I have been going to Dino's since I've been a kid. The food is acceptable.. BUT the staff sometimes isn't exactly friendly or seem to care about the customers. The other night I went to pick up a pizza which was called in about 20 mins prior. There were 5 people waiting in line and one employee behind the counter? After about a minute of waiting another worker came out from the kitchen doing prep work or busy work. He acknowledged the fact there were several people in line but continued doing meaningless work at the time. Clearly things which could have waited a few minutes until the line cleared. The Spanish guy behind the counter was hustling.. Serving customers, answering phones and warming up slices. But the other guy seemed to go out of his way not to help behind the counter. Usually there is a lady who I believe to be the owner working behind the counter. She's doesn't exaclty give you a welcoming feeling most of the time but I guess she gets the job done. She didn't appear to be there that night or else perhaps she would have cleared the line or made the other guy do it. Having to wait 10-15 mins in line just to pick up a pizza that was ordered 20 mins earlier is unacceptable. The pizza isn't fresh by the time they give it to you! At 845pm they always do $1 slices which is a welcome deal if they have any slices left when you get there. Overall Dino's is convenient being in the mall and close to home but it just doesn't seem to be what it used to be years ago.

I used to work in the mall and ate this pizza a lot. It is very dry, and lacking in sauce. Not much flavor unless you ask for extra sauce with it. Then it's edible.

Great family owned place. Pizzas are big and delicious, and at a reasonable price too. Fast service since they know most people are shopping or on their lunch breaks. Had a stromboli once that was very salty but everything else is good. Also has a late night deal (half hour to closing?) they'll start offering $1 slices so it can't be beat.

Don't understand the bad reviews. This is simply the best NY style pizza in the Lehigh Valley.

I have been to Dino's every since I was a little kid. I would stop by for a slice while shopping in the South mall. I recently went back for lunch with my brother it was rather disappointing. The pizza and staff are not as good or friendly as I remember. The pizza was hot and cheesy but lacked all flavor. There are plenty of other good pizzerias in the areas, i would not come back.

I will disagree with the current reviews. Dino's is a hidden jem, tucked inside a somewhat vacant mall. I have been going here for the past few years since I found it. Great pizza, great people, etc. I love the spinach, tomato, and mushroom slice. Although the mushrooms are canned, their sauce blows most others out of the water. It's not your traditional Lehigh Valley sweet sauce, which is what makes the difference for me. Being from NY, we do not have sugar sauces like they have here. Dino's also has a variety of Stromboli, rolls, and calzones. Give it another try, you will not be disappointed.
