We visited Cheddars with our young boys in the early afternoon when it first opened to avoid the crowds. We had amazing service and enjoyed the atmosphere. We started with the Cheese Fries and they were amazing! As good as Outbacks and that saying a lot! The burgers were less than desirable but the boys had the broccoli casserole as side and it was very creamy and tasty! We also had the spasagna which was delicious but could have used a little more sauce! The homemade cookie in little skillet was one rich and satisfying desert for sharing! Made fresh and you could tell! The second visit we tried the chips and salsa with cheese dip and it was exceptional the chips were fresh, thin and not greasy and the salsa and cheese dip were both very good. My sons split a Chicken Pot Pie which was as good as scratch and obviously made to order. I had the catfish and it was not the Southern fried dish I am accustomed to in this area. Rubbery! But the slaw redeemed the catfish! Very yummy! On both occasions we found the service to be fantastic and attentive. They are definitely staffed for efficiency. They were utilizing runners so your food arrived hot and tables were cleared quickly for good turn-over. Don't expect a quick meal; many of the items are made to order and require longer cook times but overall the wait is worth the value!

Four stars for the chicken tenders and sweet tea. Look, Cheddar's is not a fine dining restaurant. And yes, it is super busy. That being said, you need to go here for reasonable priced food and lots of it. They have a superb lunch special (two items for $6, three for $7) which I really want to try, but I wanted to first experience several things on the menu. I am ready to talk about those things now. First, lets get the negative out of the way. If I was reviewing the service, it would be a three. It's not that great right now. However, cut them some slack. It is a madhouse in there and I salute those servers for keeping a smile on their face when confronted with non-stop pandemonium. Second, the burger did not blow my mind. But for only $5, I would say it is pretty good. The Montecristo is an experience, but let me recommend splitting it with someone. You can't eat more than half of that thing without hating yourself or paying a heavy price (or both). It is a ham cheese and turkey sandwich in a batter (think funnel cake) and deep fried, covered in powdered sugar, and served with raspberry preserves. Yes it is as good AND as bad as that sounds. Again, split it with someone. Third, the cheesesteak was merely 'eh'. It wasn't that great. The cheese sticks were also mediocre. Standard frozen fare in that regard. NOW, on to the good stuff. The chicken tenders are AMAZING. They are huge, and for $6 you get four gigantic ones and some fries. You can also get them buffalo style (yes please). They are enough to eat AND take home. So, basically, two meals for six bucks. Man. I kid you not, they are so good. Probably the best chicken tenders I have had anywhere and I have had chicken tenders EVERYWHERE. Also of note, the cheese fries! I get those everywhere too and at cheddar's you get a HUGE portion for only $6. For the cost of a half portion at other places you get enough cheese fries for 6 people (easy). Absolutely tons of cheese and bacon, you cannot go wrong with this appetizer. Honorable mention to the potato skins, which are cooked perfectly but for me rank just below some other places. So, if you go with some friends and you start off with cheese fries and then split a couple chicken tender baskets you will spend next to nothing and be totally full and satisfied. My highest recommendation. Also, the sweet tea is killer.

Atmosphere: both the exterior and interior look well planned out and nice! There are large mobiles in the main dining area with a large fish tank which can be viewed on the bar side and the dining room area. When I first walked in, I was quite impressed! Cleanliness: There were unbused tables and trash everywhere. I think it would be cleaner in a McDonalds. Was it because there wasn't enough staff? No. There were plenty just standing around. Service: overall.. Terrible. We came quite late for dinner and were seated in the corner. There were clearly other nice tables around but we ended up behind the service station where servers enter in orders. The majority of our night was spent with many server butts close to our face.. Which was accompanied by restaurant drama gossip. No one really greeted us and a server approached us asking if we had been helped. If we were seated in the corner at least let us be in a section with a designated server. He took our orders.. A skinny Long Island, salad, chicken and waffles, fish tacos, and an extra side of green beans. We wanted to know if balsamic vinegarette was available for the salad.. He couldn't recall them all and simply left it at that. "there are two kinds.. an italian one and uhhhh the ummmm.. i don't remember". Well that sucks, but aren't you at least going to ask someone? Nope, he did not. He ended up bringing both to the table and said "here is the Italian, and here is the one I I didn't know." It was balsamic. The kid can't remember a simple dressing name! Really unprofessional and appeared undertrained. Food: mediocre. The salad came on a cold plate which really reeks pre assembled Waffle House status salad to me. It was okay. The chicken and waffles were yummy, but not really restaurant quality. The fish tacos were drenched in a slaw and managed to lack taste. The broccoli was straight from the boiler.. also tasteless. The Skinny Long Island.. tasted nothing of a long island. I'm not even sure if there was any alcohol in there at all.. Overall: Has potential, but they need to work a bit on their staff. The food is cheap, so I guess I can't expect much as far as culinary expertise. It's a shame such a beautiful building has such poor business.

