It's a Chipotle, but in Nashville. Do they have Chipotles in Nashville? Either way, it wasn't bad and the staff was really nice. I think we were one of two customers there, so we got ALL their attention. The food is what you'd expect from that kind of restaurant, so I'm not knocking stars. It was a great stop for a quick lunch while we waited for the Opry House tour to start. My burrito was the size of a PVC pipe, so I won't be complaining about portions. Salsa bar, Check! Soda Machine with umpteen flavors, Check! Clean place to sit, Check! Good enough to come back. :)

I wish I could put zero stars. It doesn't deserve one. It all started with a rude employee who joked with me about the chicken being all out and that it wouldn't be ready for 30 more minutes. After a few confusing lines he said..."Just kidding, we got some chicken." I then had to explain what I wanted more than three times because the employee wasn't paying attention. There was no efficient assembly line at the place. He'd work on the person in front of my order. Then the guy behind me. Then mine. Then back to the guy in front. It was just a mess. I would have dismissed all this if the food was as good as I remember it being at other Moe's restaurants...but that was hardly the truth. I took a bite into my burrito to be surprised by the most tasteless, flavorless POS I've ever had. Taco Bell would slaughter this burrito in terms of taste. Yes you heard me right...TACO BELL!!!!! My wife and I threw away our unfinished meals and went to marble slab to please our tastebuds and get rid of the disgusting flavor that was left in our mouths. This place needs good management. Otherwise it's going into the toilet, like the 1/4 of a burrito I ate.

We got to Moe's and it was 11:07. SEVEN minutes after they opened. We were the first people there. There was maybe 1 tablespoon of guacamole in the container. This made me wonder, "If I am the first person to order guacamole today, where did the guacamole go? ". The people working to make our food were having side conversations about something ...I'm not really sure what they were taking about. When we got to our table we wondered, "what is that smell? It smells like mold." It was the trays. They smelled like stale moldy dish towel. We had walked by at 10:50 before they were open and the workers were standing around talking. This would have been a great time to freshen up the oily stale chips, refresh the guac, and remove the mold smell.

went there for a quick lunch with the girlfriend, before going back to work.... The food was fine, despite the girlfriend ordering queso and getting 10 chips... Good thing I know the smash maneuver and can make 25 chips out of 10 with a solid man knuckle fist to the lot... The service was just slow... weirdly slow for a lunch rush.... I guess the good thing about the wait was I had plenty of opportunity to try to locate the hidden wizard that had cast a slow-motion spell upon the employees of this store... I could never find him, but rest assured, I will find the rapscallion

We love moes at home in florida so when we came to Tennessee to visit relatives we decided hey let's have moes because we know it's always good. MISTAKE they didn't greet us when we came in and I asked for steak on my burrito which is what I got BUT when I bit into it the steak was so cold I couldn't eat it (which makes me wonder how long it was sitting there?) It was like an ice cube I was so disappointed and because if this experience I won't be returning to moes in opry mills when we visit again. I will return to moes in florida just not here.

I go to Moe's quite often, in Cool Springs and Brentwood. I also go when traveling and have always gotten good service, however I will never go back to this location. Not that I really enjoy hearing Welcome to Moe's when I walk in, however it is much better than whatcha want...... I decided to order what I usually do a Joey on White with Steak and Pork - The Pork was a glob of fat - There were two people in front of us and that is all, it still took 15 minutes to get checked out??? What the heck. I don't think anyone there really knows what they are doing or really cares. The food was not good, but I certainly wasn't going to complain. I have always had the opinion never piss the person off that is fixing your food. Never again.

Service was good but food was terrible. I don't suggest eating here unless you want to spend the next day being miserable and throwing up. Never eating at this Moe's again!!

Worst service I have ever had! I could barely eat the food because it had no flavor and it was way too expensive. I highly recommend you do not eat here or waste your money on the food.

"Welcome to Moe's!" being yelled in concert by a bunch of employees is one way to make you feel welcomed. They are happy, happy, happy. They are stingy, too. Whoa! Very stingy. I ordered up two kids meals for the lil' girls with me. The $5 deal includes a tortilla with 4-5 small chunks of grilled chicken and a very little shredded cheese, thin chips, a prepackaged cookie and drink. After the girls had fun with the Coke Freestyle Machine they sat down and tore through the smallest taco ever and handful of chips. They look at me and asked "Are they bringing more food?" We agreed that there is more meat, cheese, and bread in the smallest Lunchable snack at Kroger. Seriously, I wish I took a picture of how little meat and cheese there was on the taco. Crud. I was embarrassed that all I provided for them was a taco 1/4 of the weight of a 99 Cent Taco at the taco truck and that I spent $5 for "nothing." I should have complained. The Moe's near our house provides a filling kids meal for kids, but not this joint. Don't do it. It was a waste of money and time.

Right off the bat I knew this was going to be a bad experience. Rude employees yelling "welcome to moes" is not the best way to welcome someone. The woman that helped me used it as a way to get my attention so I will order. Then a lack if delicious white rice was another put off. After we had ordered we had to wait, while our food got cold, to pay. Overall the employees were rude and not one person seemed like they were remotely interested in serving us. The food was cold and not that great to be honest. I'm never going to be coming back here that's for sure.

Terribly slow service, as in over 30 minutes in a short line. Very rude employees and quite dirty. Very disappointed in the quality all around. Will not be returning to this place again.

My wife and I love the different burrito places around and moes is one of our favorites. I would usually give it a 5 but this location seems to have a tendency to put ingredients in piles instead of spreading them out so you bite into your burrito and get everything g in layers.. If they took the time to spread it instead they would be our favorite instead of blue coast

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
