I've gone to this place maybe a dozen times and it's awesome every time. I typically get the Southern Gravity wrap and a slice of cheese pizza. It's the best wrap I've ever had. Even better than Chipotle, hands down. The pizza is delicious too. It's an interesting way that they sauce and cheese it. It's a swirl style instead of the usual "spread it all around". I eat A LOT of pizza and this is a great thin crust NY style. Only had cheese but I can't imagine any slice not tasting great. The food is ALWAYS consistent, the cooks are super friendly. My boyfriend and I call ahead and even on busy weekend nights, the food is ready fairly quickly for take out. My boyfriend gets the lasagna wrap or the chicken Caesar wrap, that's always great and consistent. They really do a great job. The chicken they use tastes great too, not your typical cheap dried up tasting "pizza place" chicken. Not sure where they get it from or if it's just a lot fresher, but I can taste the difference. It's a tiny little place so not really a sit down place, although they do have a couple tables. They have funny pictures and Star Wars, Star Trek memorabilia everywhere. I like checking it all out as I wait for my food. My only complaint is they don't deliver, or at least not to bristol/warren line. They could make even more of a killing if they start delivering. But I'm sure they have their reasons. It's a great local place and I am sure they will continue to thrive for a long time!

I had never visited Papa Joe's Wrap Shack even though I have been driving by it for years now. I finally decided to stop in and the staff was courteous and knowledgeable about food allergies, which was greatly appreciated. Although the service was a little slow the wraps we received were great. We ordered the Med and the Southern Gravity and were not disappointed. The warm tortilla chips on the side were a nice touch too. For two burritos and a soda it was under $20 so it was a great place to stop and eat for people who are under a budget. I would definitely come back and try their other menu options.

The food at Papa Joe's Wrap Shack may appear simple, but the variety of flavors offered is remarkable. Best known for its 'Bristolian' wrap, which includes fried calamari, peppers, and mozzarella cheese mixed with a savory garlic mayonnaise in a flour wrap, the reputation amongst the locals is well deserved. Perhaps the best part of the Wrap Shack is the variety of the menu. Known for serving unique wraps that you can't find anywhere else, Papa Joe's offers the classics such as pizza, and fish and chips to its less adventurous customers. But if you have an imaginative pallet, you'll love their originals such as the Mac & Cheese wrap, and the Asian Calamari; which is topped with mandarin oranges, sprouts, and a variety of mixed greens. On the inside, you'll find a small, homey-style restaurant blessed with a unique flares and a friendly crew of employees. Despite its casual and interesting design - Papa Joe's is both clean and tidy--despite having limited space. If take-out is more your thing, Papa Joe's will have anything on the menu ready and grilled to perfection in under 15 minutes. So come summertime and you find yourself in Bristol, Rhode Island - if you're in the mood for a quality wrap, made with quality ingredients I would thoroughly recommend Papa Joe's Wrap Shack to anyone with an experienced pallet. I know I'll certainly be returning soon.

Get the Bristolian if you like calamari! Also order ahead as they get baked up around lunchtime.

Found this place online while driving around RI for the day. It's a tiny hole in the wall run by a few young guys that do a terrific job of making excellent and unusual wraps. We both shared the lasagna wrap, never had lasagna in a wrap before and this was soooooooooo delicious. We will stop in again if we are in the area.

Very good Lasagna wrap. I wish they had a create your own wrap although you can customize (I think). I think a BBQ Bacon Wrap would be a big hit.

Great little gem. Affordable prices with great food. Husband had the chorizo wrap which was amazing. I went vegetarian with the gorgonzola pear wrap. The pizza slices were tasty and the fries cooked to perfect consistency. The owners rock out to old metal while they cook which ups the friendly vibe.

Just moved to Bristol and a friend told me to try their pizza. Ordered delivery a couple of times and it's been AMAZING every time!!