Went to Cheddar's in Cordova,Tn. Today . Very pretty atmosphere but food I received was lousy got original hamburger looked great tasted like a soy burger at one bite gave it back, fries tasted liked they were drowned in salt and chips with salsa were salty also!!!!! Come on Cheddar's to much salt is bad ...... Let people that want more salt use the shaker on the table. Very disappointed

We has a large family group that got to Cheddar's on a Sunday morning, as they opened, and before the rest of the after-church crowd got there. But by the time we left, there was a significant wait. We had a great time, and were well-taken care of. We all enjoyed our meals, and I'm still a fan of their monte cristo sandwiches.

Came here to eat at 3:00 on a Sunday afternoon with friends. After waiting for over 10 minutes for someone to greet us, the less than welcoming hostesses told us that there was an hour and a half wait. We thought it was strange because there was an abundance of open tables. Needless to say, I won't ever try to dine here again.

Whoever is managing this place needs to get their act together. When we arrived to eat dinner, my mother was informed it was a 45 minute wait. Then a few minutes later they came back and said it would only be a 20 minute wait. Service was a nightmare. We never received napkins or flatware, and had to ask for them when our entree's arrived. I ordered a cup of the chicken tortilla soup and never got it. After i had finished my entree', i told our server my soup never arrived and to take it off our bill. She said, oh it's coming out now. Why would i want it 2 hours later after i ate my entree and an appetizer? I love children, but we had a screamer seated next to us. The parents changed the baby's diaper in their booth. The food is really unimpressive. It's like food you would make out of a box at home. But the prices are very cheap. I guess that is why the place is always packed.

This was the first time I have ever been to Cheddar's and I was not impressed by their food. On a Wednesday night, my husband and I were promptly seated. Our server arrived and took our drink orders. Being that we have never been to a Cheddars, we asked our server for a recommendation of what's good and we were told that everything is good. That was not helpful at all! My husband ordered the Texas cheese fries as an appetizer as we reviewed the menu. The fries came out with our drinks and they were okay. For entrees, my husband ordered chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and mac and cheese and I ordered the chicken pot pie which came with a salad and a honey croissant. Our entrees arrived promptly, however the flavors were lacking. For the most part, I have no problems with chain restaurants but their food just didn't cut it. Although their customer service wasn't bad,I wouldn't go back!

Just stopped in for a quick bite at the bar. The chicken tenders were quite good. My drink was strong and the bartender was running her behind off. Nothing to complain about, really. I will know to bring a sweater if we go back, as on top of the air conditioning they have huge ceiling fans going as well. This is just a Memphis thing, I think... as I FREEZE everywhere I go here. There is a really pretty fish tank wall that was immaculate!

Light your money on fire. That would be more fun! What can I say- one star. We were ignored, lied to and ever even got to eat. The business hours listed on Yelp and online said they were open until 11pm. June 16, 2015- I had just driven 9 hours to town for a busy work week with a coworker. We arrived at 10:25 and stood at the hostess stand only to be completely ignored by every employee who saw us.. They would literally spin on a heel and walk the other way. They actually hid from us, seriously. We were extremely hungry and yet remained patient.. But the servers weren't the huge disgust. The blonde bartender saw us come in. She was standing close by the door talking to a man who was cleaning his section. She quite visibly rolled her eyes, while making a vomiting face, to the sweaty miserable server she was talking to.. and walked away. She later went back to make conversation with him, we ignorantly presumed to find us a table since she kept looking at us.. But again she walked away completely ignoring us. I am quite sure based on our observations and what we overheard she was quite literally mocking us, saying how stupid we were that we didn't get the hint and leave. Several minutes later I approached the bar and asked if we could get a table or at least a to-go order. She lied (and badly) to my face, saying "Oh so sorry" she didn't even see us, and that they were closed for the night. When I asked what time they closed she said "We're closed". By this time it was 10:40. The two customers receiving service at the bar started to laugh and glare at me, and she actually joined them in light laughter. I was so angry all I could say was "Well perhaps next time let someone know instead of letting them stand there and waste their time." As I walked away I overheard her using profanity to say how foolish we were to not get the hint. There are no hours of operation posted anywhere outside, on the door, or even at the hostess stand. Perhaps we were foolish to assume a low class chain like Cheddar's would feed us. I mean, that's what a restaurant does.. Feed people. If you're in the service industry your job is to help, i.e. serve, the public.. Food. What a shocking thought. There was no management to be seen. We considered returning the next day to speak with someone.. But honestly didn't think they would care either. If you want cheap, GMO food served by an ugly and very unhappy person who hates their job, this is the place to go!

