This Wendy's is awful. I wish I didn't have to give it a single star. Every time we come here our order is wrong. We could simply order one plain cheeseburger and it will be wrong. They did that just tonight. We always check it before we leave and had to have them remake it. Then we got home and realized the butter and sour cream were missing for the baked potato. A guy walked up to the counter, while we were paying, to get the order they messed up in the drive through. While we were waiting he came back again for something else missing. The restaurant was empty, by no means were they even close to being busy. I've never been anywhere that all the workers are so incompetent!

It's been awhile since eating at Wendy's, so stopped by at the drive-up window on the way home from a busy morning of doing business. I ordered the #1 combo and the service was quick, which was greatly appreciated, and smelled great for the five minute drive home. Ouch! The burger was super dry and equally tasteless. The fries were already wilted and soggy indicating they weren't fresh and had been sitting for awhile. After a few bites my lunch hit the trash can in seconds flat. Fast forward to several months later when I decided, again on the way home, to give the Wendy's a second chance. The drive-up line was long but moved quickly and I had my #1 combo headed home. I don't know why I thought doing the same thing would offer a better result as the food hit the trash can again and I was steamed. No doubt I was hotter than the burger was cooked beyond well done and the bun was cracking because it was so dry. The fries were a little better but way too greasy. If I wanted that much grease I would open a tub of Crisco and have had it. Granted, maybe the premium burgers might be a better choice but all I wanted was a single decent burger and some crispy fries. So, Wendy's of Lehi, I won't be back anytime soon and I'm sure you won't miss my business. I'm making sure my family and friends know of my disappointment. I'm sure you won't miss their business either.

I like this place. The line is sometimes long, but they move it fast. The food is always good. The fries for some reason are better than any other Wendy's. I Get The Jr. Cheeseburger, fried and a chocolate frosty.

Fast food doesn't necessarily mean GOOD or FAST food. This was my first visit here and I was utterly surprised by how slow the service was. I live in Hawaii so I'm used to "aloha" speed, but this is taking it over the edge. I kid you not, it took over 15 minutes to get my order (and I went inside because the drive thru line was blocking traffic). Crazy right?!?!? Once I was finally assisted, the server was really pleasant and the food was just OK. Sadly, the fries (which typically are the best part of a Wendy's experience) were cold and soggy - a total disappointment. The chicken sandwich, although the flavor was good, the sandwich itself was a TOTAL mess - I went through at least 4 napkins. Oh, and I think the sloppy sandwich may very well have ruined one of my favorite shorts ...... dammit !!!! To make matters worse, you can only exit the joint going south or east, and of course I needed to go west, so I had to make a u-turn (I'm pretty sure it was illegal), just to get back to my starting point ........ double dammit !!!

This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. The drink machine was filthy and out of all the drinks. You would have thought it was late afternoon but it was right after they opened.