I've never heard of a "Wrap Shack" before, and I'm pretty sure Papa Joe just made it up. Conveniently located on a street corner with a surprising amount of available parking, Papa Joe's Wrap Shack is an interesting alternative to the local cuisine. This place looks like an olde time ice cream parlor flipped upside down to a classic-rock-vibe delicatessen. The walls are placated with the most obscure 80s memorabilia, foreign currency, and family photos. Wrestlers, rock stars, ninja turtles, monsters, and aliens are among a few interesting sights that compliment the off white/mustard yellow color palette. Guests can tell they didn't hire an interior designer while still knowing a lot of heart went into making this place a comfortable hang-out for the customers and (especially) the employees (queue: Weezer - In The Garage). [Some] Employees, who I might add, seem unapproachable and deeply pessimistic on the outside, but manage to give quality customer service. The menu offers quite a few options you probably won't find anywhere else. The first few times I ordered off the vegetarian wrap section. Where this place really shines, though, is their NY style pizza. My wife and friends are self-proclaimed pie connoisseurs from the wolf-like shadow, so I was a bit anxious to present the local pizza place. However, Papa Joe's certainly delivered! Pun intended. A good-sized pie, crispy crust that's not too tough, and a satisfactory layer of cheese swirled with tomato sauce. Do yourself a favor and get this pizza! On par with Providence favorites (Antonio's, Fellini, Nice Slice, Pier, etc.), in my opinion. While Bristol/Warren is home to some of the most trendy eateries in RI, Papa Joes Wrap Shack shakes it up with their classic 80s vibes. Party on, Joe.

I really want to love this place, but to be honest they keep letting me down. With small places like this, I go generally a dozen times to get a good idea of how they operate and well, make food. The major complaint I have is that their kitchen is slow and seemingly unorganized or uncaring. Of the dozen times I have ordered for pick up, 4 or so of the times they have waited to start my order when I arrive to pick it up. For a pizza it ends up being an hour plus wait. They told me 40 minutes on the phone. After being thoroughly annoyed multiple times, I decided to get my pizza delivered because I was tired of going there and waiting (why not wait at home?). Well, turns out that time it took an hour an half to get the pizza to my place. I even got a phone call about 40 minutes in saying it would be about another 10, and then I got another call (they were calling me?!?!?). After complaining to my friends who visit there a lot, I hear that the staff don't like people who order for delivery in the downtown area and they apparently don't take care in making those orders either (I will admit I live in the downtown area and asked for delivery, lazy, but I had reasons as described above). This bothers me, because why offer a delivery to the downtown area (or one at all for that mater) if it ruffles your feathers? Like I said, this is the major issue. The food is not bad and I love the variety of wraps, but their food is not good enough to motivate me to go through what you have to to get food.

When I take my first bite of Papa Joe's pizza absolutely everything else no longer matters. It all just vanishes. It doesn't matter what kind of day it is. It doesn't matter that the angry rain is meddling with my mood. It doesn't matter that finals week is approaching. And it doesn't matter that this is the first thing I've had a chance to eat all day. Because it makes it all so very worth it. I've eaten at this restaurant twice and brought take-out home three times since moving to Bristol in September. My husband and I switch between our two favorites: 1 large with pineapple, or 1 large with olives and tomatoes. (We are vegetarian) The restaurant claims to make Rhode Island style wraps and New York style pizza. I can't really attest to the wraps, but as a NY native I can honestly say this pizza does NY justice. Every single bite makes me feel as if I am in Heaven. The sauce is sweet and tangy. The crust is actually edible, which is something I personally can't say about many pizzerias in Rhode Island. The cheese is perfectly proportionate to the sauce. At other pizzerias my husband and I can go through a large pizza like it's nothing. Here we eat 2 slices each and then need to pass out. It's a lot of food for the price. We always have lunch ready the next day too, so for us it's 2 meals for the price as well. The people who work there are very laid back, but also very friendly. I recommend this place. And if you decide to not eat here, just know you're making the biggest mistake of your life.

Fantastic service - always makes you feel like a regular, great prices too. AWESOME food, my favorite is the med wrap and both kinds of fries are delicious!

  • Juliana O.

Not just wraps, but pizza too! I love that you can order any speciality pizza as a slice. I got the Primavera slice yesterday and it was AWESOME - breaded eggplant, peppers, broccoli, scallions, all in nice bite size pieces. This one takes a while to make, but I phoned it in ahead of time so it was ready when I got there. They also have an mac and cheese wrap, which is pretty much just Kraft easy mac in a tortilla, but sometimes that is what I need! Salads are good too, I had the asian salad yesterday and it was yummy. Prices are super reasonable. The place is pretty tiny, but on a nice day I just take my food across the street to park and sit by the water. Perfection!

I heard about the Wrap Shack from college kids. I tried it and was hooked in a New York Minute. The Bristolian is to die for.

