I would give Capriotti's 5 stars if it wasn't for their poor operating hours. I absolutely love their Bobby sandwich but I usually don't eat dinner till 7 or 8 pm. Capriotti's is always closing so early. Sometimes before 6 pm. I once showed up 15 minutes before they were scheduled to close and the staff told me everything was cleaned up and couldn't make a sandwich. I be a much more loyal customer if I could get a Bobby later on in the evening. Booo

Above average hoagies/subs for the area. My favorites are the Ham & Cheese and the Turkey which they roast fresh Turkey's and shred them daily. Not as good as Delaware County hoagie shops, but damn close. Very consistent.

Really good sandwiches. The cheesesteak is great. I feel the price is a bit steep for a sandwich shop, but the sandwiches make up for it.

A couple of Super Bowls ago, at an acquaintance's house, I was so impressed by the subs on her party tray that I just had to ask where she got them. But something has happened at Capriotti's, at least at the store in Exton. The amount of meat and cheese in their "Super Bowl 48" subs has lessened to the point where I won't be returning. They're skimping badly, and the subs are not even close to being worth the price. This seems to be commonplace in the food industry, as a way to lower costs. Instead, it will lower their sales.

We stopped here because of the good reviews and the delicious looking eggplant parm pic. Unfortunately, parm is off the menu. I tried the "Capastrami", but it tasted overly salty. We also tried the "Bobbie". I was surprised it was served cold and not hot. No fountain drinks. The only high chair was not very clean. Come here for a typical chain restaurant experience.

Didn't know it at the time, but this is part of a Regional chain that has locations in PA, NJ, DE, MD and some South West states. This particular shop (located in a strip mall) is pretty bare bones. Yea, there's a huge wall of chips on the wall when you walk in but the walls are otherwise bare. The hoagie's are pretty good size but lack a lot of flavor. When I asked for "hot peppers" I was greeted with something I can only describe as "a collection of red pepper flakes basked in oil".

I'm super happy to have a Capriotti's in Exton, as it's directly en route to and from my parent's house. Awesome! I'm still waiting for a Philly edition (anyone, anyone, Bueller?). I'm a big fan of the West Chester Capriotti's and the Exton store does not disappoint. The main difference is that the Exton store actually provides a bit of seating if you want to scarf your amazing hoagie on the premises. There's also some outdoor round concrete tables if you enjoy fresh air while stuffing your face with awesomeness. Speaking of awesomeness I highly recommend the vegetarian turkey, it's my favorite. My only gripe is the lack of Cape Cod potato chips like at the West Chester location.

Great tasting subs made to order. I love the fresh real turkey (not turkey roll you get at a deli). Try the "Bobbie" sub..(turkey with stuffing and cranberry sauce)... only if you are not on a weight watchers diet.

Freakin' delicious vegetarian hot dog hoagie. Freakin' delicious vegetarian turkey hoagie. The large is 20 inches long. I deducted a star because the fake meat isn't vegan. It's Worthington brand (owned by Kelloggs)- you know that fake meat that was the only kind you could get years ago? The kind in a can? That's it! Move to Philly!

Great sandwiches that aren't your typical "boring" fare. The Capastrami, Slaw Be Joe or Bobbi are definitely my favorites. You cannot go wrong with any of those. I can't comment on the "normal" sandwiches, b/c I've never had the guts not to get one of the 3 I mentioned.

I had heard about this place from a friend and was in the area so I decided to stop in and grab something for lunch. Now, I am the girl who can never get enough of Thanksgiving, mostly because I love the food so much. If you are like me, you will LOVE the Bobbi sandwich. It's literally all of your Thanksgiving favorites on a roll. I used to rely on Wawa but no longer! The turkey is homemade and definitely tastes like such; the meat is tender and flavorful without the added salt and preservatives found in the D&W/deli varieties. There was plenty of stuffing, which was moist (dry stuffing is the worst!), and just the right amount of sweet (but not overly so) cranberry sauce, complemented by the creamy mayo. I also added Provolone, which gave it an extra flavor boost. The roll was soft and fresh, and a footlong will easily feed 2 or be enough for lunch and dinner. It was around $10 for a footlong, which isn't bad considering everything that is in the sandwich. Service was very friendly and fast, too. If you are out by Exton/West Chester, definitely give this place a try. I only wish that there was one by home or work.

I dream about the Bobbie. I've never ordered anything else here and I never will.

A little pricy by comparison to other hoagie/sandwich places, but I always say I'd prefer to have a little more quality for a little more price than the reverse. The cheesesteak was pretty good and solid, but nothing over-the-top remarkable. The real sandwich to get is "The Bobbie" - FRESH ROASTED (DAILY) Turkey, Stuffing, Cranberry sauce, Mayo. If you ever had the Wawa Turkey Gobbler hoagie around Thanksgiving with its deli-sliced turkey wishing you could have some real Thanksgiving turkey, then this is your sandwich. Real Turkey adds just the right flavor and texture, and the cranberry and mayo sauces were applied on just perfectly as to not overpower the sandwich. Looking forward to next area visit to have another.