There's a place on this page where it tells you other places you might want to consider. Don't take that lightly. We had the most delightful waitress that wanted nothing other than to see us happy, but I was soooo hungry I couldn't decide what to eat. I decided on the Monte Cristo, but I really really wanted onion rings with it. Like, really. I was all set when the waitress cave and told me it wasn't happening. You have to get fries with your Monte Cristo. *sigh* Scratch that, then, let's begrudgingly go with a Chicken Caesar Salad because this must be a sign that I need something healthy..er. Have you ever had a salad that all tasted the same? Every bite reiterated the same bland bite before it. I added salt and pepper. Still nothing. I decided to take drastic measures and ask if I could add salmon. The answer? No. I mean, seriously? Cheddars is like when you go to the store with your Mom and you're six. "Mom, can I have.....?" NO. I gave up and just ordered desert. Which was also just meh. Next time I'll just go to Burger King. At least I can have something my way. :(

It still amazes me how the parking lot is full here every time I drive past here. I've only been to this location once. Still prefer the Winchester one. It's been long enough though that I might consider giving this one a go again. The food is good, that's to be expected. The portions of everything are huge, I mean really huge. If you can finish your entire meal, I applaud you. I've never been able to. The service at this location though is lacking. I found myself waiting ages to have my order taken, get refills, just basic things. It's not like I was running the poor waiter ragged or anything.

I've been avoiding the long lines after opening but recently have become hooked on their good food, atmosphere and low prices Great place to wait while getting a Toyota fixed or for early lunch before the crowd comes. The only casualty was the huge stack of onion rings. They are made in house but hit the floor on the way to our table. The replacement was devoured like a gator with a chicken! I love the southern fried chicken, slow cooked Italian green beans and mashed potatoes. We shared an apple pie made fresh daily with Granny Smith apples. I may even lose my Asian restaurant fixation...well, maybe not but this chain is very good!

I had the chicken strips and fried shrimp. The food was delicious and the portion size was very nice. The chicken was seasoned to perfection . The Mac and cheese was better than normal. My server was ok. He wasn't as attentive but he looked as if he had a lot of tables. Overall I enjoyed my meal and the experience. I would definitely come back.

We arrived here at 3:50 on a Sunday - waited 5 minutes for a table outside to be cleared. Once we were seated, we got no menus or silverware. Flies were abundant but service was nonexistent. We waited and waited as those around us were taken care of. After 25 minutes of waiting, we got up and left.

Worst bartender ever my husband has his beer gone before she made my drink. I waited 15 minutes and then had to tell her how to make my drink. What do you not understand about southern comfort diet sweet and bitters. Is coke ok, no I said sweet. Don't you think you would apologize and not charge me? That's OK I drank her tip.

I truly enjoyed the atmosphere. This was a casual dining place with an upscale appearance. The huge fish tank was full and entertaining to watch. You can bring anyone from groups to a date to dinner with family or just the kids and still get great service. I will be back.

Tried for the first time, parents are in from So. Cal and it was a very pleasant experience. Our server was exceptional and the menu has a lot of variety. Food was better than average for the price. Will be going back. Ribs were excellent.

Server forgot appetizer, we order a cheese burger well done and it comes medium rare, Phily sandwich very greasy and not tasty at all. Was our first visit and very disappointed. Not recommended.

  • Archer R.

Lets get right to it shall we. I ordered the Hawaiian chicken salad, mother ordered chicken fingers. Both items arrived promptly without much delay and tasted wonderful. The honey lime dressing on the salad was a wonderful surprise with just the right amount of sweetness to it. The reason cheddars earned 3 out of 5 stars is simply because the wait staff was not very attentive.

    (3)
  • Candy W.

