The four stars are in relation to other small pizza places in the area. It's above average. I agree, it's a friendly staff, and they will take special orders. The pizza offered plenty of cheese and grease (hey, that's how many of us like it), with a good, authentic New York texture and bite, Boils are big. Meats are fresh. Take that previous poster to heart about the fountain drinks -- the water makes them taste horrible.

Comparable quality to other pizza joints nearby, but better service, in my opinion. Staff is friendly and usually pretty efficient in taking orders and getting the food to ya. We get take out from here all the time, as it is quickly becoming our go-to pizza and sub place. The seating isn't the most ideal, but is great for take-out. Also, a great place to get some lunch (usually have some sort of daily special). Cheesetake Subs are great with a little mayo.

The service isn't bad at all, but the pizza is meh. They do have homemade bread for hoagies.

Competitive pricing, huge selection, and friendly staff. Grilled Chicken Salad is huge and I get it probably every other time I'm here. Thick crust pizza is also often. Honey BBQ garlic wings are delicious! I suggest getting bottled beverages as the water in the entire complex makes fountain soda taste bad.

This place is so dirty. I can't believe it gets any positive reviews. It has a film of dirt throughout the place. I watched one of the employees (and I think it was a manager or owner) stand on one of the counters in his sneakers. He was standing on a counter that they used for food prep. When he got down..He walked away and didn't wipe down the counter.

Deep dish pizza is complicated, crust crispiness is essential, it cannot be too crispy nor can I be too soft. Brothers pizza executed their deep dish pizza with perfection. Muy bien.

I try not to write negative reviews that often, but had to share my disappointment from today. I walked in to a line of three people in front of me, and after waiting for 15 minutes the three employees behind the counter still had not acknowledged anyone in line. Seems like they were more worried about taking the phone orders than the customers in the store. I have eaten at several brothers pizza's in the area for years, and this seems to be the newest location, and sadly the worst customer service I have seen. Can't comment on the food, because after 20 minutes of waiting without being acknowledged, I decided to leave. Best of luck Brothers!

My only piece of advice is this, NEVER order their panini. It's dripping with their house dressing which is a balsamic vinegar. Downright disgusting. I got half way through the sandwich before discarding it. Gross. Stick to their cold and hot subs. They are decent. Pizza is too.

I have been here several times and never had a bad experience (food, service, or otherwise!) The staff is always super friendly and the food has always been consistently good! Huge menu with lots to choose from! Great homemade bread for subs, awesome white veggie pizza, and try the eggplant fries they are amazing!!

Pretty good. Not the best pizza or subs in the area though. The consistency has gone down hill the last few times I ordered. Specifically pizza that wasn't completely cooked. I wish they used real rolls and not pizza dough for their subs as well. I like the thick crust the best especially when they make it Buffalo chicken style. Super nice guys in there..
