Rather inexpensive. They have a quiet setting and good location. Not the most updated restaurant and the one waitress/hostess they had working at 3 pm on a Saturday seemed to have her hands full. The schezuan chicken and eggroll took about 10 minutes to go. It was packed well, though they didn't include a fork. All of it was delicious, with crisp fresh veggies and not too much syrupy sauce included. For $11 and change, I got the chicken, fried rice, sweet and spicy soup, an eggroll and fortune cookies, and this was easily enough to be a meal for two. This is a great cheap alternative to McDonald's or even sheetz in a pinch.

Really great place for Chinese. I do prefer the Sesame Grill Chinese restaurant in Steubenville just a bit more, in terms of both taste and value. But Dragon's Palace is still a close second best for me, and definitely a worthwhile dining experience. The Chicken Chow Mein here was somewhat disappointing (the fried noodles weren't very good at all, IMO), but their Lo Mein is absolutely delicious. The service here has always been incredibly quick. And the music is so tranquil. Just a really nice place for lunch or dinner all-around.

Had dinner there many times over the years...I took a friend there the other night, he has never been there. He was so surprised how fast everything came to our table, and how good. His biggest surprise was the price...wonderful service...we will both be back!

The best chinese I ever had.. I like to order their Beef Lo mein and steamed dumplings. and I sometime order spicy beef when I am in the mood. Everything is always great and service is excellent. The dumplings is the best I ever had and have never a dumplings sauce like theirs any place else

I've went to Dragon's Palace since I was a kid. They always have very good and yummy food. I usually get the cashew chicken. My wife gets general tso and my kids get chicken and broccoli. It's always a very good quality, portion size, and tasty. No complaints. The prices are good for what you get.

My family and I have been going there for years because the quality of food is excellent as well as the service. I've traveled and lived all around the US but still find that I always compare any other Chinese restaurant to this place and this place always wins. So happy to have this place in Weirton!!! I love several dishes but the hot and sour soup and garlic chicken are my favorites!

This is one of my favorite places for Chinese food. So good. The prices are very low and the food is delicious. Some of the best egg rolls I've had in a Chinese restaurant.

Best Chinese food in Weirton. Good crab Rangoon. I find that their hot dishes aren't that spicy. I like it hot though.

A friend and I rolled into town to stay at the Holiday Inn for the Fiestaware tent sale. While the sale was all that and madness, our dinner at Dragon's Palace was chill. There was another couple eating in and the extended family of the proprietor's, otherwise the place was empty. I had the orange chicken. It was tasty but way over sauced. I could have used just about 1/4 of the sauce they served. The chicken was good, nicely done and not too greasy. My friend's lemon chicken was all sort of ice though. It was dry, beyond dry and the portion was both not enough and too much--had it been good it was too small, but since it was dry and off tasting, it was too much. We both enjoyed the crab rangoons. The food arrived fast, and our waitress/hostess went from friendly to sour just as fast! She may have been off put by me asking about MSG in the food. It turns out that this was important! They do indeed normally add MSG, so for migraine sufferers this is a warning.

After consistently visiting, the quality and regulation of the vegetarian and bean curd dishes have risen. The food is regularly great and the service super friendly and knowledgeable. Go and enjoy!

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
