You guys put way too much cheese on your pizza! It's like getting extra-extra cheese on a normal pie and it makes the crust soggy. A very disappointing experience.

Pizza is good. Rest of the food is less than mediocre. Service at the restaurant has always been poor. Staff is more interested in talking to each other and their friends that come in than their customers. The closest place to where I live, and I'd rather drive an extra 5 minutes. Good for take out pizza. Other than that , skip it

We ordered a pizza with sausage. Some pieces had sausage, some none. The pizza was not good. The sauce was extremely watery. When I bit into a piece and the cheese came off, there were puddles of water on the crust. Also ordered mozzarella cheese fries. Fries were way undercooked and hardly any cheese!!!! I've heard from others that this place was not very good, but now, I can attest to that.

The cheesesteaks, works pizza, and happy hour keep me coming back. I wish their bar area was larger and also wish they had a deck for the summer. The have enough rooms to accommodate parties large and small.

Was here for a lunch meeting in one of their banquet halls. Granted this was very informal and a small group, but the room had a few trolleys of dishes and other restaurant supplies in there during the meeting. The overall decor of the room itself was drab so I would not use it for any really special occasion. The service was great, our waitress was supper attentive. I ordered the turkey burger, and while the meat was decently prepared the overall sandwich was dry as it was between super thick slices of bread. They also just chopped of a chunk of lettuce head to add and maybe had a good half of a red onion on the inside. Not a very good meal.

Really enjoyed dinner here. Large portions and decent prices. Went at about 5 pm and did not have to wait. Will return again.

We have eaten in restaurant and have taken home. The last few times I have ordered take out my order has been wrong. The last time they accidentally gave me someone else's Stromboli- I was asked to please drive that back and sit and wait for the correct one. I was never offered even a soda for my gas. Ok mistakes happen. My family of 4 went tonight for dinner we had ordered a Sicilian pizza, fries and burger. Fries came out cold and tasted like they were sitting for way too long. We tasted the pizza - it was cold. Waitress came over and we said our fries- she cut us off(kindly) and said you need new ones right? I could tell. We told her pizza was cold. They heated pizza and it came back out- bottom was burnt but it was still cold we were served new fries much less quantity and they were not good. It's a shame we live one mile away - we liked to walk to restaurant and order to go - but we feel like we need to never go again. No apologies were ever received from either issues. There are too many other choices around us - that at least apologize for mistakes.

First of all I'd like to give the owners and management a bit of information that the customers are not receiving.when I call this restaurant I have a young person answer "Giuseppe's pizza please hold and then when they get on the phone they say can I help you. If this was my restaurant, everyone would say thank you for calling Giuseppe's please hold or can I please take your order. I understand that these youngsters behind the counter are partially at fault because youngsters of today don't understand manners. The owners should certainly take notice to this, I and others DO! While waiting for my pizza at some instances, there's a lot of conversation between the employees which of been stated in past reviews. I wait for my pizza I receive my pizza,The only thing the employees ask, do you want to copy of your receipt. No thank you, no thanks for coming in, nothing! Now, for the pizza. I can appreciate the amount of cheese that they put on, I like cheese. But I do have an issue as others have commented about the sauce. It appears that they're taking a gallon of tomato sauce and mixing it with a gallon of water. There are absolutely no tomatoes visible,it's almost like ketchup when you take a bite, The cheese and the hot topping slide off into your lap. Once you get it all in your mouth it's not really bad, just the sauce is weak. One thing I know for sure ,that most italian cooks are known for is there "gravy" as they call it, Americans/sauce. The other thing I know they're known for is hospitality, friendliness and an appreciation for people and the celebration of food. Not here. Just business as usual.get em in and get em out. I feel like this restaurant has become so popular that we all have to settle for young individuals that have no manners, pizza that is somewhat OK and also management that takes advantage of their customers because after all ,they have a reputation of being so popular, good pizza or not. I'd like to see one employee take ownership and greet customers like I stated,I would think one or two employees parents taught them to say thank you and your welcome but not from what I have noticed. I'm searching for a new pizza place in town as I've been here for 14 years. I went to pizza pasta house not happy with this establishment, but they closed. There is a new pizza's shop where the old steak and hoagie was I'm going to try them next time.As for the ownership of this establishment you need to have a conversation with your employees and treat your customers as if they were like your own children or your mother and father with respect and appreciation! Funny thing , Saturday evening at 6:30 lot is not full, it once was. Hmmmm. Check it out you will see that everything I have explained is exactly the case. I will say one thing positive, the wings are good. Why I posted 2 stars instead of 1.