Waitress was not pleasant and only became friendly when I asked for her name which was Amanda. The food was great but wished we could have had better service. She brought our check didn't ask if we wanted dessert just left us. I always try to make them smile somehow to brighten their day because I know it's a difficult job but this didn't work either. However she was friendly with the table in front of us because they were her friends. We had to get the manager to come over and take our check because we kept waiting but she started taking a large table of 10 people. Okay so I am finished venting.

  • Jacquie G.

Honestly going to live review here. A little annoyed because they do not allow any substitutions. Asked if we could get a side instead of fries. Got told no. Asked if we could get soup instead of salad got told no. Ordered the honey crossant at $2.49 for 3. Got 3 dry crossant and a tiny amount of honey butter not worth it at all. :( Asked for mozzarella sticks and they came out cold. Our waitress Kristen was sweet and kept my drink refilled. We had a few other issues with our order but our waitress and the manager absolutely took care of everything and made a visit that almost ended in a never go back there to a we will definitely return.

  • Noe G.

Food was good, service was horrible! No silverware, we were left for five mins staring at our food until my wife finally got up to get it her self. This is the 3rd time we have been here, the food is good but the service has not once been good. We won't come back to dine in again, we might just order to go so we won't have to deal with service,

  • Jon R.

Good food. Service was ok. I don't see why they are always so busy. The food tastes good and it isn't super expensive, so I guess that's why. The grilled fish tacos were good but heavy on the slaw. The doin chicken was tasty, as were the green beans and steamed broccoli. My kids Mac and cheese was excellent.

    (3)
  • Jeremy W.

Great service, outstanding ribs and shrimp. I wish there were more of these around the Memphis area. The red beans and rice are worth getting as well.

    (4)
  • Tia K.

The food was good I got fish tacos.. the server sucked for sure she took forever bringing our appetizers and water like we literally almost got up and went looking for her. Probably will be coming back because there are other servers there thats ready to serve people better than our server.

    (4)
  • Ren G.

Great spinach dip, decent service, and way more food than you probably thought you were getting for the price. All in all, not a bad experience. Nothing special, but nothing terrible either. Don't miss out on the pecan chicken salad with honey lime dressing. You have to actually ask for the honey lime, but it will turn the salad into a masterpiece. Most of the appetizers are great, but skip the mozzarella sticks. Go to Ruby Tuesday for that. Cheddar's kitchen has waaay to slow of a process for getting those out of the window for them ever to get to your table hot and gooey. Another specialty of the house it the chicken tenders. Anything you get with chicken here will probably be excellent, but the chicken tenders are some of the best looking I've ever seen. Do I love Cheddar's? No. Do I hate Cheddar's? Nope. It's genuinely one of those "A-Ok" places. If you're broke and hungry, I recommend it. Just don't forget to tip your server generously because I used to work here and for the effort I put in, I was shocked at how little tip money I walked out with at the end of the day.

This is a member of a restaurant chain after all. Plenty of tv's in the bar to watch sports (that's why I stopped in). The staff was responsive and friendly and the food was good. The facility, including the restrooms was clean. The environment was a little cold for me. I'll return; you should give it a whirl.

After driving in the car with my kids all day, stopped here to have a decent dinner...it was anything but. The hostess was horribly unpersonable...they put us in a 20minute wait even though numerous tables were open. We had an 11 minute greet time from the server who didn't even greet us, only asked what we wanted to drink...waited another 20minutes for the food which was "meh" at best...Terrible terrible experience.

I went to Cheddar's Casual Cafe within the first week it was opened. I was very impressed with the setting. I loved the water structure outside, and the fan device inside. I ordered the Chicken and Waffles (my first trying this type of dish), while my girlfriend ordered the Baked Spasagna. Everything was delicious! I will definitely come back again for those Chicken and Waffles! The waitress was excellent!

  • Sherrie D.

