My husband and I usually order half pepperoni and half cheese. We have never ordered any of their specialty pizzas. Today was the first time I've tried ordering online. It was very difficult to navigate their online system. I wanted a half cheese half pepperoni but I ended up getting full cheese pizza. About five minutes after I ordered I got a call from Capone's saying that it would be ready in 15 minutes. I would recommend confirming your order when they call you because of the difficulty of the online system. I decided it was worth it to order online because of the 15% discount. I really like the crust here. I also like it because it's so close to our house and is made quickly. I've never had it delivered so I can't speak to their delivery service. If you're looking for fast good pizza in East Anchorage I recommend this place.

Capone's Pizza was OK at best. They put the right amount of sauce, cheese and toppings on. However once you get to the crust you would probably be better off eating a piece of cardboard. They both have the same texture. I personally like my crust to rise and have little air bubbles. This crust was not thin, but flat and dry. The customer service was good for a place that is just a pick up or delivery. I do think the price of their pizza's should be a little lower. They charge about the same prices as a place like Uncle Joe's, but the product isn't nearly as good in my personal opinion. Only thing that they have over a place like Costco and Sam's Club is the fact that they deliver because I honestly believe the pizza is better at those places as well. Place is clean and I will go back to try some of their subs.

Being able to order online (and they even take 15% off the bill if you do!) and pick up within 10 minutes of doing so (and I'm serious!) automatically makes this place a winner. But not only is their pizza (which is essentially the most important part of a pizza joint, is it not?) delicious, but also very reasonably priced. So, if you're ever on this side of town, be sure and check this place out, you most definitely won't be let down. P.S. if you're polite and pleasant to the workers, they throw in a free Pepsi... just an FYI ^_^

This is the only place that make pineapple and jalapeno pizzas awesome possum! We were always satisfied here, even with their other pizzas. My favorite is that you can order online (since I have a minor phobia of talking on the phone) lol. When I come back to visit, I'll be sure to pick me up a P & J Pizza (pineapple & jalapeno).

Ah, Capone's. Where do I begin? I have a love hate relationship with this place. There are some very good qualities about their pizza but also some serious flaws as well. First of all, I am all for any pizza joint, or restaurant in general, that isn't a chain. I'm happy to give my money to 'Mom and Pop' kinds of businesses when I can and Capone's is a welcome alternative to the regulars around Ft. Richardson, i.e., Domino's, Pizza Hut, etc. So, when I'm sick of eating from one of the chains I am rarely hesitant to dial up and order from Capone's. The Asian lady that always answers the phone is very to the point but not rude. She can even be kind of funny sometimes. I've never had an issue with her understanding my order, or in any other respect. Okay, so here it is: Capone's is not the best pizza around. Is it good? You bet. Is it great? Meh. No. But it IS good. Is Domino's great? No. But millions of people still eat there everyday. You see my point? Yes, Capone's has some good pizza. It's flavorful, you get a lot of pizza for your money, some of their pizzas have large, fresh (not cooked) tomato slices on top, it's not overly greasy to where it seeps through the bottom of the box (Domino's), it has always been hot upon delivery in my experience and it has a decent tasting crust and fresh tasting ingredients. Now, the negative. The cheese is not that great. Especially reheated. I've tried many times to eat this pizza the day after and it has never tasted right. It's not gross but it's just...weird. I think because of the consistency of the cheese? It doesn't reheat well at all. My biggest issue with Capone's is this: when your fresh, hot pizza arrives and you go to pull a slice away, the cheese sticks to the remainder of the pizza and all of the toppings and cheese are pulled from the slice itself, leaving you left holding nothing but a barren slice of pizza consisting only of crust and sauce! I have experienced this phenomenon every single time I have ordered the Capone's Combo Pizza. It's really quite dissapointing and frustrating to the point where, when I am hungry for a pizza, I don't know if I want to risk ordering from Capone's and having to deal with all of my toppings falling off when I go to grab a slice. And I've got to tell you, I do take that into consideration before I order from Capone's. Sometimes it's better to err on the side of caution and to just go with the tried-and-true Pizza Hut or Papa John's Pizza and not have to worry about it. Overall, I'm very conflicted about Capone's pizza. I would definitely suggest you give it a try sometime when you're in the mood for something different but keep in mind the aforementioned negative aspects as well. They have a lot to choose from in terms of different kinds of pizzas on their menu and the ones I have tried are quite good. I would skip the BBQ Chicken Pizza, however. I haven't tried anything other than the pizzas (they have sandwiches and other things) because that's too big of a gamble for me.

I like the pizza give the right amout of cheese and sauce unlike Pizza Hut how i have to order extra cheese to compisate, but the people is rude. She doesn't tell you that you have to order a certain amount to get it delivered and then when Itell her its charge she signs and puts me on hold after when I'm trying to tell her the driver neeed to call my phone to get in my building she hangs up on me so I called back to cancel my order she didn't even ask who I was to cancel it i had to ask her if she wanted my name. after this i dont want it anymore never again because this is not the first time this lady has been rude.
