If you like chicken tenders this is your paradise! Perfectly battered and served up fresh with a great side of fries. The best part might be the cloud like biscuit that sits atop your basket of goodness. Let's eat!

No wait to order and choice of seating. Not many small tables for single diners or couples. Booths had interesting flip up seats. I tried the Chicken basket as recommended by so many. I was not as impressed as many apparently. It was not bad but not enough to make me go back begging for more. Special sauce was similar to chains. Fries left a lot to be desired. Not crisp at all. Apparently owners "personality" (referenced in other reviews)is reserved for those he recognizes as regulars and not just happy to have new customers. Next time I am thinking chicken, I'll stick with chain in the same parking lot.

After reading the reviews on YELP, and being the chicken finger connissoueur that I am, I decided to try this place out. The guy at the register actually greeted me with a smile after I walked in flashing mine. I already knew what I wanted (the chicken finger basket with an extra sauce and a large coke ). My total came to $11.10. After giving him a $20, he gave me $9.00 back and mentioned that he gave me the dime free! What a class act! I'm not sure how many chicken strips were in the box, maybe 8 or 9, and they were piping hot and delicious when received. The sauce is great and was a nice addition to the chicken. The biscuit and fries were good too. I couldn't wait to get to my destination and begun eating in my car! Next time I will sit in and eat Overall I enjoyed my experience and will eat here again.

So, I love this spot. The chicken fingers are incredible and the service is always pleasant. Now, I did end up walking out paying over $10.00 (basket and med drink), which is more $ than I normally allow myself for lunch. It's a cozy spot, but I normally get my order to go. However, I will definitely be back!

Well, I read the other reviews and thought I'd give this place a try. If I could give half stars I would. For starters, I definitely thought you get a good bang for your buck. I didn't finish my meal (I got the chicken finger basket by the way). The chicken fingers are more like...chicken knuckles?? Not quite as big as a finger, but bigger than a bite. But! You get a TON of em. As for taste...I just wasn't impressed. I thought it coulda used just a tad bit more seasoning. A good chicken finger I could eat sauce-less. These didn't fit the bill. Speaking of sauce... Like most places FF had their own "special sauce". Ehh. I wasn't crazy about it. I shoulda stuck with my norm of ranch or honey mustard. (If its any consolation I don't care for Zax sauce either) Fries we're seasoned well and the food was cooked to order. Unfortunately...I can't agree with the best chicken fingers in Birmingham... Not with a CFL and Zaxbys within 5 miles. :-/

Chicken fingers and biscuits that you'd be willing to make babies with, if it were possible. Dipping sauce is good enough to wanna drink it down with a straw.

Excellent lil dive in Hoover. Chicken basket are the star of the show. Food is made to order so its always Fresh! Great place for breakfast or lunch.

LOVE this place! Local Hole-In-The-Wall in a strip shopping center. A real gem if you like a no frills kind of atmosphere (Note, I DO Like This type of place) The owner has just a bit of an edge in his personality to make him a fun guy to deal with. Specialties are chicken fingers and chicken bites. My amazing GF had the grilled chicken bites w/salad. The chicken was totally Delish! The dipping sauce is really great. I had their burger w/fries. No complaints at all. I am looking forward to going back and highly recommend to all!

I ordered a buffalo chicken basket with blue cheese. The woman barely spoke English. I received a regular chicken basket with honey mustard. That's when I was told they don't have buffalo sauce or blue cheese. The chicken was bland.
