Good pizza, good subs, and a little cheaper than the others in Palmyra.

This place is DELICIOUS. It's owned by a legit Italian family from Sicily that has their relatives mail them authentic olive oil. We had pesto pizza and margherita--the cheese was epically yummy. You can practice your Italian here. The people have good hearts and great food. This town is lucky to have them!

Great food, fast service, and super friendly employees and owners. Their bread is phenomenal and I've never had a single bad thing from pizza to subs to dinners. If you are looking for a great vegetarian sub, this is the place to go.

The Buffalo Chicken pizza here is awesome, and I've been a returning customer, but I do have to complain that occasionally, you have to re-ask for a discount on their specials. For instance, they'll offer two one-topping pizzas for X amount. When I show up to pick them up, the total comes up higher. I ask about the discount, and they apply it... I don't know whether it's an honest mistake or forgetfulness, or whether it's dishonest practices. They've never not given the discount when asked, but I had someone else pick up and pay for our pizzas once, and she didn't know to ask again for the discount and ended up paying almost $6 more... wasn't too happy after that.

After a long day at Hershey Park, the kids wanted to swim and the adults were too fried to deal with going out to eat. So we asked around for a take out place to bring some food back and found Fabio & Joe's. Terrific food. We passed on pizza for more hearty fare and were rewarded. The sauce specifically was terrific. You could taste the freshness. The chicken parm was a good size dish for anyone, even a hungry dad. The pirogi appetizers were scarfed up by the kids with oohs and aahhhs. Everyone really enjoyed Fabio & Joe's food. The prices are extremely reasonable. 6 of us, 2 adults, 2 teens and 2 9 year olds ate plenty with leftovers for under $60.

Good food and great people! We usually get eggplant parm, corn nuggets and garlic stix. Tastes great and usual done by the time we get there to pick it up. Perfect neighborhood place!

I moved into Palmyra and was given a card in the mail for a free large pizza. I was surprised to find that I absolutly loved the taste of their pizza. It beats most places I have been. I will deffinatly be going there more often for my pizza fix. Not all pizza's taste the same-this place beats out any chain place I've been to hands down. Good job.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
