Fine but not great. Not all Hoss' are creating equal. The salad bar lacked options. Staff was good. Won't return.

Expensive. If you're just passing thru- skip it. Great salad bar though. I will say this: Salad bar and dessert bar are fantastic. Service was so-so. Steaks were not good. (ordered med and got well-done.)

If you're trying for the old Bonanza/Ponderosa experience (full salad bar with meals, plenty of meat/fish options), you may try Hoss's. There are certainly enough of them around here. Don't expect to be knocked over, though. The salad bar is solid. It has fresh greens, loads of options, warm-food extras on the side, even a little ice-cream bar for dessert. All in the price of the meal. Writing that made me want to raise it from two to three stars. But then I remembered the entree -- the last two times out. First, I tried a steak. Smells good enough. Taste doesn't measure up. Chewy to the point of wanting to give up on it. Last time, went for the scallop medallions. Again, scallops should not be tortured like that. Not a good taste at all. In short, they seem to be pinching pennies on ingredients such as cheese, sauces, meats. You know what that means. Cannot recommend.

The price and quality of the food my family could have just gone to a Golden Corral or Western Sizzlin and saved about half of the cost. I also feel rushed to order of the menu before sitting down just to keep the line moving.

I like the fact that management has provided "About This Business Provided by business ". I've been to the Enola Hoss's a number of times. I've visited a number of the Hoss's locations in central Pennsylvania and this is one of the best of breed. It's a semi-buffet operation. Large soup/salad/desert bar with table service for the pre-ordered food. Salad bar is busy enough that it's always been fresh and well stocked. Tough to order off a menu board since I feel rushed because people are waiting in line. So far the food has been consistent in quality and quantity. Prices are reasonable. They do have a senior discount - you have to ask - limited hours. I'll be returning soon.

This was a fun place to go with my family to. Coming from Hershey, I had seen it night before. I checked Yelp and was satisfied. The food was good for a salad bar type of place. Not close to 5 stars, but good. The salad and dessert bars were more than inviting, with many choices for any appetite. Lot of people here wearing sweat pants, looking like they were regulars getting ready to load up. Good food, not ambience-nothing special-food good. If going to Hersheypark, definitely a value.

Great family place! HUGE salad bar, featuring garbanzo beans, raisins, and other items that are not typical. One thing be prepared to order before you're seated. Kory was an awesome server! Coming back!
