Aunt Jennie's is one of my favorite diners (and I love diners), my parents live nearby and I try to go at least once whenever I visit. With breakfast served 24/7, it's what I always order, and with huge portions, I don't need to eat the following meal. I've never had a bad experience here, but you should know it's a no frills restaurant frequented by truckers and locals. If you're in the area, I highly recommend going for the great food, friendly staff, and local charm.

I have never been to a restaurant and waited so long for a meal, to never even have it come. My 2 year old son had to wait for a meal that never arrived to only leave in tears. They had a big party seated ahead of us and was not able to handle it. I would NEVER go here ever again. I feel like I just wasted 2 hours of my life! If we would've been told there was a big party seated ahead of us and it was going to be awhile, we could've left or ordered some fruit while we waited. We were basically ignored the whole time thinking it's coming, it's coming! It is also pretty dirty. The floor looked liked it hadn't been mopped in a year. Maybe it was a good thing we didn't stay for the food!

What a dump. Cheap crappy food, horrible service, dirty silverware and tables. Avoid folks!

There's nothing else quite like Aunt Jennie's. Come hungry!! Large portions, never had a bad experience here yet. I'm a local but I've ate at many, many diners Aunt Jennies is among my top 5! Get the Country Style Eggs, or the crabcakes.....yum!

Great local diner. Reasonable prices. Sometimes the service is slow but it's a diner. Who cares. Food is what you expect at a diner. Good not amazing but very consistent. Breakfast all day is a bonus!

Love this Place !real Good food at real good prices, real good portions. I had meatloaf and a baked potato. Everyone else had breakfast for dinner. And real homemade French fries. So good!

Huge fan of Jennys old location . Heard they had moved to Gap , even closer to my house . Awesome! Took my wife . We shared many a date at the old location so we were hungry and feeling happy on arrival . Was whoever is supposed to be in charge out sick? Friday afternoon 5 pm and the servers didnt seem to know anything about anything , like they had amnesia . I get hamloaf and what comes out is a dry piece of pinkish meat that frankly looked like a cross section of an adult mans thigh . looked gross , didnt taste like anything . the potatoes had beef gravy on them . My wifes pepper steak was overcooked rice topped by what looked like the contents of a soiled diaper dumped on top . Like chunks of someting in dark brown gravy covering rice that looked like it had been boiling for hours . I left a nice tip, paid and I'll never be back . Pity too because I wouldve been getting fat off this place if my first visit was anything close to what I got in the 90's at the 896 location . I mean I could ride a bike to their new location . But I cant if the food sucks and I would be embarassed to serve the slop we got . Had the food been good I wouldve given a good review but it was a major disappointment . Sorry but it was a waste of time and money and I wont ever set foot in there again . i look at it like this : I dropped $30+ to find out that it sucks . Why would I ever return ? Idiots . Way to ruin a good thing .

The servings were big as everyone says, however what good are big servings if they are cold? Personally the food was over cooked, my husband had dried out pork chops and fries and I had a chicken breast that was also quite dried out.

We really had a good dinner here and very good service. Would come here again if we are in the area. Give it a try.

I waited 10 minutes for a server to notice I was seated in her section (you seat yourself here), then another 10 minutes just to get coffee, followed by another 10 minutes for the server to take my order. When food arrived, the eggs weren't cooked to my order and the potatoes were way undercooked. I never saw the server again until much, much later when she brought my check. I spent an hour eating breakfast when it should've taken half that. I could tell this isn't an isolated incident: the place is unorganized, chaotic and definitely needs a manger who knows how to properly run a diner. If you're coming into Gap from the north on Route 41, do yourself a favor and pass this joint by and stop and the much better Gap Diner two minutes down the road.

Great food, and terrific prices. The staff is great - they've worked with each other for many years and consider each other family- which speaks volumes for Aunt Jennie. Our family ate here over the weekend and we can personally recommend the ham steak, crab soup, parmesan crusted whitefish, fresh cut french fries, (when has one EVER had fresh cut fries at a diner?), pancakes, and chicken. Word of warning - the pancakes are HUGE!!! You won't be able to finish them - not even on a bet - and they are excellent. Lots of parking for big rigs, a little off the tourist beaten path, but well worth it. Make the trip for this one.

Great little diner. Prices can;t be beat, the portions are gigantic. All homecooked stuff, fresh. Service is great. I go there once or twice a week since it is close to my workplace

Always great service great food and great prices!! You can have breakfast any time of the day and we always have leftovers. My favorite is the burgers or breakfast but the selection is a big variety.

My Husband recently heard from workmates that the owner of Jenny's Diner in Lancaster had moved to Gap and opened a new diner. We were anxious to give it a try and went there the other day. I ordered the Eggs Benedict and it was as expected - delicious. My Husband ordered the Steak and Eggs, he can't help himself, it too was as expected. A generous portion and what you would expect from a diner. We are very happy to have a new breakfast option available, especially one that is open 24/7. Welcome back!

It's the best place in town to eat by far blows all the competition away right off route 30 about nine tenths a mile on 41 south past the clock tower on your right .Great food ,great service. Parmesan crusted white fish is unbelievable!
