This is now Nim's House of Thai Food, and is still great. This is the review I posted under Nim's: Excellent! We came to Fairbanks for a week and came here twice because the first time was so good. Very fresh food and and wonderful sauces, also very fresh. I had yellow curry both times, with different ingredients. My husband had Pad Thai the first time, which was fine, but the second time had chicken with peanut sauce on spinach and broccoli, which was really delicious. Friendly, helpful people.

Best Thai food in fairbanks. I grew up eating thai food and know authentic. They serve food they make at home! Sticky rice, stuffed chicken wings, yam woon sen salad is the best in town too. I tried it at three other restaurants in town. Staff is extremely nice, clean, & prices are great. I compare restaurants in New York & Boston to this place!

Best thai food I've ever had. And I'm from San Francisco so I'm used to great food. Very traditional. The service is genuine and friendly. Love love this place!

Sweet basil, awesome drunken noodles. The place may be small but the food is made from scratch and the owner is there to greet you and is really nice, been there a couple of times. My wife has been there more than that because the food is that good. They make stuff to order and nothing is precooked. You have to try the drunken noodles. I like spicy so I get it extra spicy its probably the best noodle in Alaska.

This place is just okay. Came for lunch with some friends and ordered fresh rolls, where they ordered a variety of dishes from curry noodles to shrimp stir fry. They all said it was good, though none outstanding, and my rolls were very boring and fell apart easily. Oh well. I will probably come again as it is near the area I work when I am in Fairbanks. I would much rather have gone to Bahn Thai downtown.
