Had dinner for the first time since they reopened we had waited this long in hopes of them having all the bugs worked out. The service was one of the worst I have ever encountered and that says a lot since I travel all over the world. The pizza was good but the chicken Marcella was once again one of the worst. It was a chicken breast pounded flat and over cooked and had canned brown gravy poured over it filling the plate so much the string beans were floating. The beans were nice and fresh but way too much garlic and I like garlic a lot more than most. This is a pizzeria trying to be more than they are capable of so do yourself a favor and just get the pizza.

Appearances are NOT what it seems. The location and structure are quite appealing. However, the staff's rude unfriendly attitude and poor food quality are extremely disturbing. The food quality is extremely poor. Our simple meal took over an hour to arrive. Management offered a free dessert that we declined because by this point our family just wanted to leave (and NEVER return). Our greatest regret besides choosing this restaurant was that we failed to leave earlier. Any other Italian restaurant in this area is significantly better in both quality of food and service. STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTBLISHMENT!

I have only been here once since the new building and had a very nice meal. Staff was awesome, food better than expected. When I came here and saw the negative reviews, I was quite surprised. I will definitely re-visit to see if the positive experience was an anomaly.

My sister and I went there today after arranging my mothers funeral. I ordered Eggplant Parmesan w/ spaghetti. The service was horrible and the food was even worse! Will never go back or recommend them to anyone!!

This place just moved to a new location, and the place is georgous. It's a shame that the food doesn't compliment the ambiance. We ordered a pizza and cheese fries with bacon. The cheese fries were inedible. The cheese looked at tasted like plastic, while the fries were frozen. The best part was the bacon which was crispy. Honestly, I could have done better at home. The pizza was the best part of the meal, but it wasn't that great either. It was full of grease, but it tasted good. Nothing special.

Good Food - Great Value at Giuseppe's. We had never been here, but it was recommended by our babysitter (thanks Magaly!). I took the family here this past Friday night, and I'm glad I did. The place was packed but we were seated very quickly. We ordered some wings and a pizza - The pizza was REALLY GOOD, and the value of the wings (40 for $15) was amazing. We took the wings home and were still eating them on Sunday. I thought our server was good (she was friendly and took care of us), but overall the service wasn't as good as I expected it would be; thus only 4 stars.. I still gave her a generous tip and we will definitely be back here soon. If you're in the area, you really can't go wrong with this place. Great family restaurant!

Upon visiting this restaurant for the first time since moving to it's new location, my family and I are extremely disappointed in what the restaurant has become. The small family style restaurant that it once was is now a large unorganized mess. Our waitress was VERY kind and did everything in her power to make sure that we were satisfied despite our food coming out forty minutes after the order was placed. Once the food finally came out, one of the three sandwiches that was ordered (that was supposed to be a hot sandwich) was cold. The french fries were soggy and I definitely was able to determine that my plate had been sitting in the window in the kitchen for at least twenty minutes. We asked our waitress to bring over the owner or manager (knowing that it was not the waitress' fault, we just wanted to express our concern about the cold food and the waiting period). It took about 10 minutes for the owner to make his way over to our table because he was hand delivering drinks to a table of lawyers. When we spoke to the owner, Joe, he rudely disagreed with the amount of time that we waited, disregarded the cold sandwich and lifeless french fries that were sitting in front of my face, and began to argue that the kitchen was a little backed up due to the large party that was in the catering hall in the back. We understood the hectic manner of making food for a large party, but what we did not understand was why he was so inconsiderate about our dissatisfaction. Not once did he apologize. It's a shame that this was our encounter, because we had been going to Giuseppe's Pizza for years. The place that my family looked forward to eating at because of their good food and service has become a place that we will certainly avoid due to the owner and his ungracious service.

Service was good but the food sucks. Pizza was bland, side salads consisting of iceberg lettuce and 1 grape tomato. Linguine with white clam sauce was way too salty and skimpy on the clams. Chicken parm also had no taste...there are so many excellent Italian restaurants in the area that this place should be avoided at all costs. I'm Italian and this place is an embarrassment.

Food is mediocre. Worse is that my daughter went to sit down in the booth and the booth seat fell off! The owner or manager did NOTHING--he cared more about the booth and how she sat down than if she was hurt or not. I would NEVER walk back into this place for the simple reason that they have ZERO Customer Service and don't seem to care at all about the welfare of their customers!

Started off with the calamari based on a previous review. The calamari was not good at all. It was fishy and very tough and rubbery. The only good part was the marinara sauce it came with was very good. My daughter ordered a cheese pizza that was ok. I've definitely had much better pizza but my daughter liked it. I ordered a side salad with creamy balsamic dressing that was very fresh and I loved the dressing. The only thing I didn't like is my salad came out with my entree. I ordered spaghetti with a meat sauce. Again I've had a much better meat sauce. Overall it was an ok experience but I don't think I will go back. I prefer Dominick's.

