I LOVE their sandwiches however I am always disappointed in the customer service experience when I am able to go this location. Today I ordered a coffee, was ignored for a good 10 minutes, and once the coffee was done it was evident that the woman operating the espresso machine had minimal experience making coffee. If your employees don't know how to make a cup of coffee, don't have an espresso machine. It was truly disappointing, and to then have poor customer service on top of that ruined the experience.