Two words...Southern Gravity! My husband and I love Papa Joes! I always get the Southern Gravity wrap and my husband always get the Kung Pao Chicken wrap but I have tried most of them and they are all delicious! They also have pizza...the Southern Gravity pizza is phenomenal. Plus they are always quick when you order. The wraps are unique and tasty and the prices are great. The restaurant is small inside but there are a few tables and a counter that you can eat at. They also have delivery available if you prefer to eat at home. The vibe inside is cool and laid back and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. We definitely recommend eating here!

Why is this not classified as a pizza place!? The pizza is amazing. I've had the cheese, the Mozz and the Med. Some of the best pizza around. It's called "wrap shack" but I've only had one wrap (buffalo chicken) and it was grilled and cold. I guess I should have checked if it was under "hot " or "cold" wraps. I guess I like buff chicken fried and hot. Anyway, cool place, but the time they give you to pick up take out is never accurate so add another 10 minutes.

  • Lauren F.

An absolute favorite for me, always my go-to place for a delicious lunch or dinner! Everything is always consistently awesome, grilled to perfection. There is a counter top with seating and a few tables, I usually take my orders to go. Atmosphere is cool, lots of awesome friendly people who work there. I love the southern gravity wrap! Also for vegetarians : Lisa the owner is very accommodating in letting you substitute meat for your choice of veggie burgers, avocado, extra veggies, calamari, or anything else you can think of!! Check out their amazing home made soups that change daily, call ahead to see what they have for the day, every one I've tried has been great so far. I also LOVE their pizza !!

  • Ryan S.

Tried this place for the first time tonight. After reading some reviews, I decided to go with the Bristolian. I was not disappointed. The calamari was cooked perfectly and the garlic mayonnaise was a great touch. I got it to go, but there is some seating instead at a small bar or a few tables. However, seating is extremely limited. The staff, both cashier and cooks, were attentive and super friendly. If you have a large order, I would recommend calling ahead of time. Overall, had a pleasant experience. Definitely will return here.

Food was good. Lots of selection and many different sandwiches you have probably never tried before. The service is VERY SLOW and lackadaisical. There were 3 employees working while I was there. One was cooking but they were all mostly standing around and talking. It was only me and 1 other guy in there when i ordered and it took almost 30 mins for 2 sandwiches.

    (3)
  • Rob H.

Really cool place to go for a sandwich. Very interesting menu, such a better alternative to typical sandwich shops. Cool atmosphere for a little shop, definitely the place to get lunch downtown.

  • Katy A.

The only positive aspect of my lunch at this place was the extremely courteous staff. Everyone was friendly and polite, which is a very nice change compared to other "too busy for you" places. The food is terrible. I get that it's a college wrap and pizza place, but I have some stand-by favorite places from my college days that still make my mouth water. My philly cheese steak took 20 minutes to get to me and was bland and disappointing in every aspect. It was served with a side of 4 tortilla chips...seriously...4. My guy got the Papa Joe's wrap and could not force it down. Totally lacking flavor or interest. It would have been better to get a plate of just sausage, no wrap, no peppers, etc. as that's the only flavor it had. Two terrible wraps and 2 waters cost $20 (with tip). Very annoyed. Would have been better to wait to eat, hungry as we were.

This is one of the most reliable restaurants in Bristol. Food is always fast, fresh and flavorful. I especially enjoy of the Harley Quinn and the Southern Gravity wraps, though I've yet to be disappointed by anything I've ordered. Love the pizza as well! Great service, always smiling.

    (4)
  • Eddie B.

Had the philly wrap with the Garlic mayo! It was awesome! I also had bite bite of my moms Kung Pao Chicken, very good as well!! Plus Lisa is the best! Love Wrap Shack.. Also try the Southern Gravity Pizza

  • Jared P.

I've meant to get pizza so many times, I really have. But the wraps are SOOOOO GOOOOOD!!! And some crazy creative specials! We love the bristolian, the Gaea, shrimp Mozambique was insane, anything steak n cheese. And the onion rings are really good too.

    (5)
  • Aaron T.

I got food from here and the pizza was sloppy, fries burnt, mozzarella sticks cold, and my wrap lukewarm. They don't take fare of customers here

  • Colleen C.