My husband and I ate here for the first time this week. The place is clean, the food and service average. Nothing to write home about. I asked the waitress if they are participating in the "Bucks County Veteran's Program" which gives a discount to Veteran's. We were told "no". When I got home and looked at the booklet listing businesses enrolled in the Bucks County Veteran ID Card Discount Program, Giuseppe's advertises a 10% discount excluding alcohol. The following day I telephoned, asking to speak to the manager who would not come to the phone. The girl who answered said her name to be Ericka and that the manager was too busy to take the phone call. She asked for my name and phone number, which I gave and I have yet to receive a return phone call. My intent was to let management know that this is false advertising to offer a discount and not hold up to it and to ask management to educate their employees of the discount program. But since the manager of Giuseppe's is not respectful enough to return the phone call, that in itself speaks volumes on the type of business that is being conducted. This is our first and last time we will ever patron this restaurant. Veterans beware!

I try to stop in once a month before a meeting I have in the area. Giuseppe's is better then your average pizza place. It has great pizza and a very nice dinning room. The service it good. I had a meatball sandwich, it is very large comes with a pickle. Prices are average and the food is good. If you need a place to get a nice meal in a nice location this is it. Enjoy

This is a great family restaurant and does a brisk pizza to go business. They are not my favorite tomato cheese pizza but they are better than average.I used to like to go in and get a breakfast pizza that was excellent though.I have had very good chicken parm.sandwiches and dinner is always a very generous portion.Guiseppes in Richboro has been good to the community and has generously given to many schools in our area.If you want real Italians cooking your food this is the place for you.It is clean ,fast ,fairly priced and kid friendly.I think the wait service has been here since they opened..

One of the best pizza places I have ever been too. I grew up eating pizza from here and can't find a place in the area any better. My family and I usually eat here once a month

Pizza's not bad; a step above Dominick's regular pizza but well below Munchies or Tony's Place in Ivyland. We Bucks County residents are spoiled when it comes to pizza. While I'd rate Giuseppe's average as far as the area goes, it would probably win awards compared to places in Philly. As such, my star ratings between places around here and in the city aren't comparable. Ed's Buffalo Wing's and Pizza in University City gets 3 stars from me too, but I'd sooner use one of their pies to feed a dog if I could get a pie from around here.

I am a frequent customer of the old and new restaurant and you definitely can't beat their pizza! We recently had them cater our daughters birthday and it was fantastic, all everyone could talk about was how great the food tasted. I will definitely use them again!

How often do you cook the pork for sandwiches ? Every week or so was the response! The owner is rude, unfriendly and how about a thanks for stopping in? Used to be the only game in town. Thank goodness that's changed. Nice building weak food if not downright spoiled

I'm not 100% sure what to make of this place...it's a upscale pizza Italian sports bar??? Idk....anyways...I went in with a friend and service and our experience stated great. The waiter seemed very suggestive and personable....I think her name was Taylor. I ordered the stuffed mushroom special.....was Suppossed to be stuffed with sausage...it wasn't...it was stuffed with seasoned bread crumbs...fine I get it..maybe the bottom of the bowl...I said something to the server she said she would let the chef know....that's it...never took it away never offered anything new...never took it off the bill.....the place was slow...got bread service after about 3 times asking....and the waiter avoided us after the incident with the mushrooms. She seemed more preoccupied with her 7 top. We order the lasagne and roast pork sandwich...both were good. The pork sandwich had a cut carrot in it. The carrot looked liked like it never got peeled. I'm not upset about the carrot..I get it...but peel your carrots kitchen!!!!!! Table full of plates we finally got it cleared after about a half hour of sitting. We order tirsmisu which is from a local bakery awesome!! I like local sourcing....all in all if service picks up I would come back...but tighten up loose end kitchen

I went here a few Fridays ago with my parents. The new building is very nice and clean, looks like they will have outdoor seating in the summer too. It's a shame though, looks like they spent a lot of money on the place, they should have spent it on training servers and cooks. The service was mediocre. I served tables for about 8 years so I give a little slack to most. I looked around and she had way too many tables, nearly half the dining area. Funny thing though, they had several food runners, bussers and hostesses who were just walking around aimlessly. When she would come back to check on things, we would begin to tell her what we want and she'd just walk away. I'm not sure why she asked? I guess she assumed we didn't need anything? Although I asked a busser to bring bread (we ordered entrees figured we would get bread) and she did so immediately, which was nice.. But I shouldn't have to ask... As far as the food goes it's mediocre too. They have good pizza, that's about it. I got a Caesar salad, but it tasted (and looked) like they watered down the dressing. Believe me, I know this, I worked at a restaurant... There was no Parmesan cheese on it either and the croutons were soft. When we asked for some cannolis to go, she said they ran out! How does an "Italian" restaurant run out of cannolis on a Friday night? Doesn't matter anyway they were probably watered down too. Just get a pizza for take out or save your money for a REAL Italian restaurant.

