Club Risque is a wonderful club located on Veterans Highway (RT 413). I was very excited to do this review because I have been a regular there since missing classes in college many years ago. There is a stigma about going to a Gentleman's club during the day. But I have to disagree because going during the day is your only chance to try out Risque's free lunch buffet. First thing you will notice about Risque other then the stucco facade is the nice overhangs, which at night put on a light show outside of the club. When you enter you will be met with the smell of tuna fish and women...Delicious. Then you will see the huge bar that takes up a large amount of space inside the club. The remaining area is covered by mirrors and pool tables. The buffet is laid out nicely on the left hand side when you enter. Sneeze guards cover the delectable treats from diseases and gives you a confidence that you are about to have something special. I recommend the chicken Parmesan sandwich. A wonderfully cooked chicken pattie smothered with marinara and mozzarella cheese. The roll is very rustic and doesn't get sloppy with the healthy amount of sauce. Final Verdict 5 out of 5. Also don't shy away from the cold cuts or the homemade pasta, chicken and my favorite tuna salad. You will be as pleasantly surprised as I was.

The Basics: Sunday-Thursday no admission fee. Friday and Saturday $5 after 8. Lap dances cost you the usual $20. In the Club Risque rankings I would put this just slightly above the Northeast location and a good bit below the Delaware Ave Risque. The large rectangular bar surrounds two stages. A spiral staircase leads down from the second floor to the stage, which creates a problem in the form of an obstructed view. But snag a seat along one of the long sides and you're fine. A few tables along the back wall, three pool tables (though I don't see how you could play if it was busy, there just isn't enough space between the bar and the tables), and a long row of couches behind a beaded curtain for lap dances.

My husband and I decided to try Risque in Bristol because a famous adult film star was performing. When we walked in with the $30 cover for the both of us, all it was, was a square bar with two small stages and a spiral staircase in the middle, surrounded by mirrors which made it look larger than it really was, and it was very smokey. Note that there is only seating at the bar, so if you don't get a seat, you have to stand. That night I was the only...and I mean ONLY woman in there with a guy. The women did not look thrilled at all, and were more interested in going to the locals; hey why not, that's how they make their bank. A few of the girls were friendly, and I approached some for a couples lap dance, but got the same "I'll be back in a few", and never saw them again. The girls were decent looking I have to say tho, but not very friendly. They had a contest to win a free porn DVD, which I won one, so that was cool, and Rachel Star gave ME a nice motorboat, but she moved thru the crowd quite quickly. So I would say next time, we're going to check out the Philly location, it may be a bit larger, and maybe go on couple's night where the girls appease more to couples vs. a regular night. But this place did remind me more of a sports bar with poles. I've been to other gentleman's clubs where the girls bond more with the girls. So this is from a woman's standpoint.

The Low Down While Club Risqué Philadelphia may be one of Philadelphia's top gentlemen's clubs (and the only Philadelphia-area gentlemen's club I've given 5 out of 5 stars to), Club Risqué Bristol has just as much to offer but with the vibe and ambiance of your neighborhood dive-bar: friendly staff, a comfortable atmosphere and some pool tables to relax and unwind at, albeit with some attractive female companionship. I arrived at 8:30pm on a quiet Thursday evening and was thrilled to once again review a gentlemen's club under the Club Risqué name. Location & Facilities - 4 Stars Club Risqué Bristol is conveniently located on Veterans Highway (Route 13) in Bristol, PA, minutes from I-95 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike. There is plenty of off-street parking in their lot and smoking is permitted within the facility; you'll find a cigarette vending machine on premises as well. The main club floor has a large bar area with two poles within it, as well as a spiral staircase for the lovely Club Risqué ladies to make their grand entrance into the stage area. Around the bar you'll find six flat-screen televisions to catch your favorite sporting events as well as three coin-operated pool tables. Couch dances are available in a semi-private booth area on the first floor as well. Six champagne court rooms as well as a private, rentable party room (complete with small bar, pole and couches) are located on the second floor, providing a little more privacy for you or your group. Staff - 5 Stars While I didn't interact much with the staff during my visit (which is usually not a bad thing, especially when it comes to the tuxedo-clad bouncers!), I did find that the quality of service was on-par with some of the Philadelphia area's finest gentlemen's clubs. I had an enjoyable experience chatting with both Christine, the friendly bartender on duty that night, as well as Curt, the men's room attendant. Food & Drink - 4 Stars Club Risqué Bristol offers a full bar and has a limited food menu with appetizers such as wings (with a variety of sauces), onion rings, popcorn chicken and chicken fingers as well as sandwiches and salads. Dancers - 5 Stars Club Risqué Bristol's dancers are an eclectic mix of friendly ladies who have something to offer everyone. Don't be surprised to see some of the dancers socializing with the pool players, who I'm certain are regulars at the club. If you're sitting at the bar, be sure to tip your dancers at least a dollar when they come around after their stage time is done. Also, as with the other Club Risqué locations, the club hosts events such as adult entertainer appearances, amateur nights, golf outings and much more. One interesting feature about this club is that you can call their main telephone number for a list of the dancers on the schedule for that day... not always 100% accurate as dancers do call out, but certainly a valuable amenity for those who want to make sure to catch their favorite dancer on stage. Value - 5 Stars The prices at Club Risqué Bristol are amongst some of the lowest you'll find in the Philadelphia area, although the quality and service are the same as you'll find in the best gentlemen's clubs. Couch dances are $20.00 per song and you can take your favorite dancer upstairs to the champagne court for $200.00 per half hour, which includes a bottle of champagne or your choice of two drinks. Make sure to bring cash, as the club tacks on another 10% to use your credit card. Website & Social Media - 5 Stars The one benefit of the Club Risqué chain of gentlemen's clubs is that you can find information for all three locations at their main website, clubrisque.com . The website provides a list of upcoming events as well as party packages, directions and hours, and even a member's only photo area. Club Risqué can be found on Facebook and Twitter, and also has an app with club information. In Brief... Club Risqué Bristol has the feel of your neighborhood bar with the quality and service you'd find at Philadelphia's most upscale gentlemen's clubs. Whether you're a local looking for a night out or with a group of guys for a bachelor party, Club Risqué Bristol has something for everyone.

Don't go on Monday or Sunday. The daytime bartender never comes around and appears drunk. There's a blonde on Sunday Katie shes good and gets naughty for a few dances. Got me off wonderfully. The other blonde tried to offer me a champagne for the same services but I was turned off by her teeth. Can't really gives more than one star because the girls are pretty dramatic and only want to get you to buy them drinks or sell something. I don't recommend going in there unless you want a quick fix n to get off. I will not be going back. Made me extremely uncomfortable with a few of the girls.
