Just moved into the area and had breakfast here. Cozy feel where it looked like all the locals go. Place was packed all morning and the food was delicious. Would go again!

Decent place to grab breakfast. They have all of your basics and then a few different specials every day. Each time I have been here the food has been good. The servers are very nice and attentive. The past 2 times I have been here though it has taken awhile for us to get our food and one of the times it was not super crowded. If you are in the area, I would still recommend going here. I guess they lunch too but I have never tried it.

Love Monty's!!! Classic diner with great food and awesome service. Small but quaint. You feel comfortable right away. I always get the veggie omlet with homefries.

When A place serves New England Coffee brand ( if not the coffee was still smooth tasting) your'e off to a good start. The restaurant is small but clean and bright and offers counter and table seating. The diner has a basic breakfast and lunch menu along with some extra and interesting daily specials. The staff were all friendly. I ordered the 2 egg ham and cheese omelet. but declined the toast and home fries. The server, without my prompting, cheerfully offered me a fruit cup (which I did not see listed on the menu) and quickly informing me there was no "up-charge" for the substitute (again without my prompting). The food arrived fairly quickly. The omelet and fruit cup were presented well on the plate. Despite using only 2 eggs the omelet was a good size and had ample amounts of cheese and ham. My only complaints would be: one, the ham was a tad too salty for my taste. Possibly by using only 2 eggs one tastes the ham more?Second, while the servers were attentive I was only only offered one coffee refill when breakfast was almost completed. Most places will offer to refill the cup when presenting the food. Still overall the food, the portions, and the coffee were an excellent value for the price. In closing, just 2 recommendations for the business. The bathroom window sill and base board heater needs a paint touch up so not to distract form the restrooms cleanliness. Posting the regular menu to your face book page would allow readers to see what good food you have at competitive prices.

Amazing food & a great atmosphere everytime I've been! The staff is always attentive & the food is cooked to perfection without a doubt. The Bronco is quite the meal to enjoy & so cheap! Would definitely suggest having breakfast & lunch here to anyone, anyday.

Not a bad place for breakfast, serves the typical food and taste of a diner. Could have been better but when coming to one of these places it's not gourmet right lol. Staff is kind and friendly. Service and turn around was fast. It's clean and kept nice. Little outdated but he k it's a diner aren't they all lol.

I'll give this place 3 stars based on price and simplicity alone. I'll keep this simple - the service is mediocre, nobody has ever acknowledged me when I've walked in... And usually I need to try and find my own seating. Food is simple and to the point / the home fries automatically have onions in them which I don't eat, so I opt for the "hash browns" more like the patties from McDonald's - but less crisp and more greasy. Who doesn't love bacon? The bacon is in the more salty and greasy side; but I can never say no. That pretty much sums it up, simple cheap, alright food - with hit or miss service.

Out of the way diner, with good food, very nice (skin on) fries. Make sure to add some vinegar to get the taste just right.

Fantastic little small town diner. Have been looking for a good breakfast place around the north Smithfield/Burriville area or awhile how and am glad to have found one. The diner is a bit cramped but comfortable still. Service was attentive and friendly. I had a breakfast sandwich on a bagel with a side of homefries. Breakfast sandwich was good, but would get bacon or ham instead of the sausage. Homefries were excellent, seasoned perfectly. Will definitely be back again.

Great breakfast. It used to be cash only, I found that out the hard way. Not sure if that has changed or not. Defnitely better breakfast than any of the other places around town.

I love it here. It's a "greasy spoon" but it's delicious and the service is always great. Great place for families, too. Staff is always so nice to my son. Nice little place!

Best breakfast around! Friendly atmosphere. Lots of locals visiting. Usually a short wait but the food is really good and cooked just the way you like it.

My first time here was wonderful but subsequent visits have irked me quite a bit. Don't expect to be acknowledged when you walk in. Sometimes for 10 minutes or more. It's bizarre. A simple "hi there, we will be right with you" would suffice. It's as if they purposely ignore you. The bus girl was rude and basically a mute. Had to knock off a star because of this. Was tempted to knock off two stars but the nice and attentive waitress made up for it.

Monty's Victory Diner is Burrillville's earliest dinner. It opens at 5 am! 6am on Sunday. Inside has the feel of an old train car diner. The place is very clean, service is great and so is the food. I highly recommend it for breakfast or lunch. Be sure to check out the daily specials they are usually very good and cheap.

Start off by saying the service was good. On the other hand the food was horrible. I tried their clam chowder: watery if there was cream it was half/half, little amount of clams, potatoes were not fully cooked, had no taste. Added much pepper and still nothing. As for my entree I went with meatloaf. How do you mess up meatloaf? Monty's found away. Took one bite and had too excuse myself to the bathroom. One word: disgusting! Gravy was a very heavy powder mix. For the rest can peas, and over whipped mashed potatoes. I love going too diners. Though will never step foot in Monty's again.
