My wife got take out at the Q&M's in Plum. We sampled a variety of dishes, almost all of which were excellent. Start with the ribs - tender, smokey and loaded with BBQ sauce. I don't think they could have been done any better. Same goes for the pulled pork. The brisket was also tender and well-smoked. It was sliced too thin for my liking, but my wife thought it was good. As for the sides, a highlight was the cornbread. Not overly sweet with a density close to bread pudding. Delicious! The coleslaw and Mac and cheese were also good. The sweet potato casserole was very interesting - shredded sweet potatoes with loads of nutmeg. The only average dish for me was the baked beans. In summary, this is the best BBQ I've had in Pittsburgh.
