I have no idea how they make their macaroni and cheese, but it's a must try. It seems they slow cook it with tomatoes. But I love it. I try to order something I haven't had before and I haven't been disappointed. Their oatmeal raisin cookies are delicious as well.

Decent breakfast meal. Had a boring pork roll, fried egg, and cheese sandwich. Tasted good. Nothing to write home about though. Also tried the breakfast burrito, which was REALLY delicious! A good mix of breakfast items in a wrap...although, there is no way this is good FOR you! Ordered to go, and it wasn't too long of a wait during Sunday breakfast time. I've heard really great things about this place, so I've tried breakfast I will definitely try their lunch/deli items next time. Also, had to order $10 in order to use a debit card.

I love this place! I usually only get the breakfast, which comes out in a flash! It amazes me because there are always 10-15 customers in the building, either ordering or picking up Togo orders. The staff is super friendly and fast! Get the spinach salad if you can, very yummy, but sells out quick!

This is one of very few old school deli around. The Food is very good its like getting a home cooked meal away from home.Prices are reasonable and u get a big portion.

Ben's is the best deli in the area. Unbelievably huge portions at reasonable prices. Hot-n-cold sandwiches, homemade salads and desserts, eat-in/take-out platters. The place has a genuine hometown feel, with items of local interest on the walls and a lotto ticket/newsstand. There's a seating area with TV. Try the absolutely mouth-watering chicken salad, roast beef club, or italian hoagies. Breakfast is served all day. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is because once it took a little long for an order. It took about 20 minutes for four to-go sandwiches and an order of French Toast. However, everyone raved about the food.

I have been here a few times before but never wrote a review about this place. To me its your small town deli that serves really, really good food! Dont get me started on the portion size either, its HUGE! Usually big portions means bad food but not this place, its really good home cooking. Very good eats in my book! Customer service here is great also, they make you feel welcomed. Cheap eats + great service = a place to come back over and over again! Happy Eatings!!

Love bens. Everything I've had from breakfast to dinner has been so good. The staff is nice too. Don't like the owner yelling at the counter girl in front of me but other than that this place rocks!!!

My fiancé raves about Ben's Deli. "The menu is huge!" It's true, it is. Clearly, there are not many lunch options in Morrisville. My italian hoagie was a-ok, nothing to write home about. What bothered me most was the smell of the place- the owner smokes cigarettes right behind the counter. Gross.

This place is great. The prices are low and they give a nice amount of food. The breakfast burrito is only a couple of bucks and is really good. I also ordered a hoagie platter here before and the prices were the lowest around and the food was good.

I was here on a Sunday morning and the line was like ten people deep. The prices are fine and from what I saw the portions generous. It's not hard to figure out why its busy. Unfortunately, the place looked pretty dirty. There were crumbs all over the dining room floor and looked like there was significant buildup of grime in the corners and along the baseboards. The untidy dining area left the impression that they're not as thorough with cleaning as I would hope.

Morrisville has a surprising number of luncheonette and deli places that turn out a broad variety of primarily breakfast and lunch dishes. Always on the lookout for an easier way to get into Trenton on a weekday, the Morrisville-Trenton crossings are often the least trafficked. On my way, I like to stop for breakfast when time permits, and hit the bridges around 8:45 when the flow of cars improves. So, I recently found Ben's Delicatessen on Bridge Street just a hop, skip and jump from the Trenton Makes Bridge. Parking is fairly easy with a side parking lot, and once inside the ordering/paying/take away system is very efficient. They def have it down to a tight discipline. The crowd is primarily dudes in work boots and company logo shirts, with a few local office or retail folks thrown in. I was the only suit. I ordered their 4 piece French Toast, thinking it would be two halved slices of bread at the ridic price of $3.95. Wrong. It was four full slices. Pleasant surprise. I stood near the short order grill and watched the spatula man work at hyper speed to get the orders out and moved down the conveyor line to the packer and cashier. Luckily, I was not overly concerned with the fact that a large coil of pork sausage was its neighbor on the grill, sharing its oozing juices with my egg soaked bread. When I finally took possession of my meal, it was tossed on a styro plate, and placed on a plastic tray for me to carry to a table. Plastic utensils completed the composition. The bottom of the plate was not flat, and as I tried to cut the toast with fork and knife, it would spin on the tray, making surgical precision impossible. The cook clearly did not have a concern for creating a quality dish, as the toast had an eggy top with dry center, suggesting insufficient time in pre-grill soak and absorption. It was low average at best. The coffee was fine. Given what I saw of the operation as I waited, I realized that breakfast sandwiches were the way to go here, and I will return to give one a try. Clearly, Ben's is a beehive of activity in the morning, and has a loyal following. For now, it deserves the benefit of the doubt that most of what they do is decent or better NOVEMBER 12, 2014 - Returned today for another breakfast, and went with one of my favorites, Sausage, Egg & Cheese on a Kaiser Roll. That and a large Coffee set me back only $3.99! Amazing prices. The sandwich was very good. The Sausage Patty was at least 4" in diameter, the Egg Fried, and Cheese American, and the Roll fresh and nicely chewy. I enjoyed every bite and finished with a satisfied stomach. The Coffee was hot and pleasant tasting and I appreciated the milk option as opposed to only half & half or those mini moos flavor alternatives. I sat and enjoyed my early repast with several other guys preparing to start their days. Although not intentionally so, Ben's does have a men's club feel to it, as the only women I see aside from those who work there, order take out and don't hang out with us fellas watching the news or ESPN. I'll stop back again and try something else, and if as good as my sandwich today, be in the mood to move up the ranking to a brighter star.

I stopped here over the weekend, the place was packed! the food is pretty good, excellent hamburgs. The only problem was that most of the people were ordering to stay while I was ordering to go. It seemed like those that ordered to stay were served first even though they ordered after us.

I looveee this place. When I was little my dad used to work down the road, so we would go whenever me and my sisters would visit. Now that I'm older, I literally go here at least once a week. The menu is simple, but delicious. My two favs are Turkey Supreme - turkey, spinach, onions, peppers on grilled rye - (Delicious) and the Jersey Devel - porkroll peppers and onions on a kaiser. Everything is made to order and the staff is warm and friendly. The atmosphere is cute too its a very home-town feeling deli with plenty of seating. I recommend this to anyone looking for something delicious and simple for lunch or breakfast. (They don't offer evening hours.)

Excellent food!!! Prices are great and they give you a nice size portion. I have been coming here for years and I have only ever had pleasant experiences. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy. They are very loyal to their customers. I highly recommend coming here again and again :)

Sub-par at best. If you are looking for good sandwiches in the area, I suggest Mazzanti's in Bristol or any Primo's location.
