Food is the worst! Especially wasilla! Because of them, I will never ever eat fast food again!

Got my order wrong and that's ok it can happen but when it does its time to make it happen. They left off all the lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle because I ordered "no dressing" ?? Ok , open it up and put it on, done, I had almost ate all my fries by the time the girl came back. Place was full so we went to at area and it was smoking hot in there ??? What the...kids don't get any cool room to play in ??

Not bad as fast food goes. I enjoyed the food and as soon as 6 am hit their drive through was open. Prices are pretty consistent with local fast food chains. The breakfast is fast and good. But it's fast food not necessarily a gourmet restaurant.

Meh... Tables in the play area were filthy. Dusted the crumbs off with a napkin. My salad was fresh, but they skimped out on the grilled chicken, so I returned it and they added a little bit more chicken. Lady sitting at a table next to me is coughing. -hopefully she's just a smoker. ;) Oh well. If the kids get sick, they get sick. Only restaurant in the valley with a sizable children's play area.

Absolutely hideous. I was customer #18 order to go today. A simple cheese burger and a chicken sandwich. Nothing special. After 10 minutes I asked and the burger maker had forgot my order. I gave them my order card back and left with nothing. Very upsetting. This is the second time I've done this. First was about 1 1/2 years ago. Now I remember why I never go there. Very bad service and organization there. 2 thumbs down

We go there so the kids can play in the play area.... Been there three times now. The play area is always dirty but the toy is awesome. My son loves it. We are consistently given the wrong food. What upsets me the most is that whatever the wrong item is, they throw away rather than letting me have it. I would give to homeless or save for leftover. Seems extremely wasteful to just throw away good food.

This is the WORST Carl's Jr, ever, the one in eagle river I would say is better than most fast food in general. Last night it took 28 minutes to get my food after I ordered, the burger was missing ingredients, I didn't get napkins, and the soda all tasted like water I was so upset. If it is a brisket burger with onion straws it should have brisket and onion straws. Not just a burger patty with bbq sauce and some weird sloppy Joe looking stuff on it. NEVER going back to this one again........ Save yourself the money, go to A&W, or taco bell or ANY WHERE but here .

This is THE place to go if you have a deep-seated desire to expose your children to every disease known to mankind, or if you find it deeply satisfying to sit in a ketchup-smeared metal chair while someone else's dirty, half-naked feral child crawls under your greasy table and creepily stares up at you between your legs as they absent-mindedly munch on one of the many french fries that are strewn upon the floor. There has never been a time that I have been in the play place that gave me the notion that the other occupants could read... signs indicating that your child must be clothed are routinely ignored, so there are always a dozen screaming, bare-footed, grimy, snotty-nosed, coughing children smearing their germs all over the inside and outside of the the play area as their parents ignore them in favor of staring, zombie-like, at their "smart" phones. I would recommend taking your child here if you do not vaccinate your children, as this will definitely give your child's immune system a boost. The food is only okay -- it was much better when they first opened, but the current management is definitely slacking in every way.

Year's ago when this place opened the food was always right on target. There service is descent and so i gave two stars. However with that being said has anyone ever got fries from this place that were not either cold or wood? or both? There sandwiches have gone down hill dramatically do any managers say that is not good enough remake it? When I open a sandwich and there was so much dressing it soaked the bottom bun after pulling from drive up to the parking lot so maybe 4 minutes at the most. Or smashed or just other poorly prepared. The ingredients are all the same mass produced come in the same way at every store but the employee arrangement of those ingredients has been going down hill. I don't go back just for this reason. Do fries really cost that much to make a small batch and just throw them away if no one get's them in 30 minutes?

This one has gone downhill. The last couple of times we have been there it has been dirty and the tables feel greasy. Yuck! the food has no taste and the playground smelled like urine. After leaving there I felt like I needed to wash down with sanitizer.