This was the first Giuseppe's. Then they grew and grew, both in locations and in their menu offerings, for awhile there I grew!. Only three restaurants remain family owned and operated. This one, the one in Richboro and the one in New Hope. They started off as one of the only pizza joints around and of course you had to love their pizza. It is good stuff. Now they have a full menu from appetizers to homemade soups, salads, sandwiches and entrees. Wine and a full bar! Go to their website to down load monthly coupons. Good stuff, check them out! gpizza.com/about_us.htm

I've had a lot better, but I think they're over priced compared to the other local joints who serve up equally good food.

We booked two of their private rooms for my mother in law's 70th surprise birthday, and surprise, Giuseppe's delivered on their end! Their buffet table of salad, chicken parmesan, ziti, and roast beef sandwiches were spot on, with a nod to the chicken parm...really good. The facilities were clean, the drinks were kept restocked, and the waitress and busboy not only were attentive, but mixed in- in an appropriate, non-intrusive way- with the party. Also, a nice touch were the video imputs for the flat screen TV's...we were able to plug in a laptop and run a slideshow very easily. I can't comment as to the price tag for food for 50 people, fortunately. I grew up with the Guisseppe's in Ambler, and my-oh-my, based on this pizza kingdom, little Giuseppe has certainly grown up! Note that the address seems to be off...now located at the corner of Street and Delmont Roads.

This place is a joke. I went there on Sunday 4/19/15 and was so disappointed. My fiancé went in and ordered a take out pizza for my family and then we quickly decided to make it dine in. It was less then 3 minutes from the time we ordered (he walked to the car and back) and when he told them we needed it to be dine in they told us "we cant change it because you originally made it take out". We had a 6 and 7 year old with us and they would not let us change. I was furious because my there were seats available and there was no reason for them to say "no". I didn't want to make a scene so my fiancé just said ok, but I have never heard of anything so insane from a restaurant that claims to have good customer service. I will NEVER go back there again because of this because my experience doesn't seem to matter to them. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Worst service ever. First of all the appetizers took forever to come and right when the came the main course came. Then even though we clearly said for separate checks they didn't and they made US split the check which took forever. The food was average and will definitely no be returning.

Let me start by saying that the people who work here are great! The pasta and some random other dishes here are fine. Nothing amazing, but completely on par with other local pizza places in the area. What disappoints is the pizza. It's amateur hour pizza. If you have never eaten a decent slice before I'm sure it's great, but I would suggest looking elsewhere if pizza is what you're craving.

I had one of the worst eating-out experiences here, worst! Went there for a Mother's Day brunch, buffet style. First thing that "stood out" was the three ROUND tables to fit our entire family (20 people) at. That was ridiculous! They obviously had a long table, but that was given to another party, a party which didn't have as many people as we did. That just set the bad tone for the entire meal. Had it been up to me, we would have left. After asking for tea, I was given a mug and a tea bag. Uh some hot water here would be nice! And the male bringing the coffee mugs and orange juice to our three round tables needs to be taught how to deliver food. He put his fingers at the top of the glasses. That's disgusting! People will be putting their lips where you just put your dirty/germy fingers! There were approximately five different foods (yes, only five) in the buffet. Otherwise you had to place a special order. Lori the waitress took our used plates of which I had put silverware on. Again I was asked if I wanted to keep my silverware. NO, I do NOT! Just get me a new set of silverware! Why does waitstaff ask that question? You are not home, you do not have to wash the dishes! Do you job and get me new silverware!

