Pistol Pete's now has sushi! I adore fresh seafood and I am quite lucky to have plenty of seafood markets nearby. This is one of the larger ones offering a vast selection of fresh fish and if they do not have exactly what you are looking for they try to get it for you with a days notice. One of the nicest things about Pistol Pete's is they are also an eatery where you can order you name it and it will be prepared just for you, yay! Different forms of fish and chips, fish or shellfish platters or sandwiches, wraps, raw clams, oysters, shrimp cocktail, the list is as long as any great seafood restaurant would be. I am not real thrilled with their crab cakes, a bit bland and the ratio of crab to fillers could be tipped to the meaty side. However they are known for their salmon cakes and I guarantee you will not find a better tasting one. A wide variety of very fresh fish, raw or cooked shellfish, soups, bisque's and chowders, when they have their shrimp or crab soup with black beans and Anduollo sausage do order it! They have a nice sized case full of ready to be cooked stuffed fish and shellfish, breaded shrimp or they will cook anything for you there to eat in or take home. Pistol Pete's is locally owned and operated, this is their only store and the downside to that is it is located inside the Bristol Amish Market which is only open Thursday through Saturday. However, Pistol Pete's does have their own website and can be contacted by phone for information or ordering pistolpetesseafood.com/d… If you go to the Bristol Amish Markets website you can download monthly coupons, this month it is 10% off fresh fish purchases and it does come in handy since they are on the pricey side bristolamishmarket.com/i… Nothing fishy about this seafood shop, variety, convenient for meals to go or eat in, cooked or uncooked, Cajun, blacked, broiled or fried, great soups and the salmon burger baby! Oh and you do know how much I love fish and chips, here you can choose between cod, flounder or Yuengling Lager battered haddock. Crabs, clams and lobsters, oh my!

Super fresh seafood! Pretty much better then you're going to get anywhere. Staff is super friendly. Love that there cocktail sauce is actually spicy. Only thing I'm not a fan of is the "stuffed with crab" items. But that could be personal preference because I don't care for ol' bay seasoning.

I've never been too impressed (and cannot understand the rave reviews on here) with anything from this place but this last visit has convinced me to never buy food from here again. I got lobster bisque and was really looking forward to eating it for dinner that night. I sat down for dinner and took a spoonful of soup and yuck! Thin and watery, no chunks of lobster, no smooth creaminess, awful taste! It was the worst soup I've ever had! It tasted salty and too fishy. I can't even look at this place when I go to the market anymore or I feel like gagging. Never again!

I really like this place. I could eat their salmon burgers &/or their blackened salmon wraps daily. I love them both with the Vidalia onion vinaigrette. I've tried and enjoyed a number of other items but I love these two so much that I just keep coming back to them. I also love picking up raw seafood that I can take home and grill up for my family. My work orders from PP occasionally & the fried shrimp seems to be a big hit at the office as is the broiled cod. I feel like the stuffed mushrooms, loaded baked potatoes, and mac & cheese ball might use the same/similar ingredients as they all taste very much alike. They're good, though. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because their soup makes me burp like crazy(likely my issue, not theirs) and I don't like how they have the raw shrimp next to the cooked shrimp. After years in restaurants when I was younger I have a deadly fear of cross contamination. (again, likely my issue, not theirs. I'm sure they're very careful). Over all - I would highly recommend giving this place a try & I can't wait to go back!

Wow, just wow. I go to the Amish Market once a month and sometimes I go there just to get to Pistol Petes. I love it. The food is always good and fresh... it is everything you can think of.