I grew up eating Giuseppe's pizza and now that I'm back in the area I know why. Very tasty Italian pizza. Just moved back from Philly and it seems like most of the pizza places are going more Greek style, so happy to have a good place around the corner. Their sandwiches and other Italian foods are also good, prices are reasonable to low.

have been going to this restaurant for the last 20 years and unfortunately I have watched this establishment decline visit after visit. Tonight was the straw that broke the camels back. I have not been there for a while and decide to take my family there for dinner - so the 5 of us met about 8:00 PM and we were shuttled into the back of a nearly empty restaurant. First thing I noticed is that we are now being charged for the soup that used to be free. Ok I can live with that, 1.00 dollar is not much to argue over. The table did not have setups, the server was - in a word - one of the worst servers I have ever had. Inattentive, bored, unpleasant,. The food was tasteless with small portions. In fact gave me heartburn and a sour tummy all nite. My advice - there are way better places to eat in Richboro - that want your business. Giuseppe's is more interested in construction than customers. STAY AWAY!

Decent food but wait staff needs serious improvement. Food portions are inconsistent and pricing online needs to be updated.

This is one of three locations of Guiseppe's. They have been family owned and operated for over twenty years. They used to have more locations but sized down by selling those stores to concentrate on the three they decided to keep. I used to live within minutes of the one in Warminster and now I live minutes within this one. Their pizza is good, but since I first started eating at Giuseppe's I have found much better pizza, although theirs is okay, just not awesome. Their menu offers dozens of appetizers, a few really good homemade soups like their stracciatella, minestrone and they have a good NE clam chowder. They have a wide variety of salads, sandwiches and many pasta dishes to choose from. Some of my favorites are the chicken parmesan sandwich, the tortellini with sun dried tomatoes and broccoli in an Alfredo sauce, the shrimp parmesan over linguine, their chicken cacciatore is some of the best I have had, the shrimp puttanesca is very good and I do like their linguine with white clam sauce. You name it they have it when it comes to pizza, sandwiches and Italian entrees. The service can be hit or miss, they serve wine, beer and cocktails and half priced appetizers in their bar during happy hour, from 4-6. They are a reliable standby when in the area and craving good homemade Italian food, very moderately priced.

Such a nice looking place with such bad tasting food. Just don't' get it. Place was empty and it took a while to get our fairly small order. I want to say the pizza dough was actually pretty good, however the rest of the pizza was not.

Awful food, awful service. The fish was under cooked and after being sent back it was still not cooked. Not happy at all! Do not waste your time or money!

I had not been inside Giuseppe's Pizza since before my twelve year old was born. That is a life time in pizza years. After today's basketball game in Churchville, we stopped in for a few slices and drinks to assuage the pain of another close loss. The pizza was as good as I remembered it. Strong enough dough to hold its point proudly without folding like a dog's ear; minimal drip of oil from the face of the pie; and a serenely enjoyable first bite experience. My son's first impression was equally positive. His comment to the effect that it was not quite as good as Marco's in Newtown was well taken and subject to debate. Regardless, Giuseppe's is in good company. We will need to explore the menu further by venturing into cheese steaks, parms, and pasta to consider moving up the star ranks.

Disappointed. We arrived midweek around 7:15 pm. The place was not busy. The unfriendly, unhappy waitress (not a greeting, never a smile, nor even eye-contact), took our order right away: mozzarella wedges appetizer, a pepperoni pizza, and a couple of cokes. Of course the pizza came out five minutes before the appetizer. (Clearly, if you want an appetizer to come out first, you have to be explicit about it) Unhappy Waitress had disappeared, and so a runner brought them both with no comment. I told the runner that I had hoped the appetizer would come out before the pizza, but she simple said sorry and walked away. Midway through the pizza, unhappy waitress breezed by, dropped off two more cokes, and left without a word. No one ever inquired about our meal. 20 minutes later, Unhappy Waitress appeared, and asked if we wanted a box for the pizza remnant. The boxed remnant was delivered by another runner. Unhappy Waitress took our payment. Again, no thank-you, no eye-contact, no pleasantries of any kind. Nothing. The hostess did say goodnight on the way out, however. That was nice. The new facility is nice, but the food was mediocre. The service was careless, perfunctory, disinterested, and disappointing. There are plenty of other places for dinner. There is no need to ever go back here.

Pizza

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.

Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.

Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
