Exceptional food. My son had the Fettuccine Alfredo and I had the Trottole (sp) entree. Absolutely wonderful! Good service too. Atmosphere does not match quality so don't let that bother you. (See edited review below bout atmosphere) EDITED REVIEW (11/12/14): First let me say how impressed I was to receive a message from the owner about my review. That in itself is impressive and a business owner who has her pulse on customer relationships and long term retention. Now let me address my comment about the atmosphere. I can see how that could be taken as a negative the way that I wrote it above. THE ATMOSPHERE IS FINE.... I didn't mean for it to come off as a negative at all. All I was trying to convey is that Camillo's is a very casual atmosphere, but the food is four star quality like you'd find in finer dining establishment with reservations and white linen table cloths.

Following some reviewers, I ordered the Eggplant fries and they were as good as I had heard. Portion sizes are enormous (typically Italian) so value was good. Sauce (or gravy as we Italians call it) was a little sweet for my palette, but not awful. Alfredo sauce had a nice subtle sharpness to it which I enjoyed. Chicken parm was moist on the inside and super crispy on the outside. Yum! Overall good meal, great value, excellent service. Would definitely go back.

We've been hearing from friends for years that we needed to try this place but never quite got around to it - what were we thinking? The service was quick and courteous from the time we stepped through the door. The menu offers diverse selections including gluten free pasta and pizza options (though not corn-allergy-friendly unfortunately for me, but I appreciate the options are offered). I got the California burger with fries and no bun, and Allen got the Hawaiian delight pizza. The burger was juicy and delicious, and you could tell it was made with fresh ground beef not a pre-formed patty which is unusual in these parts! The fries also appeared to be homemade. Allen complimented the pizza crust and sauce as comparable quality to some of our other favorites in the area. We will be return customers! Can't wait to try the desserts!

This place is not great. The service is pretty slow. The menu is not extensive, and the healthy options are very limited. The tortellini in cream sauce was worthwhile. Id actually never come back.

Having lived In Kutztown for over 15 years now, I've had plenty of dining experiences at every place in Kutztown. Without a doubt, Main St. Cafe and Camillo's are my favorite places to eat. (Both are run by the same family, who are also amazing people) Not only is their food always great, but, there staff is the friendliest around. One of which goes above and beyond the normal means to satisfy the customer. His name is Perry and he is the Pie Guy at Main St. Cafe, but on occasion works at Camillo's. There have been times where he would call in (on his days off) to explain to the staff how to make the pie I like, or he himself would work with me to figure out new types of toppings to add to my "usual hoagie" to spice things up. Because of him, the staff, and the owners, I will continue to order and eat at both restaurants time and time again.

Excellent chicken parmesan and chicken fettuccine alfredo. Very tasty garlic twists though I wish they'd given us more than one each. Reasonable prices. Very modern bar that looked like fun. Would go again.

Good pizza and pasta. It's run by great people too. I like this place. It had a fire years and years back and they sorta disrupted how often I went. Still, it's a great place. Real good Italian food.
