I have recently moved to South East Lake. There are like, no eating establishments except for Churchs, Little Ceasers, and the new East 59. Yeah, this church's is P-I-T-I-F-U-L. My first experience delivered hot and fresh chickens but each subsequent (I kind of really like fried chicken so I'll put up with bad service) was NOT and each visit got worse and worse. Their drive through speaker is busted so the line takes FOREVER. I wouldn't go in because it appears to be equally long. When you get to the window the person leans out the window like "hey, what chu want." It's not professional. I appreciate the friendliness but it makes me think they don't have a clue what's going on in there... inside people are walking around covered in flour and sweat and it's kind of gross to think about. My last visit, which will definitely be my last, the drive through girl told me they were out of soda. How are you out of soda in the middle of the day? She told me they were out of mashed potatoes. She charged me full price even though I did NOT receive a drink. She didn't offer anything in it's place to make up for it either! Like some places will throw in an extra piece of chicken, or a side. Nope. She didn't care! She told me to pull to the lot to wait on fresh chicken and that she would bring me OUT MY CHANGE. This was really scary to me. Give me my change now (it was only .20 so I didn't press the issue). The chicken brought to me was not fresh, and she gave me .25 so.....her till was all sorts of off I'm sure if she was doling out wrong change all day! Very unprofessional, poor quality service. They are nice but they do not have it together. Shut it down or clean it up! If you don't mind rolling the dice and seeing what kind of chicken day it will be, you might get piping hot good chicken. Or you may get 5 hour old chicken. It's a gamble. Best to go to Bojangles in Eastwood!

Very horrible would not recommend at all customer service is horrible and the management is no better we waited 45 mins to get 2chicken sandwich's all the workers were trying to clean to get out of there customers always comes first will not be going back
