I've never, not once in my life been so ignored by an owner and staff when visiting an establishment. I walk in (no one else was eating there) and walk up to the counter where the owner was looking at receipts and doing his "books". I grabbed a menu. He did not look up once to greet me or anything. His helper girl walks in, looks at me from behind the counter....I smile politely....she turns around (no smile or hi or anything)and starts doing her own thing. I stood there for a total of about 3 minutes....just waiting on someone to acknowledge they had a customer standing 1 foot from them. Nothing. I slammed the menu on the counter and walked right out. This was about 2 weeks after their opening. I will never go here again. I will always talk bad about this place and I can't even fathom that an owner (and employee) who just opened his business, would be soooooooooooooooo rude. Big Fail.

I have eaten here a few times and was disappointed by the quality of the food. The first time I went they had recently opened and they were doing alright, but over time the quality of the food has lowered. The sausage tastes cheap, and on more than one occasion the brisket has been very dry. I was pleasantly surprised by some smoked turkey from there last Thanksgiving though. The worst item on the menu is the breakfast sausage wrap. A friend purchased on a while ago and we were all shocked when he was given a whole uncut sausage wrapped in a tortilla with nothing else. It was comically bad. As far as the aesthetic of the restaurant goes it is pretty drab. The store has a large window in the front letting in plenty of light but the restaurant is cramped with tacky gun lamps that are on despite adding no light to the room. Metal ornaments and John Wayne photos hang on the walls which are all left painted blank white. It is definitely more comfortable to get the food to go. I will probably eat there again and edit this review in the future to see if it continues to slide downwards or it finds its legs. I would really like to see this place get it together and succeed.