Stopped by this place a long time ago on my way up to Newport and I'm glad I did! The pizza here is decent, but I always go for the wraps! They are so good! I've only tried the Mozz (summertime fave!), the Harley Quinn, Rodan, Gaya, and the Chicken & Pesto (could use a little salt) and I loved them all. There's so many more I'd like to try, but it's hard to pass up those tried-and-true faves. Occasionally, when I feel like splurging (calorie-wise) I get the onion rings. They're delicious. My only negative would be the prices. They're about $6-$7 per wrap and that's without a drink. Anyway, I still love this place and look forward to my many more visits :D

If you've never been to Bristol before, you need to stop in here for lunch and have the Bristolian wrap. I always manage to forget about this place when I visit, but the second I bite into that wrap it rekindles my pride in being a Bristol native. The Bristolian is a wrap served with fried calamari, hot banana peppers, mozzarella cheese and mixed greens with garlic mayo...and every bite is like heaven. I also really like the pizza, and if I just need a snack I'm known to grab a mac & cheese wrap from the kids menu. The service is always friendly, but sometimes slow, so make sure you've allotted plenty of time. I think it just takes long because they make EVERYTHING to order. It's definitely worth the wait.

  • Philip S.

The Wrap Shack is the definition of hit or miss. Bring a 'regular' to guide you through the menu do's and dont's. Too expensive, but so is most of Bristol.

    (2)
  • Scott W.

I had the pesto chicken wrap and was definitely not excited about it. There was very little flavor and a minimal amount of chicken. On a good note, I did like the sweet potato fries and the tortilla chips though. It took forever to get food as well. There was like 4 cooks and it still took a long time. Will not be going again unless I call ahead and am getting pizza.

One of the favorite lunch spots I've visited in Bristol. Inside, it has a real college town type of feel, with old signs, pictures and the specials and wraps on a chalk board. Went with the Kung Pao first time around and it was delish. That and some fries and I was full and happy. Prices are cheap as well, can't wait to come back and try the rest of the wraps and pizzas out!

  • AngrieTerrya T.

I've never had a wrap from here - why? The flat bread pizza is incredible. Tons of toppings. And I like the hipster employees, too. There's always some fun music playing and the place looks like half NY slice shop, 1/2 diner. If they were open for walk-in slices till 1 or 2 AM, they would be hopping with business. What is up with nothing being open late in this area? Even the bars close too early. It's sad. AngrieTerrya is part night-owl.

Every time I go, I try something different. Sometimes, the special pulled pork wraps are available...BOOM! Awesome! I first started going here three or four years ago and cannot stop going back even though I've moved my office over one town. The people here love being here and the people who come in give you a slice of life you're not going to get many other places. When a kid was whining to his mom about something, the owner leaned over, looked at his mom, then looked at the kid and said, "There's no whining at the wrap shack!" Priceless. I ordered seconds. I never leave there without a smile on my face.

  • Jean F.

Creative, yummy, not too terribly bad for you and SO GOOD! Can you imagine putting anything possible in a wrap!?! They take it to the extreme here. Fresh veggies, sauces, and all wraps and cheeses (even pasta) all wrapped up to delicious perfection! If you're in the area I highly suggest a lunch date here. The ambiance isn't pretty but I swear you'll be satisfied as soon as you take your first (and last) bites!

    (4)
  • Keyser S.

The food here is great, but they only get 2 stars because the service is so bad. If you plan to order food for pickup, call an hour before you want it pick it up. Ir you want delivery, call 90 minutes to 2 hours before you want to eat.

This place had awesome service and my garden of Eden wrap was delightful! Will definitely go back and try the pizza!

So I was back here today for lunch...this time we got take-out and went down to the park on the water. As usual, we found a parking spot right outside. I ordered the Bristolian and my boyfriend got the Asian Calamari wrap. This time, the service was awesome! There were a lot of people in the restaurant and the phone kept ringing with delivery and take-out orders, but we didn't have to wait very long at all for our sandwiches. As always, they ended up being delicious! I hadn't tried the Asian Calamari wrap before, but the bite I tried today was so yummy....asian greens, mandarin oranges, ginger sesame dressing, and calamari. I'm definitely getting that one for myself next time!

I AM OBSESSED with Papa Joe's Wrap Shack. The buffalo chicken salad wrap is to die for- the crisp lettuce, yummy onions, fresh tomatoes with mouth watering chicken all served on I believe a tomato wrap. Alongside this scrumptious creation comes their homemade tortilla chips. If you ever get the chance to eat inside take a second to look around. The atmosphere is such a cool place. Between the decor and the awesome staff, you wont be disappointed.

  • Paul D.

Make a good pizza but place is noisy and service is marginal at best, do not order delivery pizza showed up late and cold . Would be four stars if not for the service and noise.

