Great brisket sandwich. They offer a variety of sauces-apple, hickory, regular and hot. The fries are REAL potatoes, fresh cut. They were very heavy on the salt though, so I recommend asking for no/light salt if you don't like heavy salt on your fries. They also had home baked goodies, including woopie pies. You can eat in or take out and they offer catering. Well worth a stop for great food at a reasonable price.

I see this place already has good reviews so I'll keep it short: GO HERE FOR THE BEST BARBECUE ON EARTH! I had the best pit beef sandwich with awesome mac and cheese. I got the "little boy" and still got more than I expected. Very generous portions. I was absolutely starving before I started eating, and could barely finish. My fiance had the brisket sandwich which was equally delicious. (Of course I had to pick from his) He also tried the "pork wing." The barbecue sauce was delicious and the pork just fell off the bone. Very reasonable prices too. I'm only in town for a week, but I'm sure I will have Little Everett's several more times this week!

Great BBQ. Beef, turkey, pulled pork, sausage, and brisket sandwiches are great. I've tried them all. 1/2 Chicken is always great too. Great selection of BBQ sauces, but everything is great without. Fresh cut fries,BBQ beans, Cole slaw are the best side. Nice place to take whole family. Don't forget desert woopie pies and chocolate cake with peanut butter icing. I am a regular.

As far as BBQ is concerned, Little Everett's is well above average in quality and taste, with meat so tender and laced with a perfect, light, natural smoked flavor the way it's meant to be from a real pit master. So much so, that it's almost a crime to add any sauce. But if you must, all sauce flavors offered are delicious. We tried a sample of each one, but beware, the "hot" is what it's name says. We haven't tried everything on the menu yet, but look forward to going back for more. Some of the prices were higher than in photos of the dry-erase menu board from another reviewer, but for authentic BBQ that's more than just a entrée smothered in sauce (sauce is optional and can be added after you receive your order), but slow cooked and smoked to perfection, we would expect to pay along the lines of Everett's pricing. I had the "Big Boy" Brisket (double the meat for a mere dollar more than the "Little Boy") which was pit perfect. It's hard to find brisket this good. We were ordering "carry-out," so they offered to pack the brisket separately from the bun, which was a good idea. Same with my wife's pulled pork. The bread is what I would consider average, which brings the rating down to the current 4 star rating. It would be better toasted or lightly steamed, but putting the bun in the microwave for 20 seconds at home made for a nice, soft bun. Something else I tried here was a "Hog Wing." Pig Wings (or Hog Wings as they are called here) are made from Ham Shanks that are trimmed leaving just a single bone surrounded with lean tender ham meat. Worthy of trying if you ask me, with a unique flavor resembling ham hocks, and tender to the core. The bone seems similar to a rib bone. If you enjoy finely cut, creamy style, homemade coleslaw, you won't be disappointed. It's $2.49 vs. $1.00 shown in the other reviewer photo, so prices have apparently gone up, but we feel well worth it. The Macaroni & Cheese is good, but I prefer it baked with the crust on top like my mom makes. But that's just me. UPDATE: We just found out that they offer delivery, which is a huge positive to us. $25 minimum orders from within a 10 mile radius can be delivered.

Average BBQ joint. Portions were generous but price was rather steep at $24 for two. The roll for the Pork BBQ sandwich was overwhelming to the amount of pork, taste mostly bread. Have a really interesting Apple BBQ sauce, would recommend a taste. The staff was very friendly. Restroom needs attention as my first impression was that this place was not very clean. Would return for a second chance.

So after working in Hanover for over a year, I *finally* stopped by for lunch. Perhaps it's good thing it took me this long so I haven't been spending all my paychecks here? I got the little pork sandwich to go and everything stayed hot till I got back to work. I took a bite of a fry while I set myself up and then couldn't stop eating them! I saw them slicing up potatoes while I was there, but they put a little something extra on the fries. So good! The pork was also great and I loved the sauces! I still can't decide which is my favorite!

We saw this place on the side of the road, though it looked like a good place (hole in the wall) and I looked it up on yelp. Good reviews, so we stopped by. We were the only ones in the place. The girl at the counter was friendly. Food came out very quickly. I got the little boy turkey sandwich and in agreement with other readers, it was huge. my mom got the ribs, nice portion and a lot of meat on them! they were a little tough and drier than i would have liked, not quite fall off the bone, but they were still very good. the fries were excellent, as another reviewer mentioned and the cole slaw was also good. the decor is very interesting and it is not very clean.... thinking they must do a lot of take out. i will be back if i am in hanover again, but i live in westminster, not sure its worth quite that long of a drive.

