Shed beer on tap here is a winner. Also a winner from the tap is the Fiddlehead IPA. Nice little spot in the Downtown Rutland area. Great beer on tap, friendly bartender, pool table, quiet enough, dark enough, prices fair, parking good, clean and charming. I'm definitely coming back here!

Dive bar with a really friendly bartender! Funky, historical decor was fun to look at, and the music they were playing was fun to listen to. There was an unpleasant odor when we walked in - a musty, stale smell - this was the only real draw-back.

This is your typical locals bar, complete with old friends, pool table, popcorn, a welcoming crowd, decent bartenders and good drink prices. It has been around for decades. Literally. I drank here when I was 18, in my 20's, 30's and now in my 40's. Apparently, I have been drinking for decades. No food. Just booze. And a small covered deck if people want to go outside with their cocktails.

This is a locals place, you expect to see Norm at the end of the bar. Friendly with good service. The bar tenders are great. It is a tee shirt and jeans place with a pool table. To the other reviewers, yes, Rutland is a blue color town, but it is our home, please show some respect.