Oh my goodness. The food was great.. The prices were even better. My mother had the full rack of ribs. When they came out she had a rack of very meaty ribs. The meat was falling off the bones. The price was much better then some of the other restaurants around at $14.00 for a rack, & two sides. I had the New Orleans Pasta. At $10.00 what I got was a bowl full of pasta, with lots of shrimp, chicken, and smoked sausage in it, with a slice of toast on the side. OMG this was yummy. The sauce had a little spice to it due to the bell peppers, which added the perfect flavor. Each of us could only eat half of what we got, so we had lunch or dinner for the next day. We also wanted to save a little room for the Monster Cookie, and boy am I glad we did. Mmmm. Before our meal arrive we saw several of the other dishes that came out for other dinners. From what we saw on their plates we knew we were in for a good meal. Chicken tenders or catfish pilled high. A mountain of onion rings on another. Our mouths were watering while we were waiting. Our waitress was wonderful. She was very quick to our table once we were seated, (of which I warn you could be a long wait, we got there at 5:15 and they were already taking names and it was a 30 min wait). She brought our drinks right out to us. They didn't get to much past half empty before she was bringing us a refill. Never did we have to ask for a refill. She was constantly checking on our to make sure we had everything we needed. For the price we had an appetizer, two entrees, drinks, and dessert, and it was almost the same price as just the entrée and drinks from other restaurants. Only thing that could have made my experience better was the family that let their son run around, doing nothing to stop him from making a distraction. I will be back to this restaurant again.

I travel about 200 nights per year and having a great dinner at a reasonable price is getting to be a rarity. Tonight....Cheddars knocked it out of the park. The steak was perfect and the service by Danielle (at the bar as I was dining alone) was superb. How can you go wrong at a restaurant that has everything from rib eye steaks to chicken & waffles to sheppards pie, burgers, etc...all at a great price. Try it...I am sure you will like it. And....say 'hi' to Danielle.

We have lunch here after church. Huge portions and the food is very good. I usually can make two meals from an order. The queso dip with ground beef is an excellent appetizer. Love their fried chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans. They put extra gravy on the side. Nice place!

  • Erica K.

Absolutely average. I tried Cheddar's on the recommendation of coworkers, who raved how great the food was. I found it to be okay, but definitely nothing special. Cheddar's fits in with the Chili's, TGI Friday's, Applebee's kind of restaurant--decent, no frills, predictable.

  • Jansen G.

I love cheddars, my only complaint is that they gave us unsweet instead of sweet tea last time. All the food is consistently good and worth the price. The Cesar pasta salad is delicious and all the salads come with the most amazing croissants. Always very busy, but it is worth the wait. Definitely a place I frequent.

    (4)
  • J B.

It's always got a crowded parking lot so we had to try it. We started with queso w/beef and chips and salsa--that hit the spot. Hubby got a steak and it was yummy. I stole his broccoli-casserole side dish cuz it was sooo good. I got a mushroom burger that was great. And our server: Andrew S. was perfect. Not bad prices but side salads are extra $$...and not one of the "sides" choices. It's a really big place so it can handle it's crowded parking lot without a wait I'll bet.

Food at this new location is just mediocre, I ask for bread rather than chips with the spinach dip and was told no! Waiter said there was no manager there, finally asks someone and says yes but for a $3 up charge, then he brings 2 skinny breadsticks, very un impressive and I fought fruit flies wanting to land in my wine!

  • Doug N.

Completely awesome! A-1, Great Place, made a loyal regular outta me! Especially the value of huge portions and great flavor. Love that I can go sit at the bar [full bar + nice branded drink menu] have an appetizer, and even place food order while waiting for a table (btw, when I do that I tip both the bartender and the table server separately and very well). My wife and I have been many times, had almost everything on the menu at least once (and some favorites that are no longer on the menu... where did the catfish go, man?). Big hits with me are the Jalapeno Burger, Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich, Philly Cheese Steak (not a genuine Philly, but it is stuffed full of goodness), RIBS, and the Broccoli Cheese Casserole is perfect paired with anything, must get the onion rings... at that low price, just gotta! Be prepared to take home a doggy-bag, you will be full! I only made it to the Monster Cookie dessert once. Service is always great! Place is always clean! Decor is classy (makes you feel like you've left Memphis altogether, in a good way). There's a big aquarium and a cool ceiling fan-thingy. Can't wait for warmer weather to dine on the patio! ***Dear Cheddars, don't raise prices, I love 'em where they are now.*** (-: Thanks for reading, go try it out! Tip well! :-)

Always enjoy eating here. Great family-friendly eatery. Prices are reasonable. A bit noisy but that's ok when you bring kids cause your's can be talkative too. Tonight I had the New Orleans pasta and it was spicey and tastey. Keith had fried fish and ate every bite (smaller size portion). Mike had steak. & chicken and enjoyed it. Nate had the corn dogs. He loved them but could only eat 2 of the 3 so we did what everyone there does we took boxes home. They give really large portions. It's always worth the wait!

