After living on DD coffee and donuts for a decade in New England, I was disappointed to find very few locations in the Burgh! However this one in Market Square is plenty good. It can get crowded in the mornings when there is a lot of office rush or maybe on the weekends but the staff get the people moving pretty quick. Being decently sized, this location offers some seating space (however DD is not much of a sit down coffee joint). I stick with the regular coffee (hot) or the iced coffee. The Vanilla Chai has usually been good but lacks consistency in its making. As this is a chain, I am not going to get into details on the food items but don't forget your munchkins/donuts if you are from California. Also you can get your K-Cups from this place and use your DD app to pay for purchases. I do believe they have free wifi but never really used it. Parking is a pain, being Market Square, but I will roll with the punches as I continue to "run on DD."

Eh, I'll choose one of the other 3 Dunkin Donuts in the downtown area. The cashier made me feel so rushed! It was empty inside and Bobby & I go to order a coffee and some donuts. Bobby couldn't decide if he wanted iced or hot coffee. He stood there literally 15 seconds looking at the menu and quickly thinking. The cashier says to us "Could you make a decision.. i have to get through this line".. I look behind us and there isnt anyone else inside this dunkin donuts, lol. Bye Felicia -_-

Like it or not, this is the store you just have to go to when you work at downtown. They have no incentive to hire better cashiers, leaving almost all of them rude, pushy and obnoxious.

I usually dont review chains but I give credit to the ones who do a good job and rip the ones who are horrible. I stopped in for coffee and doughnuts early morning on New Years eve. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful . Everyone wished me Happy New Year before I left the register. I appreciated that.

Didn't realize that they had a "rule" about the maximum number of donuts that could be ordered. I needed 3 dozen but apparently that throws you into catering. Worst part, I had called ahead and asked about pricing and they never mentioned that "rule". I was able to get two, but they wouldn't give the 3rd dozen and the manager just kept complaining that I should have called in. For a downtown store, I wouldn't think that would be difficult. Even still, my big problem was that they were mean and it seemed like they were irritated that I came in their store.

Good place to go for coffee, breakfast, or even lunch sometimes. One thing that makes Dunkin Donuts unique with their coffee and iced tea flavors is that they are not sweet. So you can get a blueberry latte for example without it being sweat. You can however add sugar if you do want a sweat one. One of my favorite things to get on a hot day is an iced blueberry coffee with cream and sugar. O man! :-)

Reviewing a restaurant that is part of a national cain seems a little odd, but this is Dunkin'... something needs to be said about which ones are have what to offer. Thankfully, this chain is not just prevalent in Boston anymore as there are several here. I work near this particular Downtown Dunkin Donuts and I love it. The coffee is the my liquid life-force most mornings. Typically i wouldn't pay for coffee when I can get it free at work, but the coffee in my office is terrible... just awful... and agin... LIFE-FORCE! The donuts are usually fresh and they make a new pot of coffee about every 3 minutes in the morning. There is often a line during the morning rush, but do not let this deter you. The staff is great, and will they move people through pretty quick. Recently I've fallen in love with one thing I discovered: Order a pumpernickel bagel, and get the reduced fat spinach and artichoke cream cheese. Just trust me on this one. It is like spring has spring in your mouth with freshness, and the bagel gives you that hearty "time to wake up and kick the face off this day" feeling. There is one girl here who will fill pretty ANY travel mug for the 99¢ although the sometimes cranky manager with the moustache will not be happy. I've never asked for a 99¢ refill, by the way... she just does it. The refill for a larger travel mug is like $1.29, so it's still not bad. Enjoy.

This Dunkin kinda sorta replaced the old one over on Liberty Avenue. Good thing too, 'cos that one was kind of a dump. Dunkin's donuts are okay, but face it. The only reason I ever come in here is to get the coffee. Dunkin has bulk coffee and I actually like that better.

donut was good but the coffee isn't that great. it was so hot it burned my tongue and tasted like cheap dinner coffee. not sure what all the fuss is about. i'll take starbux any day!

A nice occasional change from the usual brueggers right next door. They are always packed when I go in but the service is always quick and accurate. The employees are usually pretty friendly as well, even when they are busy. No complaints here :)

Beverages, food, and service is excellent. Even on a packed morning where the line is 12 or more people deep, the lines moves quickly. The most time I've even waiting to order was 10 minutes with 12 people in front of me.
