Ahh work release burgers. The tastiest cheeseburgers made by minimum security inmates. I've seen so much shady stuff go on here over the years, but nonetheless I'm always back for a tasty burger when I'm in town yall.

I must say, this location has gone down in quality substantially. After today's visit, I am not sure I will be returning here. Now, don't compare it to the Pelham location, which is spectacular. - INAPPROPRIATE staff - was cussing loudly inside and yelling. Sure, I assume they had a funny conversation, but this is not the way to do it. The cleanliness was also questionable. - NON-FUNCTIONING drive thru. It was actually a fun image of me yelling into the microphone and nobody answering. I had to pull up to the window to order - OVERSALTED French fries

Backyard burger is great if your into big, meaty burgers! I am, so I think backyard burger is great! I come over here for lunch probably less than once a month but every single time I'm left satisfied. Not only is the food good, the drive thru service is always spot on. Don't know his name (has to be a manager) but he's always EXTRA pleasant! Only reason this gets 4 stars and not 5 is because it's so doggon expensive. $9+ for a fast food burger combo? Cmon Son!

It has been several years since I have been to this local fast food place. Gotta say this location is a bit strange. It has a walk up window to order and seating outdoors. I ordered a hamburger and fries that were fine but my wife ordered a chicken sandwich that was supposed have slaw on it. Their idea of slaw was barely a teaspoon worth so that was pretty disappointing. Also ordered a kids meal with a fruit punch. They for some reason charged us for a mega cup of fruit punch that if we weren't just annoyed by that point and ready to go we would have asked for a refund. Pretty much common sense that if you're ordering a kids meal give us a small kids cup. Look the food isn't bad but some weird things that can be avoided on their part caused this not so stellar review.

This was my first time to a Back Yard Burger. I had the junior burger without onions, added bacon, and it was a very respectable size burger. Much bigger than I figured junior to be. The fries have a great seasoning to them, and I went all out with the chili and cheese on top. I would certainly come back to visit this place, as I and both coworkers I was with enjoyed it very much. Prices are fair, and food is about mid-level of quick burger spots.