We had my daughters sweet sixteen birthday on a Saturday evening. Giuseppe's delivered. The food was delicious and plentiful for my 70 guests. Olivia ensured my guests had everything they needed. It was extremely affordable. We went with a buffet style with beer and wine. Thank you for making my daughters birthday a great event

Terrible customer service. Made two mistakes on our takeout order then had the nerve to charge us more money! To top it off the girl argued with us saying we ordered it wrong. After waiting an extra 15 minutes to get their mistakes corrected the rest of the food was cold by the time we got home. Too many good places to go around here, won't be going back to this place again.

I've had dinner twice at Giuseppe's and left with a satisfied both times. There is a large variety of pizza here for all the pizza-lovers out there. I'm not big on pizza so I come here for the pasta. The buffalo chicken wings are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. The sauce has a good amount of heat. The minestrone was delightfully fresh, loaded with what seems like every vegetable they had in the kitchen. As a veggie lover, I give this 2 thumbs up. I ordered the Chicken Piccata with linguine last night and it was phenomenal. Grilled chicken with spinach, mushrooms, and capers in a lemon white wine sauce. It came out on a ginormous dish, enough for 2 to share. Or for one hungry girl! :)

Always a family favorite! Went to lunch today with my sister. We were greeted by the waitress who said she hadn't seen us in awhile and did we want our usual unsweetened iced teas. (She knows me better than my husband) Best pizza ever and great french onion soup (all of their soups are great)

We went to Giuseppe's for a geocaching event. The party room was spacious but when we filled it up, they had no problem joining it up with the adjacent dining area. Didn't try the pizza but the sandwiches were good and not overpriced. Service was also pretty good.

Best Pizza around hands down. Great early bird dinner specials also. Anytime I am in the area I stop in for a meal. I wish I had one closer to where I live now.

I was to this place before they moved to the bigger location and the food seemed to be good. On Sunday 9/30/2012 around 2pm my wife and I decided to go in and get a pizza for take out. We were not greeted when we walked in the door even though there were three people behind the counter and only one working. I went to the side to look at what they had to drink and while I was there the guy taking orders rudely asked my wife what she wanted. She ordered the pizza that we had talked about getting and instead of asking her if she wanted anything else, he just gave her a price. This was before I had even finished looking at the drinks. When I came back over to pay he didn't say one word to me. Then it got even worse. When we went to wait for the pizza to be made and this guy and the hostess were having a loud conversation across the front area that could only be taken as sexual in nature. They were talking about her doing it and how she knows how to do it, but doesn't want to do it. I could see it no other way since they never indicated what doing it was. If our daughter had been there I would have said something, but I just figured get the pizza and leave. Then the jackass behind the counter topped off the experience by throwing our pizza into the box, not cutting it right and shutting the incorrectly on the pizza so it wouldn't close properly. There are many other places in the area and this will be one place I will refuse to go to again because of this experience.

We just had a private function at the new restaurant and it could not have been better. the place is family owned and operated and it shows. The food was hot, refilled quickly and delicious. We will look back on the day with the fondest of memories because this restaurant made it perfect. our guests raved about the food and service. the only complaint I heard from anyone was that the parking lot isn't big enough when there are multiple parties going on, but I forgive them for that! because everything else was impeccable.

Hands down, Giuseppe's has the best pizza in the Northampton Township area. The pizza is actually on par with real NY pizza...which is a tall order for Bucks County. The chicken cheese steaks, salads and poppers are pretty darn good too. They just need to start delivering to get my 5th star!

It's no wonder most of the guests were older people. The menu is very old fashioned. You would think that an Italian restaurant would have good homemade meatballs. No. They were obviously brought in frozen. Took the meatballs out of the soaking wet roll and gave them to my dog. She even had a hard time choking them down. A dog! Not good. We also asked for slices of raw bell pepper for our daughter to munch on and our server had no idea what we were asking for. She brought us back some sour pickled peppers that were gross. She claimed that every pepper in the restaurant was cooked. What? Really? There are no raw peppers in the walk-ins? Not one raw pepper in the entire place? Don't even get me started on the marinara! Ketchup? My mother-in-law loves this place. I'll never understand it. Maybe they should cut down the menu and offer fewer great homemade Italian food and pizza instead of a lot of poorly made "heat-and-serve" food.