E.T. would enjoy this place. This is such a cool place. After doing the bike trail I went here to pig out and while I was eating noticed the waitress cutting up the plastic six pack thing before throwing it out. Everyone that lives by the ocean has seen cormorants, egrets and other beautiful birds with plastic wrapped around their beaks, slowly starving to death. She didn't think anyone noticed what she did, but someone did. Wish I could give her some more stars.

Best steak n cheese wrap hands down. Pizza is very thin crust and crispy. Would recommend for great take out. Very small inside and only a few tables.

The Wrap shack is a very small place on a street corner in the center of Bristol. I've only been there once so far and have a pretty good experience. The decor was very eclectic and fun but the space can really only fit MAYBE 12-14 people at a time. I tried the Philly Cheese Steak wrap and my friend got the chicken finger wrap. I ordered mine without green peppers but ended up with them anyways. My wrap also didn't have and L&T on it so I guess you have to ask. Liked my friends wrap much better but over all the food was good. Both came with a few chips on the side.

This place is difficult to rate, because I really don't like most of their wraps, but what I do like, I like A LOT. If you're a health nut and you like bland wraps, this place is probably for you. I've tried quite a few, and even the chicken caesar tasted dry and bland. If you're a foodie like me (or a college kid......or high), you'll probably like their Fluffernutter wrap (PB, Fluff & Banana) or the Mac & Cheese wrap. Pay attention to their specials because whenever I've really liked a wrap, it's almost always been a weekly special. Oh the pulled pork wrap they had once... yumm... Tuna melt... ohh... They also make really good cheese pizza, well just pizza in general. It's called the wrap shack, but if you want delicious pizza, this is the best joint in town. Service is always good and friendly and prices are decent.

Southern gravity is my favorite wrap from here, grilled to perfection. Everyone that I've brought here enjoys their wraps. Seating is minimal but interesting to sit if you can sit either at the counter or the small tables. It's fun reading the clippings and looking at the star trek and alien pictures too. Service is slow and relaxed so if you're just picking up you'll probably be able to sit anyway. Allow extra wait time because they probably won't start you order until you arrive.

All taste's allowed here Follow recommendations Great pizza here, too Really quirky place with excellent food. It's perfect for an early dinner before heading out for the night. The college-age kids that work there are very quick with the food, and service is always very good. They'll always customize an order, and if you ask for recommendations you'll always get an honest response. Overall great place to swing by on a weekday afternoon for a decent-size lunch.

Such a great lunch option here in Bristol. Thin crust pizza with delicious fresh topping options and a great selection of wraps. Don't be afraid to try some of the seemingly strange options (ie, the Bristolian, Southern Gravity, etc.) they are all awesome. My only complaint is that they are not quick with their delivery at all. Give yourself LOTS of time (an hour or more) for delivery. I prefer to pick up, and it still is usually a good 25-30 minutes for my order to be ready. That said, if you plan ahead for this, you won't be dissapointed! The inside is small and cramped - take your order to go. My personal favorite is the Philly Cheese Steak wrap with the garlic mayo - yum!

The pizza here is awesome (despite the name, I've never had a wrap). My only issue with Papa Joe's is the wait time for pizza: you never know how long it will take. They always quote a time for pickup and I always arrive right when they say - but I either have to wait another 20 minutes (which seriously sucks during football season) or I find my pizza waiting... and cold. But the thin-crust pizza is so tasty that I'm willing to return.

I dont want to dump haterade all over this place because I have to take some blame for getting a wrap with calamari at a place that has e.t action figures as part of the decor. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their wraps and I think if i had gotten something else I too would be satisfied. The fluffinator perhaps fried, sounds amazing.

Papa Joe's, or the Wrap Shack, as it's affectionately known throughout town, is a cool place to grab a slice of their oversized, super-thin pizza or a selection from the plethora of wrap selections available. There is always great music playing from the cooks' boombox and they are ALWAYS jammin' out with whatever's playing. When you're waiting for your food, don't be afraid to really look at everything on the walls, pretty funny stuff.

This is a 3 1/2 star review. The pizza is (by far) the best in Bristol. Thin, perfect crust, tasty sauce and a good mix of traditional and gourmet options. The wraps are a mixed bag (and seem to vary in quality and ingredients from visit to visit.) Be warned - the service is friendly but "relaxed." Don't expect speedy turnaround. In fact, when I order "pick up" it seems they never even START my pizza until I show up to get it (but its good enough that we keep coming back - which says something.)

