I only got takeout coffee today. I have done this numerous times in 2014 and each time it was hot, fresh and contained the requested 2 creams. To be fair I have only ever used the drive thru.

Went to the drive thru last night. Waited so long I had to fart loud enough just to get a response. All I wanted was an ice cream cone.

I have been to this location because I work in the area. Your employees are always so unpleasant. All of your fountain drinks taste like they have been spilled on the floor, wiped up with a mildew towel, and wringed into the cup. ITS SO NASTY. Your burgers are so dry and hardly have any condiments on them. Seriously a terrible excuse for food. I understand its fast food but c'mon. My experience at this restaurant is terrible every time.

Worst McDonalds I have ever been! It's 5 minutes from my apartment. I have been there three times. None of these is a good experience. I got bad service, low quality food. When I did the drive through, they didn't even give me any napkin or tissue. The large fries you get is only the small to medium you can get in other place, but in a large paper bag!

The woman I could see from the drive-through had hair down to her waist. I'm pretty sure this violates something if it isn't held back from getting into food.

Dear Owner, The average McDonald's franchise makes over $1 million a year in profits. I'm pretty sure you can use some of that to fix that eye sore of a wooden structure outside. It has been peeling for years. Please help preserve the integrity of the Main line.

This is the filthiest McDonald's I have ever been to. Floors are sticky. Serving areas are messy with spills, garbage, and dropped food. If you happen to get food poisoning after eating here, the bathrooms look like they were trucked in from Suburban Station. They're disgusting and none of the toilet stalls have doors.

I usually go to this McDonalds location before work everyday and have never received service like I did today. I went to this establishment to pickup lunch for my coworkers and myself and the visit was unacceptable. I put my order in, which was a large order, and pulled up to the first window to make my payment. I hear one of the male employees, who wasn't aware that I already pulled up to the window, say to the young man working the window "DAMN, 5 SOUTHWEST SALADS?!?!" while hysterically laughing. Now I understand that ordering 5 Southwest Salads, 2 large fries and a diet coke is a large order but acting with this behavior is not only unprofessional but it reflects poorly on the whole team and even the Mcdonalds brand itself. This type of behavior embarrasses and makes the customer uncomfortable; I can only imagine how many other customers have felt this way and never said anything. I did mention the incident to the young lady at the second window, she was so pleasant and apologized multiple times. It's a shame that this happened and I will not be returning to this location.

If you can, lower your expectations even more than usual. This place is full of "I don't care" attitude and the service to match. I get it, you hate your job (so do most people), but if you're going to interact with the general public you can pretend for a second that you care.

If you need a McDonalds fix, make the drive up to the one in Bryn Mawr. Seriously. The "service" here is abhorrent. Every time I have gone through the drive-thru the workers have been incompetent and down right rude. It takes forever to get your food and my order has been wrong EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. This is honest to god the worst McDonalds in the world.

ohhhh maaaaa gaaaaaaahhhhh SERIOUSLY. believe the other 2 reviews here. this is literally the WORST McDonald's EVER. i wish i would've read the reviews on this mcdonalds before i went there, but who ever thinks of reading reviews for a MCDONALDs!?!?!? you know what you're going to get at every mcdonald's, right?? no. not this one. pleeease, if you happen to be reading this, DO NOT GO HERE. like David T- i went during monopoly season- 2nd to last day of it. the mcrib was also back! so instead of going to the Bryn Mawr mcdonalds, i went to this one because it was on my way back home. WOW. ok so no monopoly pieces came on the mcrib, so i chose to get the mcrib meal and made it LARGE so that i'd at least get monopoly pieces with my large fries. well, first all of my food came shoved recklessly into the bag. my straw was bent underneath the mcrib box, the fries were too pale to have been cooked fully. whatever, i didn't want to make an issue out of it, but i did ask for a new straw. when i did, the girl at the drive-thru window was so rude, like i was troubling her so much because SHE bent my straw. then when she handed me the new straw she slammed the window closed. wow. best part- i get home, and there are no monopoly pieces on my large fries :( you'd better believe i plan on calling the manager of this store to either get the extra cost of my large value meal refunded or to get some game pieces. horrible.

I couldn't avoid the big golden arches I saw while waiting across the street at the Acura dealership. On top of that, it was Monopoly season. So naturally, I HAD to go. I wanted to like this place when I walked in. It was fairly empty (it was about 10:15AM), clean, it looked festive with decorations on each table, and there was a promise of free WiFi. And then I got to the counter and my dreams were shattered. The cashier was very brusque and rude. I politely inquired as to which breakfast items would yield Monopoly stickers and the conversation went like this: Cashier: "Just the medium coffee cup." Me: "And the hash browns, right?" Cashier: "Yeah and the hash browns." Me: "And the McGriddles..." Cashier: "Yeah, just the medium coffee cup, hash browns, and the McGriddles, that's it." Ummmm, okay. So maybe I shouldn't have asked if I already knew, but don't give me attitude if you don't even know what you're talking about, and then act like you knew the whole time. Please. Also, they stared my friend down when she went up to refill her water cup like she was going to steal soda or something. They basically stared at us the whole time. It was very uncomfortable and annoying. Food-wise, the fries didn't seem fresh considering they should have come from the first batch of the day. Instead, they came brown and soggy. The only positive thing from the purchase of my meal were two winning Monopoly pieces for medium fries that I will NOT be redeeming here. The Big Mac was fine. And to further my disappointment, there was no WiFi, as promised. I got rolled on all counts,

Quite possibly the worst customer service of any McDonalds I've been to. Rude drive through window lady, awful chocolate shake. Chocolate? Try one pump of chocolate and vanilla with an attitude. Don't go here. It's really the worst one I've ever been to.

Why would anyone write a review of McDonalds? Simple. This is the worst McDonald's on the planet. I should tell you that I don't eat McDonald's. I swore it off after reading Fast Food Nation - & didn't eat it much prior. But my daughter enjoys their salads so once in awhile I'd pick one up at the drive thru for her. They get the order wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. EVERY SINGLE F#$%ING TIME! How can this be? Are their staff brain dead? Order a Chicken Ranch salad? You'll get an Asian salad w/ Ranch dressing. Seriously bad. Try going inside. Your shoes will stick to the floor it's so filthy. Should be condemned by the health department.

you know I understand that by working at McDonald's your probably not the happiest person on earth, and especially here when you have to deal with Main Line a**holes, but rarely will you encounter more miserable employees than at this McDonalds. the food is McDonalds, they kind of have to go out of their way to screw it up, but something they can royally screw up is the service, and that's something the workers here do really well.
