I'm at home here. The baristas get to know you if your a regular customer. They are always accommodating, polite, and engaging. I can honestly say that I've had my share of laughs conversing with the baristas at this location. It's a great place to get some after hours office work done or to work on my graduate school work.

Unfortinately this was the worst experience I have ever had at Starbucks. I walked in as they opened and the baristas were less than nice and seemed bothered we were there at opening. I asked for an espresso drink and the barista said "Sorry... You can have anything but an espresso drink". I then asked for a breakfast sandwich, and was told the machine was not ready yet either. She went on to say they would be ready in about 15 minutes and said "This is what you get when you come in at opening the day after Christmas. I was under the impression when the store opened, they would be open for full business. The barista said since they were closed on Christmas, It would take longer for the machines to be ready. To me, that means you get to work at a manageable hour to prep all machine by opening. Other than that, the store was clean, but only get 1 star due to lack of menu availability and staff lack of welcoming environment.

It's easy to say Starbucks are a dime a dozen but this location is my go to. You know all the drinks and food so what makes this location special is the staff and atmosphere. The staff always makes you feel welcome and is eager to help in any way. They have several tables to sit at and a couple of comfortable chairs as well. There is no drive-thru at this location but there is ample parking.

I LOVE this location! I am in about every other month for work meetings in the area. Staff is friendly, Place is always clean. Regulars always provide a laugh! It's Starbucks...quality & consistancy of products keeps me coming back!