I got the Rodan, my girlfriend got the Chicken Salad. Both sandwiches were really good. The Rodan is sort of like a chicken stir fry wrap, and was a little salty, but still very good. Chix Salad...how can you really screw that up? It was good. The wait for these two sandwiches was a little longer than expected, and the soda was warm...must have just stocked the fridge. Seating was minimal, but we got a table and enjoyed looking at the Star Trek merchandise.

Awesome, fresh sandwiches and stuff and fast, friendly service. My new favorite hole-in-the-wall place in Bristol. Limited seating, but great for swinging through to grab a sandwich. Take-out menu available.

This is a fun place!!! The staff enjoy what they do and make you feel welcome. The Philly Wrap is excellent. The staff suggested Buffalo and BBQ on the wings. Excellent suggestion. Good food and fun place.

We strolled in 5 minutes before closing. A gluten-free vegan and her mom. And the folks behind the counter were 100% awesome. Not only did they whip up two amazing salads full of greens, veggies, avocado and a grilled veggie burger, but they did it with a smile and amazing attitude. They have a customer for life (whenever I'm in Bristol. Which is virtually never. But still.).

Located in the heart of downtown Bristol, this is a cozy little place to grab a bite to eat. Space is very minimal, perhaps able to seat 14-20 people all together. There are a few seats at the counter as well. The food in my opinion is very good. I usually get the buffalo chicken wrap. My wife usually gets the Philly cheese steak wrap. Not much to say about this place other than the food is excellent, service is friendly and laid back. A good selection on the menu and the scenery on the inside are definitely fun and interesting w/tons of newspaper clippings and nostalgic toys and collectibles. If you like wraps definitely give this spot a try.

This is by far one of my favorite places for unique and different wraps. I hate eating the same old same old, and the traditional stuff I'd rather make it at home. I actually ache for this place since graduating and moving from Bristol. The wrap shack has a few select 'traditional' items, but for the most part everything else is unique and interesting and that is why I keep coming back for more. The place itself is tiny, I've never eaten in there. We always order stuff to go, we've gotten delivery once. I've seen mostly guys work there, younger, probably related to the family. They're friendly, relaxed people, and easy to talk to. I always get the Bristolian. I mean you cannot go wrong it has: fried calamari, hot peppers, mozzarella cheese and mixed greens with roasted garlic mayo in a flour wrap. The fish and chips wrap is also good. The wraps always come with fresh fried tortilla chips as well. I've never had their pizza before, but I've heard great things. Whenever I return to Bristol I always, always make it a point stop by there. If you like not your typical wraps (hot or cold) or even pizza, this is the place to go! I miss you Wrap Shack. Want to branch out to Maine?

My boyfriend came back from RI giving the Wrap Schack rave reviews. When I finally got to visit RI, I wasn't disappointed. I had the Chicken Pesto wrap and it was delicious. The pasta inside gives it a unique and yummy texture. The sweet potato fries were also AMAZING. Ordering ahead of time ensures that you won't have to wait the 10-20 minutes for your wrap if it is busy. Overall would definitely go back.

Best pizza in Bristol, good service, and relatively inexpensive. As for their wraps its hit or miss. The bristolian, southern gravity, and gaya are all excellent, but some of the others taste kind of bland and could use some work. Overall, its a great place for a quick lunch or some pizza.

About 3 weeks ago I went into Papa Joe's, because everyone at work raves about how good the wraps are. I had a half hour before I had to get to my job (around the corner), so I ordered a wrap to stay and sat down at a table. There were two employees, three guys at the counter, two pick-ups, and two new customers over the next 20 minutes. Still no wrap. I saw that parts of it were in the construction stage, so I asked for it to go and figured I'd eat it during a later break, which I did; well, half of it, and half after work. It was cold by then, of course, but still tasty. Last week I decided to order the same wrap for delivery to my workplace (remember, right around the corner). It was pouring rain, so I allowed for a big time buffer, calling 90 minutes before my lunch break. A delivery time of 45 minutes was given. 90 minutes later I called to find out where my wrap was. I was gruffly told, "It went out with six other orders. It's somewhere on the road. You'll get it soon." I told him I had 20 minutes left on my lunch break, and after that it would be too late; it would be sent back by someone at the desk. Ten minutes later he called back (spoke to someone else) and said my wrap had been sitting in a bag on the counter the whole time. Did I want him to make me a fresh one? I asked how long it would take. 20 minutes. I would be past my lunch break and unable to get to it for another 3-1/2 hours. So I said no and went without lunch. Thanks Papa Joe!
