I love this place. I eat here all the time and they remember me and my order. I bring friends, co-workers, I've even had meetings here. The pizza is my favorite of anywhere I have ever been, but they have a very large menu and many other things I have tried are quite good. I'll be coming here for years to come. The other locations I've tried are just as good, but this is the one I most frequent.

Solid 4 stars. Reasons for the lack of 1 more star include it not having great seating. I would bet on the kitchen probably not being very clean. It's a solid pizza spot though that you can get a good deal at. Nothing exceptional.

The food was fine and everything seemed to be great about this place. However, it gave me THE WORST case of diarrhea I have ever had. Not sure what was wrong but it was definitely everything on the menu. One day I tried the pizza and it happened and about a week later I tried their sampler of cheese sticks, chicken, and onion rings and the exact same thing happened. Needless to say, I won't be going there again.

I can't believe after all this time there are only 5 reviews for Palermo's of Trappe. The plain pies are very good. They have a variety of toppings as expected, but their ingredients seem fresher and more flavorful than the big chains. This has been our go-to for several years. Frequent buyer program - 1 magnet for every $10 spent, & magnets = medium plain pie or equivalent credit toward another menu item. Salads are also fresh and above average for a pizza place.

The family has eaten at both this location and the one in Royersford, but we tend to frequent this location more often. My wife really likes the Greek salad with chicken and me and the boys always go for the pizza. It's a thin crust with a soft bottom and the cheese tends to slide off the pizza, but it's a tasty pizza. They do offer a number of other choices besides pizza, including hoagies, steak sandwiches, pastas, wraps, paninis, etc. Can't really comment on anything other than the pizza and salads. Because the Trappe Tavern is located in this shopping center, parking can be tough on a Friday or Saturday night. The place has a decent amount of seating, but no waitress service. You go to the counter to place your order and they give you a little placard with a letter on it that you put on your table. When your food is ready, they bring it out to you. Drinks are basically self-service and when you are done eating, you go back to the counter to pay. We enjoy coming here either for take-out or just to grab a few slices of pizza on a Friday or Saturday night.

This is your typical pizza place. Huge menu with everything from pizza to hoagies to burgers. Their hoagies and steaks are much better than their pizza. Their pizza is of the thin crust variety which is sometimes difficult to pick up and eat if you like lots of toppings. They tend to skimp on the cheese a little as well. The only other downside is their wings. They just fry up the wings and then give you a side of sauce. I'm one who loves my wings covered and dripping in sauce but they barely give you enough to dip them all in the sauce. In the future I'm just going to stick to sandwiches and hoagies as they are always huge and packed with tasty ingredients.

Definitely one of the better pizzas in the area. I was skeptical the first time but haven't looked back. They make a great family style pizza.

although most of the pizza joints around me suffer from a case of menu-schizophrenia, aka 'trying-to-please-everyone-with-a-telephone-directory-sized-assortment-of-food' syndrome, i have to say (un-ironically) that this pizzeria makes the best salads. a little superfluous background here: i love salad, but i hate ordering it out unless i know for a fact that the joint boasts a decent (clean) kitchen. i pick through salad, looking for those wilted, tired, slimy or otherwise icky pieces of lettuce. this never happens here...i could even take a huge risk and eat these salads with my eyes closed...i know, right!?! living on the edge i won't pay for a salad that relies on iceberg lettuce - you also won't find that here. what you will find is a nice mix of romaine and spring greens. good fresh greens generous toppings dressing on the side warm roll happy girl 4.5 stars