  • W B.

Awful! I ordered the Monte Cristo sandwich and what came out was a deep fried grilled cheese with ham. The batter that coated the sandwich was half an inch thick on all sides. It was practically inedible unless you just picked out the meat from inside, which I did. Fries were ok and prices were cheap, which is why it gets 2 stars rather than the 1.

I love Cheddars! It's casual dinning that I can take my kids to. The prices here are outstanding and every menu item I have purchased has been great! I always get great service and clearly everyone else feels the same way since the parking lot is always packed!!!

Went on opening week and couldn't have been happier. Yea, they were flustered with the number of people, but they were professional in the way they carried themselves. Also the food was really good. My wife had the chicken pot pie and said that it was the best she's ever had. :). Will go again.

A friend and i went to cheddars like this weekend and it was quite crowded so we had to wait for about 20 mins, which was fine. Our server was very sweet, her name is dede, and i could see that she was doing her best to get us our food. But i have to say that the service was a tad bit slow and it took a while to get a refill of drinks and our food. The menu had affordable food and i had the chips and queso, and for dinner entry i got the fish taco, which was also good. Food was priced fairly and the portion fair, enough to get full lol

We won't be going back any time soon. This was the second time our service was super slow. We were there almost an hour and a half and I never even got my water refilled. My stepson never got his salad. Our server would disappear for ten or fifteen minutes at a time. It took forever and I will not be going back.

First time to visit was 5/16/2013 and all 4 of us couldn't stop raving over not only the quality of the food, but the quality of our server Gerri. She's just 19 & in Culinary school, and had simply a wonderful attitude. When we asked if something was good, unlike most servers who say everything is good, she gave us a honest assessment of what she thought. And she was right on! Drinks were all excellent, and all of our food was hot and served timely! This place goes in with our favorite places to eat, when we do go out. I highly recommend the restaurant, and Gerri! Very disappointed. Went on a Saturday afternoon, and we were seated quickly. Our waitress was pleasant. However, we waited nearly an hour for our food, a club sandwich and a salad, to arrive. When it did, it was barely warm. During the hour we waited, we were never asked if we needed more drinks, when we both had near-empty glasses. I've been to the location in Knoxville and had a great experience, but I don't think I will be back to this Cheddar's. Not worth the money.

The food is OK. The burgers are good, the Shepherd's Pie is very bland.

Not a bad place. The food's a little rich in salt, and a lot of the wait staff is very green, but they do make a solid effort. Prices are reasonable. If you like Chili's, but don't want Chili's tonight, Cheddar's is a fair substitute.

Finally went here on 7/22/13 a Mon. Around 5:50, we were quickly seated. Our sever was very pleasant. The place is nicely decorated. We sat for about 20 min before getting our food, I guess that was ok since the food came out hot. We were told the portions were big so my family of three ordered things to share. Got dinner portion of grilled catfish w Cajun seasoning,it came w rice & 2 other sides. I got the broccoli & mashed potatoes. Hubby got a veggie plate-green beans, red beans & rice, potato soup, baby carrots. We also got a order of onion rings-$3.99 for a plate full. Taste of food? Everything was good except for the red beans & rice-they had no taste at all. The rice that came w my catfish? It had carrots & peas in it &the same rice mix was in the red beans & rice. Didn't like that. I asked if I could leave that out next time but she wasn't sure. The onion rings were nothing like Longhorns but they were good & came w 2 different sauces. Oh & the carrots were great! My daughter & I were able to share my food & she had one of my hubby's sides and we were all satisfied. Our bill was $21.00 before tip- not bad for a family of three. So yes, I would go here again. Like the fact that this is a causal dining place with a nice atmosphere.

We were traveling through town and staying at a local hotel. We called in an order to go. My first clue should have been the rudeness on the phone. Picked up the order and had to go to the bar to pick it up. Arrived back at the hotel and no salad dressing for, no ketchup for fries, and no honey mustard for chicken strips. Bartender seemed very perturbed at having to process the order.

We were told 26 min wait it might have been shorter. Wife had catfish I had the smoke house burger. The burger was great I didnt like that I had to pay extra for fries but thinking about it I would have if I went to hueys. The catfish they brought was piled high wife didn't finish it all. The waitress was pretty good. She never set any thing hot infront of the kids unlike every other resurant I've been to.i honestly could believe the amount of food for the price with the atmosphere. We went on 4/9/13. I'll go back but with out the kids