Tried this place tonight for the first time based on the good reviews and the fact we would be in the area. Outside - it doesn't look like an actual restaurant. Inside is not fancy, there are only a few tables & decor is plain. Order & pick up your food at the counter (there is not table service)...but, simple is fine when food is this good. I got the Little Boy sandwich meal - 1/4lb pulled pork on a fresh bun, fresh cut fries and a drink. Hubby got the half rack of ribs. We both enjoyed our meals very much. The meat was tender & delicious, sauces were all very good (really liked the apple BBQ), and the portions were large. Prices were a little on the high side - but, not overly so. Food was ready fast & hot! We were tempted to try the chocolate cake w/peanut butter icing and we were not disappointed. Lots of very rich icing. We shared the cake and still had to bring some home! We will definitely be going back when we have opportunity to be in Hanover again. If you like BBQ - give this place a try!

Geez, everything that Capt Ron said is true. I can't add much to that. The first time I tried this place was on 1/12/13 for lunch. I liked it so much, I got take out that same night for dinner! VERY generous portions, prices are right in line with typical BBQ. Word of caution!! The "Hot" BBQ sauce is appropriately named. It is very hot but with good flavor. If you are a heat wimp, you will not like this sauce. I love the fries, wish they could be a little more well done but they are great. I will be back...again and again. It's about time Hanover had a good BBQ place. They haven't had one since, well, never.

I had a hankering for some BBQ so me and my brother in-law ventured out to Hanover, PA to Little Everett's BBQ not far from the Maryland border. When we arrived parking lot was full which is a good sign. We are starving!!! We on inside and we are greeted with a very friendly "hello" and a smile. Looking around the place is very clean, neat and spacious. We check out the menu board. Simple menu but to the point and not overwhelming. Price are reasonable too... They offer the typical BBQ fare: Pulled Pork, Brisket, Ribs and Chicken, then there is a things called the "Hog Wing" (now that's something I needed to try), they have Pit Beef, Pit Ham, Smoked Turkey, fresh cut fries, coleslaw, and beans also. There was Whoopie Pies on the counter for dessert!!! They have a variety of Meadow Creek BBQ sauces for you to use if you so choose and to buy. So we belly up to the counter placing our orders. Mike gets the Big Boy Pulled Pork Sandwich & slaw and I get the brisket sandwich, fries, slaw and of course those Hog Wings. Food came out fast and hot... We dive in ...The food is super good. Pork and brisket are smokey, tender, plentiful and hot. There's no skimping here... A 1/2 pound of pulled pork on the sandwich!!! Fries are fresh cut and hot. The slaw is a creamy slaw that's made fresh. I tear into the things they call Hog Wing... So tender, smokey and full of flavor... Damn good thing it was... I pick at my sandwich and Mike dives into his pulled pork sandwich and raves about it... There's some food going home with me... Time goes by and the owner comes out( Everett ) to see how we are doing with the meal and to just chat since there's break in customers. He offers us a tour to the place and of course we say yes... the place is huge!!! You can't tell from the front but it is... Everett is so nice and informative about the operation. We were amazed how clean the place was even at the height of lunch... If you are in the area stop here and get some darn good BBQ. You will not be disappointed and you you won't leave hungry. If you can't make it there they deliver, they do catering and more... I can't wait to get back there for another round! Only gave a 4 star do to that there's always room for improvement and new things to come at Little Everett's BBQ Capt Ron

Good local BBQ with friendly service. The pulled pork sandwich with Apple BBQ sauce was delicious. They had a special pulled chicken sandwich when we went which was also really good. Only complaint was that the fries were a little soggy, but they are fresh cut fried to order. I like my fries crisp so its really just a personal preference thing. Support your local small town restaurants!

We love Little Everett's! Their portions are generous and the meat is juicy and tender. Haven't had a bad meal there yet, but especially love their beef brisket. The loaded fries with brisket are just out of this world. Their fries are really thick cut and yummy. One warning- they put old bay on their fries generally, so if you don't like that be sure to ask for yours without.

I have been here about 3 or 4 times already, and the service is always great. If you love BBQ, the food is on point. Big portions, and they have sweet tea which is a huge plus (for me anyway). We will keep coming back for sure!
