I visited Pablo's on lunch with some coworkers. The patio area is very pleasant, though we had to deal with bees swarming our food. The service was quite slow considering that the place wasn't very busy and the fajita taco salad that I had (with steak) wasn't really that great. The chips and salsa were okay, but nothing really special. I was really disappointed. Such a beautiful place, but very mediocre otherwise.

We ordered take-out; 2 chicken and shrimp fajitas and 1 order of queso dip- it was $53.00!!!!!!!! We received 3 shrimp in each order and they still had shells and tails. DISAPPOINTED!

Amazing patio that is built up around a tree so it feels like you are eating in a tree-house sorta. Good service, great salsa. Margarita tasted a little too much like sugary syrup. Inside is kinda dark but there is a ton of seating outside so go on a day where the weather is nice and enjoy the great outdoors!

The food is delicious. The deck is fabulous. The service is good. The margarita's are passable. All are a good value. The chips are fresh and the salsa is very nice. The only down side is the dark and dreary inside. Stay out on the deck on a nice day, drink the margaritas, eat the chips and have a "toastaguac" or my favorite a shrimp chimichanga..

The food is nothing to write home about and the service will leave you waiting for a long time. Management needs to hire more servers and bartenders

Terrible service. Don't waste your time. Sat at the bar for 5 minutes with no acknowledgment. Switched to a table in hopes to have a waiter/waitress who cared and that proved to be equally as bad. The 4 people working stood next to the door, leaning against the glass that leads to their porch. 2 tables had customers at them and the rest of the place was empty. I figure it's because people have caught onto their notoriously bad service. Only good thing I can say it is the woman who brings chips was friendly and brought us chips and salsa both times we were seated. Don Pepes just across the parking lot is exponentially better!

I give this place 4 stars for the live music that was wonderful to sit outside and enjoy while you eat. As far as food, I would only give it 3 stars. But will go back for the music, super nice and attentive wait staff and the spicy salsa. Nothing was wrong with the food but it did not wow me either.

Food selection is good, the patio is a wonderful area to sit! However, the last time I was there, the service was terrible. We were greeted quickly but we waited about 15 minutes for drinks.

Live music every time I have been. I have greatly enjoyed this Mexican restaurant. Food: In my several trips to the establishment I have enjoyed quesadillas, fajitas, and nachos. Their queso dip is good and the salsa is pretty dang delicious. Atmosphere: Live music every time on the expansive outdoor deck. The deck is the only way to eat here. It is flooded with live music and I'm not just talking about mariachi band blaring in your face at the table I'm talking a decently talented dude standing with his gear playing an assortment of popular music. Margaritas: They were ok nothing to really party over. But for the record I am picky and can not stand premix junk.

Excellent place to eat. Had to dine very quickly and our food was brought to us seemingly instantly. Our server Mason was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and is the reason I'll be making several more visits to Pablos. Fantastic!

I have always loved pablo's and the patio! However, the last few times I have been service has gone down hill to say the least. The last time my husband and I decided not to go back for a while. We were seated and it took about 10-15 minutes to get our drink order taken... Then after another 10 min we order after other tables that came in after us ordered and got their food... We NEVER received our food. After 45 minutes we told our "server" (to use the term loosely who felt it was more important to stand at the hostess stand) that we would just like to pay for our drinks and cheese dip and to cancel our food. He told my husband that he would bring us our food right away but at that point we were over it. This is the third time this has happened in the past 5 months. I don't know what has happened. The food was always good and the service was always great.

This use to be one of my favorites, but oh how things have changed with this restaurant. Bad service and cold food - that pretty much sums up the last few visits. We will not go back.

This used to be an OK place. But, last two times including tonight it was a bust. service was not there and when we recieved our order it was COLD ( second time in 3 months). Plates where cold and so was the Chili relleno's, Nachos had a cold film over the beans.Left 3.00 for a beer and walked out..this is the Lee Branch shop, so we went across the street to Don Pepe Mexican..Now they know mexican even the server warned us about the HOT Plate..you choose...

I gave this place a try last week after hearing from friends about how good it is; I was disappointed. I ordered chile rellenos and refried beans. The beans tasted like they were straight out of a can along with the sauce on the chile rellenos. They have a big outdoor seating area so all the 20-30 something women can meet up and drink gringo margaritas together. The service was good so no complaints there. There is no shortage of Tex-Mex joints in the area including Don Pepe and Ixtapa so check them all out and make your own conclusion.

The deck is great on a good weather day. The steak burrito was tasty. Many complaints about the service In other reviews but ours was good.

I'm going to cut to the chase here: this place sucks. There is literally nothing good I can say about it other than it didn't make me sick. You're way better off at Moe's across the lot. Bland. Uninspired. Not well-executed. Just, nope. I'm pretty sure everything is from a can, without even the effort to spice it up a bit. I assume it would have been long out of business if not for the badass patio.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
