I come here often and I can't help getting the quart of water ice every time. They always have rotating flavors and I gotta get my frequent buyers card stamped to look forward to that free quart. I don't like that Rita lady anyway.

This has something for all of us. You can't beat this place for sheer variety of soft serve flavors, which hubby prefers. I like hand-dipped- check. Kids want water ice- check. And they offer wet walnuts on their sundaes- sweet baby Jesus!! Service is always really friendly. Call me a fan.

Being the timely people we are, my bf & I arrived to Joe's Water Ice right before they were about to close. (But hey, the neon sign outside still flashed "Open" when I pulled into the lot!) Joe's Water Ice is pretty good for what it is worth. We ordered a large "Joe 'Latti"...water ice topped off with ice cream. It was 4 bucks and it hit the spot. They have a wide selection of soft served flavors and a good choice of water ice as well. There's two picnic benches off to the side for customers to sit and enjoy their treat.

Good soft serve. I had tutti frutti. A little expensive but good. I can't wait to try the regular strawberry shortcake next time. Can't find that flavor anywhere anymore. That's my childhood favorite. I think I found my new ice cream go to spot.

24 flavors of soft serve and each one is more delicious than the next! Also when you order sprinkles they are mixed in throughout the cone and not just on the outside.

Been going here since I was an awkward teen, but the water ice continues to hang with the cool crowd. Great service, great ice cream, event better water ice. Rita's who? Come to Joe's and try their Joe of the Jungle flavor! Slap some ice cream on top and you got yourself a perfect date.
